大家猜猜我最好、最亲密的伙伴是书，书是人类进步的阶梯，这是高尔基的名言。我爱读书，我喜欢在书的海洋里翱翔，尽情地允吸知识的琼浆。小时候，看“白雪公主”，我为公主的善良而感动，为七个小矮人的可爱而喜欢，为皇后的恶毒而愤恨，看到公主与王子最后的结局是完美的，我的心理就很舒畅。渐渐的，我长大了，开始读《上下五千年》、《名人传》等一些科普书籍。从中领略到了祖国的大好河山，领悟到了为人处事的道理。是书本教会了我如何做人，如何学习知识。是书让我了解了知识的海洋是那样的无边无际。

记得那一回，是个阳光灿烂的星期天，哥哥要带我去新华书店买书，我喜上眉梢------这正合我意，我到书店去就好像去宝库一样兴奋，那书简直就是一颗颗璀璨的宝石，令我欣喜若狂。一到书店，我急忙找出一本《盛世繁花》，如饥似渴地阅读起来，早把哥哥抛到九霄云外了。

时间过得真快，一眨眼，已过正午。肚子‘咕咕’的警告我，但此书的诱惑力实在太大，便自我安慰：“没啥，不过是一顿饭而已，饿一饿也无大碍，来这里看书的机会难得。”于是，我又捧起书，伴着肚子的咕咕声，那种痛并快乐着的感受无以言喻。天色一点点暗下来，当我翻过最后一页的时候，抬起眼，却是一片模糊，好一会儿才清晰过来。看一看墙上的钟，已指向六点了。心中一阵慌乱，急急忙忙一路狂奔回家，免不了一顿狂风骤雨，我咬咬牙，可心里却甜滋滋地。谁叫我对书一见钟情呢！

阅读书籍，是世界上最美妙的事，不要怨恨阅读是浪费时间的无聊行动。酷爱书籍的人，是世界上最幸福的人，因为它拥有书中的各种情感，书使人一生受益。一本书对我的影响是无穷的。他是一个有灵魂、有活力、有生命力的东西，他可以洗涤你的心灵，是你打开知识宝库的钥匙。

China, as a developing country, has a large gap compared with developed

countries. If we want to catch up with and even surpass the developed ones,

education seems important and should be given the first priority. Besides,

education seems the same important to individuals.

In modern time, when science and technology are making great progress, the

education of the work force is the most important. Moreover, many of the success

in advanced countries have demonstrated that a nations prosperity mainly

depends on the quality of its labor force, namely those who have been well

educated.

For individuals, education is the best way to improve oneself. Firstly,

its education thathelps people gain basic knowledge of the world, helping them

to distinguish what is right and wrong. Secondly, education improves ones

skills of life and work, which can make people live a good life or have

achievements in career. Finally, education brings people ability of learning and

that is the key role of education.

后青春

初秋，阳光，绿茵场，响亮的运动会进行曲在操场上回放着，裹挟在其中的空气轻飘飘的却很温暖。风悄悄地，缓缓地游走在青春的肩上，擦去汗水，穿过发梢，拂过嘴角。这是属于后青春

可能这就是青春。眉目间尚且留着些毫无目的却勃勃生机的东西，这些东西随着岁月流淌最后都变成了回忆里的片段。零碎，散乱着，一幕一幕相互交织在一起。拼凑出来的是长大以后用尽全力再也赢不回来的欢乐。

记得高一军训的时候一宿舍女生半夜不睡觉偷偷爬起来分着吃的那一碗泡面的味道;记得最后一个训练的晚上大家刚洗完澡就搬着小凳子坐在操场上，天上下着小雨，主席台试播着汇演的歌，大家放松着聊天的惬意;记得文艺汇演时大家缩在大礼堂，看那个长得帅的小哥哥告诉我们要跟一个人说对不起然后唱起那首《安和桥》的声音。我记得运动会报名前是怎么被同桌煽和着报了长跑;也记得在终点看到喜欢的人时有多么的开心;记得曾经写着数理化的册子是怎样一种永远也写不完的绝望;也知道当初放胆子怼过的老师如今回忆起来是多么的亲切。

回忆是个好东西，它能让你前所未有地深刻明白什么叫过去拥有过。同时，它也会变成你永远也回不去的曾经。

心理范畴上讲，没有什么样的长大是无缘无故的。没错，成长是要付出代价的，一个人或是一种心情。

欢乐好比美丽，住在看见它的人眼中。

用一双住进了美丽与欢乐的眼换一次刻骨铭心的成长，你愿意吗?

也许你不愿意，但这很多时候不由我们选。岁月早已替我们安排了必须要走下去的路。

到底什么样的人眼中才能一直有欢乐呢?那些心里住了个孩子的人。

所以可能我们唯一能做的，就是在被盖上那双眼之前把承载着欢乐与美丽的最好的时光深深留在心里，留给心里那个长不大的孩子。疲惫的时候兴许还能到他那里坐一坐。让那个孩子提醒你，别忘记快乐。

The new term is coming, so I think I should make a school schedule for myself. In the morning, I will read English texts to improve my spoken English. In each class, I will listen to the teachers carefully and make notes. After school, I will come back home on time and do my homework at once. After supper, I will go over what I learned in the day time and prepare for the tomorrow‘s classes. This is my school schedule

我的本职是一名小学校长，有人说过：一个好校长就是一个好学校，所以我牢记自我的使命，我是学校的领头雁，我有职责带领学校展翅高飞;也有教育家说过，一个校长也应当是一位学者，所以我与时俱进，力争成为一个有学养的文化人;还有人说过，一个校长也应当是一位理财专家，所以我精打细算、开源节流，盘活学校经济……

20__年，我被教育局任命为永丰镇中心小学校长。一年来，在教育局、中心学校的领导下，我根据本学校实际，以_统揽全局，坚持以人为本，构建和谐教学氛围，为全面提高教育教学质量而努力。现将我任职以来的工作情景作一个简单的回顾：

一、以师德师风建设为先导，推动规范化建设。

师是国之宝，德是师之魂。要想有一支作风优良、纪律严明、爱岗敬业的教师队伍，首先必须加强师德师风建设。所以，上任伊始，我根据县教育局关于加强师德师风建设的工作安排，结合学校实际，制订相应的切实可行的计划和措施，宣传好、开展好、落实好师德师风建设。经过学查、促等活动，一个“铸师魂、树师德、修师身”的氛围逐步构成。过去，学校里有一种不良的舆论氛围与思想动态，有些教师因为工作出色得到领导的表扬，其他部分教师要讥讽或者挖苦他，被表扬的教师对我直言“以后不

要在大会上表扬我”，似乎有“木秀于林，风必摧之”的趋势。我看到这个症结，立刻敏感的意识到这是最不利于教师成长的环境，有些教师不思进取，他还不愿意别人进取，甚至是别有用心，我就从引导正确的舆论氛围入手，批评这种错误倾向，煞住这种不正之风。与一些教师交流谈心，反复做他们的思想工作，渐渐地，健康向上的舆论导向重新在教师队伍中树立起来。几个过去思想落后的教师经过学习，如今一改过去那种散漫作风，工作认真扎实;中青年教师更是一头扑在教学上，勤勉务实。学校多次开展师德师风活动，如演讲、出墙报、写论文等。不久前，我校以中心学校组织的青年教师竞争“教坛新星”演讲比赛为切入点，让教师深刻反思自我的教学理念、教育主张与贯彻情景，教师们言辞恳切、一吐心声。有的当场作出宣誓;有的与学生以心坦诚相换;有的慷慨陈词……

加强师德师风的建设，就要落实到爱的教育行动上去。强调师爱的深层次是理解、尊重、信任和包容学生。在以人为本，以爱育人的教育思想指导下，我们全体的教师们都能把育人放在工作的首要位置上。对学生尊重、平等、民主、关心。各班主任及科任教师能以身作则，做好学生的表率。教师的服务意识;职责、为人师表意识;廉洁从教意识;教学质量意识;团结、协调、凝聚的意识大大增强。教师们基本上构成健康的工作心态。在开展工作中能积极主动。能够这样说，如今黄沙中学的教师是一支思想纯洁、作风严谨、爱岗敬业、精诚团结、乐于奉献的教师队伍。

以开展师德师风建设为先导，构成一个靠得住的抓手，扎实推动学校规范化建设。

二、加强学校管理，全面提高教育质量。

为了全面提高教学质量，我很重视校本培训、校本教研，教师整体素质的提高，重视教师的个人发展。在教导处、教研组的精心组织下，我校的教研工作开展得有声有色，教师的教学教研本事不断提高。我们结合本校的实际，在校内组织中青年教师“赛课”，开展帮带工程，培养骨干教师;鼓励教师参加各级各种竞赛活动。

一所学校要有生命力，除了升学率，素质教育的开展实施显得尤为重要。素质教育是一个与时俱进、具有开拓性的教育工程。上重点高中或其他学校的学生毕竟是少数，大部分学生要步入社会，这些人的命运应当引起我们的关注，办学理念到了应当更新的时候了。那种单靠造就“考试机器”、“答题大王”的尖子生来打造学习品牌，提高学校的知名度的做法是片面的，眼里只盯着尖子生，忽视学习困难生是教育失败的表现。我们应当转化差生，使学生理解均等教育，同顶蓝天，共享阳光。

我校开展丰富多彩的课外活动，充分调动学生的学习进取性。一年来，我们克服教师不配套的困难开齐了所有小科，基本保证了各科课时。在此基础上学校开展了一系列的活动，“美术活动小组”、“音乐兴趣小组”、“体育兴趣小组”等兴趣小组和“文学社”开展的活动为学校培养了一大批有特长的学生。各班还根

据自身实际情景开展了各种社会调查活动和社会实践活动，学校还举办了学生读书笔记展，举办了广播体操、趣味等多种形式的运动会球类比赛等，丰富了学生学校生活，把学生剩余的精力引导到有意义的事情上来，培养了学生良好的情趣。经常利用校会、国旗下的讲话和班队课加强学生的个人修养、前途梦想、人生价值观、心理健康等教育。同时，结合当前时事形势的发展和新人新事的典型事例让师生与时俱进，适应社会发展的需要。

三、创立安全和谐礼貌的学校

我们结合本校实际，对学校内外安全进行排查隐患，加强对学校周边的整治力度。把安全的职责意识分解落实到各班主任和任科教师的工作中，让每一位教师树立安全的职责意识。学校定期出墙报、班级黑板报加大宣传力度。对交通、食品卫生、用电、防火等教育指导，教育学生进行自救、自护的基本常识。组织学生收看专题教育片，开展遇到安全突发事件的紧急疏散的演练等。进一步加强安全的教育工作。

加强师生的法纪教育。学校始终把依法治校、依法治教贯施在平时的工作中。能坚持在学期初、学年结束都开展法纪教育，用浅显的案例，深刻地教育师生，平时我们还利用校会、班队课、国旗下的讲话等。加强这方面的教育。从而使我们能掌握了学法、知法、守法等。提高了我们对人生价值的认识。

狠抓学生的养成教育。首先从学校卫生工作抓起，以开展礼貌班级、卫生清洁标兵评比等一系列活动，把学校塑造成一个教

书育人的好场所，探知求学的芳草地;之后扎实地推动师生各方面规范化的养成，大的方面没有一个直观的比较，我就从学生整队站队、做操、狠抓养成。

同时，又在我校推行“磨难教育”、“成功教育”、“赏识教育”……比如：我们学校的走廊上悬挂了好多“名言”，这些名言就出自各班一些品学兼优的学生之口。让学生们意识到榜样就在身边，名言被采纳的同学也有一种“受赏识”的成功滋味。学校的花坛里，一句句唯美的警句让学生的品味也会得到提升。这样的例子太多，举不胜举。整个学校洋溢着浓浓的文化气息。这样，学校基本上构成了一个诚信、礼貌和谐、安全的学校。
