1、热爱祖国，爱岗敬业

热爱祖国，献身教育事业，是教师道德最基本最重要的要求。爱岗敬业是教师处理与教育事业之间关系的准则，是教师职业道德的基础和前提。尤其在市场经济条件下，在教育大发展的今天，教师要正确处理好奉献与索取的关系，不计较个人得失，发扬“红烛”精神，甘做“人梯”，安于“粉笔生涯”，以“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”的高尚情怀，献身教育，鞠躬尽瘁。相反，如果教师不热爱自己的事业，“身在曹营心在汉”，必定不能把工作做好。

教师终身学习已成为全球教育改革的突破口。要促进自身专业化成长，教师就要具有终身学习的理念，拥有自主学习、自我学习的观点。因为终身学习已成为未来每个社会成员的基本生存方式，那种“一朝学成而受用终身”的观点已经过时，人们再也不能只通过一段时间的集中学习，获得一辈子享用的知识技能。只有主动去掌握新概念，学习新理念，研究新问题，培养适应新环境的能力，才会使自己重视终身受益。

其次要加强专业知识的学习。课程走向综合化是基础教育改革的大方向。我身为一名中青年教师，又奋斗在课程改革实验的最前沿，更应当树立终身学习的意识。无论是教育家，还是中外名师，他们都具备较深的文化底蕴，这与经常学习是分不开的。随着课改如火如荼的展开，我们教师要有一种强烈的资源意识，克服“一支粉笔教下去，一本教案讲过来”的人生惰性，自觉拓展自己的思维空间和知识结构，以便更好的为教育教学服务。知识的更新换代让我们的学生接触了更多的新生事物，广阔的课内课外学习资源为他们知识的积累提供了更多的机会。我们在学校学习的那点知识，已经远远不够传授了。要想成为研究型教师、专家型教师，不学习怎么可以，怎么能胜任更多的教育教学工作?生活是一个广阔的学习的课堂，有很多东西是我们所不了解的，为了使自己不被社会所淘汰，只有加紧学习的步伐!一个优秀教师应该抓紧一切时间增加知识储备，只有这样才能用人格魅力来感染学生，和学生共同发展。

上课了，给我们上课的老师是一个大姐姐，年龄二十岁出头。“这么年轻的老师，能教好我们吗？”我心想。她长着一张标准的瓜子脸，白白净净的，长长的睫毛下一双明亮的大眼睛，戴着一幅方框的黑边眼镜，看上去很干练，应该讲得不错吧。为此，我让自己继续听下去。真是人不可貌相，这个年轻的老师讲课娓娓动听，语言流畅，英语发音特别标准，声音带有磁性。听着她给我们讲课，我很快就入迷了。我仿佛离开了中国大地，坐在英国的一间教室中，和当地人在一起上课学习呢。直到下课了，我才回过神来，我还是在中国。

老师布置家庭作业的方式也特别新颖，除了写字母、单词外，还要在微信上交语音作业和字母操录相。崭新的作业形式一下就吸引了我。当我每天兴致勃勃地把语音作业和录相，通过微信发给老师，又马上得到老师耐心地指导和肯定时，我心中感到无比的快乐和满满的成就感。

不知不觉，就到了补习班最后一节课了。老师给我们进行了全面的复习，并进行了考试。我考了满分，得到了一本精致记事本的奖励。下课后，我带着喜悦的心情，告别了我亲爱的老师和同学，依依不舍地离开了学校。

练字其实是一种很好的休闲方式，它既可以让一个毛躁的人安静，也可以让一个人的字更加漂亮，我就觉得练字挺好。有时是觉得练字很讨厌，很烦，为什么别人不厌倦呢，因为他们用心练字了。暑假里，我在家练字，别人在外玩，我很羡慕，可是我认为练字也是一种愉快的“游戏”，我喜欢练字!

我的英语不是很好，因此爸爸妈妈在暑假期间给我报了一个补习班，想到他们那么努力的为我，我也要更加学好英语才可以。

数学可是我的老大难，令我厌倦不已，但是在暑假里妈妈每天忙忙碌碌，又要上班又要教我学数学，

有时自己学着学着感觉还挺有意思的。

一、进行自我分析 我们每天都在学习，可能有的同学没有想过我是怎样学习的这个问题，因此制订计划前首先进行自我分析。

1、分析自己的学习特点，同学们可以仔细回顾一下自己的学习情况，找出学习特点。各人的学习特点不一样：有的记忆力强，学过知识不易忘记;有的理解力好，老师说一遍就能听懂;有的动作快但经常错;有的动作慢却很仔细。如在数学学习中有的理解力强、应用题学习好;有的善于进行口算，算得比较快，有的记忆力好，公式定义记得比较牢;有的想象力丰富，善于在图形变换中找出规律。所以几何学习比较好……你可以全面分析。

2、分析自己的学习现状，一是和全班同学比，确定看自己数学成绩在班级中的位置，还常用"好、较好、中、较差、差"来评价。二是和自己数学成绩的过去情况比，看它的发展趋势，通常用"进步大、有进步、照常、有退步、退步大"来评价。

二、确定学习目标 学习目标是学生学习的努力方向，正确的学习目标能催人奋进，从而产生为实现这一目标去奋斗的力量。没有学习目标，就象漫步在街头不知走向何处的流浪汉一样，是对学习时光的极大浪费。

确定学习目标首先应体现学生德智体全面发展的教育方针，其次要按照学校的教育要求，此外还要根据自己的学习特点和现状。当然还可考虑一些社会因素家庭情况。

学习目标要具有适当、明确、具体的特点。

适当 就是指目标不能定得过高或过低，过高了，最终无法实现，容易丧失信心，使计划成为一纸空文;过低了，无需努力就能达到，不利于进步。要根据自己的实际情况提出经过努力能够达到的目标。

明确 就是指学习目标要便于对照和检查。如："今后要努力学习，争取更大进步"这一目标就不明确，怎样努力呢?哪些方面要有进步?如果必为："数学课语文课都要认真预习。数学成绩要在班级达到中上水平。"这样就明确了，以后是否达到就可以检查了。

具体 就是目标要便于实现，如怎样才能达到"数学中上水平"这一目标呢?可以具体化为：每天做10道计算题，5道应用题，每个数学公式都要准确无疑地背出来，等等。

三、科学安排时间

确定了学习目标之后，就要通过科学地安排。使用时间来达到这些目标。要符合"全面、合理、高效"的要求。

全面 在安排时间时，既要考虑学习，也要考虑休息和娱乐，既要考虑课内学习，还要考虑课外学习，还要考虑不同学科的时间搭配。

合理 要找出每天学习的最佳时间，如有的同学早晨头脑清醒，最适合于记忆和思考;有的则晚上学习效果更好，要在最佳时间里完成较重要的学习任务，此外注意文理交叉安排，如复习一会语文，就做几道算术题，然后再复习自然常识外语待。

高效 要根据事情的轻重缓急来安排时间，一般来说，把重要的或困难的学习任务放在前面来完成，因为这时候精力充沛，思维活跃，而把比较容易的放稍后去做。此外，较小的任务可以放在零星时间去完成，以充分做到见缝插针。

一天中供自己安排的时间基本上分为四段：早上起床到上学，上午放学到下午放学，下午放学到吃晚饭前，吃晚饭后到睡觉。同学们主要应在这四段时间里统筹安排自己的学习生活内容。

在进行时间安排时，还要注意以下两点：

1、 要突出重点 也就是说，要根据地自我分析中提出 的学习标点或比较薄弱的学科在时间上给予重点保证。

2、 要有机动时间，计划不要排太满太紧，贪心的计划是难以做到的。

定了计划，一定要实行，不按计划办事，计划是没有用的。为了使计划不落空，要对计划的实行情况定期检查。可以制定一个计划检查表，把什么时间完成什么任务达到什么进度，列成表格，完成一项，就打上"√"。根据检查结果及时调整修改计划，使计划越定越好，使自己制定计划的能力越来越强。

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also, there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last, Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the Internet.Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development.
