不过，使用手机也要恰当。人们有时会玩一玩上面的游戏，看一看抖音里的视频，稍不留神，手机一捧就是几个小时，倏忽而逝。因此，现在很多人得了近视。怎么保护眼睛呢？我建议大家首先要按时做眼保健操，其次玩手机的时间要在10—20分钟左右，不能玩太长时间，否则会让眼睛受到伤害。

的确，手机既丰富了我们的生活，也开阔了我们的视野，但切记不可贪玩哦！

通过幼儿园组织师德师风教育学习，我简单得谈谈以下几点体会：

第一，情系幼儿，像母亲一般爱每个孩子。幼儿教育的对象都是3—7岁的孩子，他们幼小，像刚出土的嫩苗，需要“园丁”的呵护和培养。关爱每个孩子。其一，关心他们的生活;其二，熟悉孩子们的基本情况;其三，平等对待每个孩子。

第二，运用多元智能理念，在教育过程中，要开发孩子多方面的智力，根据孩子的具体情况而把教学具体化。幼儿教师的标准是：平易近人、严中带慈、公平待人。严厉并不是苛刻，老师也是有七情六欲的，教师对幼儿尊重。

第三，在教育过程中，不断丰富自身学识，努力提高自身能力、业务水平，高度的事业心、责任心、爱岗敬业。坚持“一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切”，与每一个孩子建立平等、和谐、融洽、相互尊重的关系，关心每一个孩子，尊重每一个孩子的人格，努力发现和开发每一个孩子的潜在优秀品质，正确处理教师与孩子家长的关系。贯彻《幼儿教育新纲要》的思想，坚持以人为本，终身教育的理念，使幼儿获得终身受益的品质和良好的个性，态度，能力等。

第四，塑造师德风范，潜心练功。“给孩子一杯水，教师本身应该有一桶水”，此话很有道理。在幼儿教育中，我感到在孩子们眼中，教师是一个完美无缺的人物，是最可值得依赖的人，你的投手举足，都潜移默化地影响孩子们，孩子从教师身上看到无私奉献，孜孜不倦追求精神，看到社会的形象，师德不只是学识问题，更是塑造良好教师形象的问题。因此对于师德除了要深刻认识其重要性，更关键就是如何去提高自己的师德。

本人结合自己的情况，下决心就以下两方面提高修养。

首先，严以律己，注重言行。为人师表，坚持严以律己，增强自身的自控能力，控制自己的情绪，始终保持良好、平和的心境，精神饱满地投入工作，要把自己看作既是个普通的人，又是个教育者，到了幼儿园就应该把属于个人一切不快和烦恼留在门外，言谈应该和颜悦色，循循善诱，举止应该优美文雅，体现心灵之美，自己的穿着应该朴素大方得体，符合幼儿的审美情趣。

其次，培养良好的内在素养。天生丽质固然能给人以美感，使人愉悦，但是作为一名幼儿教师更重要的是塑造幼儿的内在修养，这样教师本人的学识和内在素养就显得格外重要。教师的一言一行深刻的影响着每一个幼儿。

通过师德师风的学习，在以后的工作中我要更进一步认真学习贯彻纲要精神，遵循幼儿教育心理规律以及幼儿身心发展的特点，努力做好教育工作。

师德是教师素质的重要组成部分，它是教师和一切教育工作者在从事教育活动中必须遵守的道德规范和行为准则，以及与之相适应的道德观念、情操和品质。由于教师所从事的职业是教育人塑造人的事业，因此，教师道德素质比教师文化素质更为重要。最近学习了《幼儿园教师职业道德规范细则》，学习后我觉得收益很大，《幼儿园教师职业道德规范细则》，让我对教师这一崇高的职业又有了新的认识和感悟。教师作为人类灵魂的工程师，不仅要教好书，还要育好人，各个方面都要为人师表。师德不仅是对教师个人行为的规范要求，而且也是教育幼儿的重要手段，起着“以身立教”的作用。教师要做好幼儿的灵魂工程师，首先自己要有高尚的道德情操，才能以德治教，以德育人，才能成为一名合格的教育工作者。

我认为教师首先要热爱幼儿，必须对每一个幼儿一视同仁，不能偏爱一部分幼儿，而冷淡或歧视另一部分幼儿。其次要为人师表，注重身教重于言教。孔子说：“其身正，不令而行;其身不正，虽令不从。”幼儿总是把教师看作学习、模仿的对象。因此，幼儿教师一定要时刻注意自己的一言一行，以高尚的人格去感染人，以整洁的仪表去影响人，以和蔼的态度去对待人，以丰富的学识去引导人，以博大的胸怀去爱护人。只有这样，才能保证教书育人的实效。第二要有高涨的工作热情：许许多多成功人士的经验告诉我们，成功取决于积极主动的心态。而教师的积极情绪、主动心态更是身心健康的一种内驱力，能促使我们积极向上，不断进取。不仅如此，教师的良好心态还能给幼儿带来很大的影响，促进他们健康快乐地成长，最终达成教育教学目标，并形成良性循环。第三：我觉得教师要无私奉献，关心每一位幼儿的成长，一名教师应该对幼儿无私奉献，热爱幼儿，尊重、理解幼儿以人为本，关心爱护幼儿。第四：要养成终身学习的习惯，教师应该活到老学到老，才能胜任这一富有挑战性的职业。我们就应该不断地给自己充电，把读书当成一种习惯，把学习看作一种乐趣，从各种渠道汲取新的营养，使自己变得更为睿智。

一.英语小组合作学习在教学中的回顾。

课程改革在教学中的实践已经六年了。回顾前几年的英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习形式化，缺乏时效性，班里只有三分之二的小组能够按照教师的要求开展活动，有三分之一的小组应付了事，课堂气氛不活跃。学生不敢开口说英语。学生没有通过在小组合作学习中，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。小组合作学习没有达到实效性。随着不断学习新课标理念，不断地教学实践摸索以及我们英语组对英语课堂教学互动模式的课题研究，近两年对小组合作学习的意义和重要性有了较深刻的认识，对以前的小组合作学习存在的问题，也找到了原因：

教师对新课标合作学习的理念没有领会。没有理解小组合作学习的真正意义。

教师对处理教材的各个环节缺乏清晰的认识，不能整体把握教材。

教师对语境的设计缺乏真实性，激趣性。

教师没有细化小组合作学习的规则，缺乏实效性。

教师设计的小组合作活动形式比较单一。不能激起学生小组活动的兴趣，学生没有充分体会到成功的感受。

通过小组合作学习在课堂和课外的教学实践 ，笔者发现小组合作学习要遵循一定的原则，在课内和课外采用多种形式实施小组合作学习，有助于提高学生运用英语的能力。

二.实施小组合作学习的原则

(一)、语境设计具有真实性。

课标倡导任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作的方式，实现任务的目标—即达到运用语言的能力。一节课的语境设置要根据教材的内容为主线和所达到的目标为终极目标。设计出与教材有关，又符合学生的实际情况的真实语境，激发学生交际的欲望。使学生在真实的语境中很自然地运用语言。

(二)、语境设计具有激趣性

英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。因此教师在语言输出环节中，应设计出使学生非常感兴趣的活动。充分调动学生参与活动的积极性，使学生学习气氛高涨起来。使学生在活动中愉快地用英语进行交际。

(三).细化规则具有时效性

1、小组活动不能拘于形式

小组活动的人数的确立应依据教学内容和输出活动的设计，人数可2人，3人，4人等，没有固定模式。不能为活动而活动。应根据活动的具体内容而定。

2、小组成员应有明确的分工

无论是2人，4人还是6等人的小组活动，每个人都有明确的分工，使每个人都能参与英语教学活动

3、小组活动具有可操作性

教师应用简洁的语言明确规定活动的具体任务确保学生能够便于操作，使学生清楚自己干什么，保证合作学习的实效性。

三、小组合作学习的实施过程

(一)课堂小组合作学习形式

在课堂教学中，要充分发挥教师的主导作用和突出学生的主体作用。根据教材内容设计出形式多样的小组合作方式。

1. 图片交流

利用文中的插图或从网上下载与课文有关的图片，设计两人小组谈论图片的活动，直观、形象、生动。在讲十一册17课时，我设计的前两个输出活动就是根据图片，两人小组谈论第三人称和第一人称会和不会哪些运动项目。由于图片直观形象，易于学生交流。

2. 角色表演

教师教完新授课后，给学生一个话题，就这一话题发挥想象，通过创设情景，自编对话，进行角色表演。例如编购物、问路、看病、打电话对话。这些场景符合实际情况，贴近学生生活，学生们都很感兴趣。因此，他们都能积极参与表演，互相配合，承担各种角色。许多原来对英语学习兴趣不大，信心不足的学生都能积极参加角色表演活动并且表现得很好，一定程度上提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。

3、小组调查

教材内容非常丰富，我们可以根据教材的内容，设计调查形式的小组互动，使学生参与活动中，运用语言知识。如十一册的19课设计调查学生小组最喜欢的运动情况的活动，以便为开展校本课程做准备的活动。所设的活动是学生感兴趣的，又贴近他们的日常生活的调查活动。学生参与活动的热情很高涨。

4、话题讨论

试验课改教材是以贴近学生实际的话题为中心。让学生围绕一个话题，用所学的语言知识谈论这个话题，使学生用英语学会做事，提高学生运用英语的能力。在讲十五册17课感叹句时，可设计成让学生4人小组用感叹句互相谈论学英语的感受，每人至少谈论一点并选一名组长在全班汇报，小组之间互相合作，互相学习。既开阔了学生的思维，又培养了合作精神。

5、激趣互动

1)游戏

英语教学中， 根据教材内容， 使用游戏方法，能使课堂变得轻松有趣。 使学生在玩中学。 尤其在初一英语教学阶段，正是激发兴趣时期。可根据教材内容的不同，设计不同的游戏活动。在讲11册Lesson 5 家庭成员关系时， 我设计了不同层次的游戏活动。 我先带着全班做以Bob 为中心， 我指图片任何一个人、两个人， 全班立即说出和Bob的关系; 第二层游戏是让一个学生用汉语说出人物关系，全班学生看屏幕上的图片， 全班说出英文。第三层游戏是让一个学生用英文描述人物关系， 让全班猜Who’s she /he? Who are they?有好几个学生把人物关系描述复杂， 让同学猜。全班学生注意力非常集中， 认真听某个同学描述。 当同学猜出时， 课堂气氛变得日益的活跃。

2)竞赛

这些竞赛有：单词、词组接龙竞赛和对话表演竞赛等等，这些竞赛都是以小组合作的方式进行，竞赛中各小组成员之间具有一定的依赖性。通过进行这样的小组活动，每位组员意识到自己的表现会影响其他组员的成绩，而其他组员的表现也会对自己的成绩产生影响时，会促使他积极参与小组活动。如：教学十一册第15课，Unit 4.Lesson 15 How much are

the potatoes?时，我设计以小组为单位设计新年购物单，包括食品、数量、价格。而且告诉学生班费只有100元。比一比看哪组设计的购物单最好。要求组员至少给本组选一个食品，否则取消这个组的比赛。学生踊跃参加本组的购物单设计，然后由各组组长在黑板写上本组设计的购物单，全班评判，选出最佳购物单。

(二) 课外小组合作学习形式

学生的知识，并不都在课堂中获取;学生的能力也并不都在课堂内培养。所以，课外合作学习也必定是课内合作学习所不可或缺的延伸和补充。

1、 小组朗读，背诵或复述积分

为了调动全班学英语的积极性，培养学生的语感。我采用小组得分评比法。我先把全班按好，中，差 ，分成六人一小组。全班分成五个组。我规定每个单元的4课书和

expnsion，根据每课的内容不同，要求学生两人背诵对话，朗读课文、背诵课文、复述课文。并不是所有的学生家里都有录音机等学习辅助设备，也不是所有的学生都有自觉学习的习惯，所以，就有相当部分学生不能独立完成老师布置的课文的朗读、背诵或复述的作业。合作小组的作用就尤为重要。通过发挥小组中学优生的作用，利用自习课或课余时间，让他们给学习有困难的学生当小老师，帮助学困生解决。两周一评比，而且把评选结果在班里公布。哪个小组都怕在落在别的组的后面，都帮助本组较差的同学。较差的同学也怕拖本组的后腿，也在努力地学习。学习气氛空前高涨。

2、 小组合作共同完成学习档案。

为了提高学生学英语的兴趣，训练学生的写作能力和培养学生想象能力和创新能力，我帮助学生建立学习档案。 我从初一开始每学完一个单元， 要求学生完成与话题相关的短文。虽然采用积分法，但有些个别差的同学还是完不成。因此我根据教材内容的不同，尝试小组合作共同完成学习档案。在第十二册Unit 8 Seasons and Clothes.小组合作共同完成本单元的话题作文。要求每组学生介绍我国或其它国家的5个地区的天气情况。并给出所适合的运动和着装的建议。用A4打印或手抄。并注明每人在本组所做的具体工作。只有全部组员参与本组的话题作文的设计工作，才有资格参与评选。时间是一周。同学们都各尽所能，有的同学设计版面，有的画画，有的写稿，有的改稿，组员都积极参与了本组的共同设计工作。培养了学生的合作意识。想象能力和创新能力，学生参与活动的热情空前高涨。

四、小组合作学习成果展示

教师要给学生提供展示才华的机会，使学生体验成功。我班在去年的颐和园情景教学中，学生分组用英语介绍颐和园的景点中，表现出色，受到学校的好评。在今年购物节情景教学中，我班的小组获得学校第一名。在今年的圣诞节和外教联欢会中，我班表演了

《Can I help you 》小品和合唱英文歌曲《 Jingle Bells 》并带着道具边唱边表演，我班的多数学生参与了圣诞节知识的竞赛中，学生积极主动地参加，当他们得到外教给的糖果和有关圣诞礼物时，非常兴奋。为了提高小组合作学习兴趣和竞争意识，我班举行了英语新年会。每组至少出一个节目，然后进行评比。获得前两名的小组进行奖励。学生们的积极性非常高，在课下积极准备，都想争第一。在元旦联会中，有的小组表演课本剧，有的小组.有的小组出谜语，让其他组猜。还有的组玩单词、词组接龙竞赛。其中表演课本剧《At the restaurant》和演唱《Pretty boy 》这两组分别获一名和第二名。我们年级还举行了合作小组学习档案评比。我班有两组被选上。还有两名同学参加了CCTV 英语希望杯大赛，这两名同学都通过了预赛，并参加了初赛。

实践证明，英语小组合作学习是一种很好的学习方式。英语小组合作学习对学生英语能力的提高，对教师英语教学的促进作用是不容质疑的。在活动中，学生是主角，既可以是参与者，还可以是活动的具体组织者和设计者。教师仅是活动的创设者，只起着对活动的促进和辅导的作用。让学生在活动中自己发现问题，解决问题，积极想象，深入探究，勇于创新[实践，同时教师在活动中激励评价学生，鼓励语言、最终达到自主学习，自我纠错，自我评价的目的，以达到从学会到会学的转变。

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small

group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a

research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group,

there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I

suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at

writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other

As far as I am concerned,I agree with first opinion.I believe that someone should be help with me.Whatever the social change,I still do that I think right things and never change.We help strangers,on the same time,we would potect ourself.

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s

Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take

actions!

Should students make friends on line? Some people say yes. The Internet

helps make many friends. Chatting on line, students can express their feelings

and opinions more freely, and even get help with their foreign language

studies.

Others, however, think students should not. They say making friends on line

is a waste of time, which should be spent more meaningfully on study. Besides,

some students, get cheated on line.

It is my opinion that students should place their study, health and safety

before other, things. As for friendship, we can readily find it in our

classmates and other people around us.

With the development of the society, China has stepped on the road of internationalizaion. And as all sides of reasons, English has become the international language. Thus, there are more and more Chinese learn English as to catch up with the world. Chinese government also realize this, so they require Chinese, especialy students, learn English. Secondly, learning English well needs us open our mouth. The aim to learn a language is to speak it. No one will admit you learn a langeuage well without speaking it out. Thirdly, the best way to master a language is tobe personally on the scene. So I advice those people who have condition go abroad for a while. When they come back home, their oral English must have improved.

To sum up, learning English well is not easy. But we can take masures to make it done through perseverance, talking and going abroad.

在小学时，作业很少，压力也如同作业一般，寥寥无几。书包也很轻，每天几乎只要背三本书，语文，数学和英语书，其他书只需放书包橱里睡大觉就行了，不用天天背来背去。而如今，我已成为一名中学生，作业随之渐渐增多，书不但比小学大一号，每天要背来去的书也渐渐多了起来，这也给了我一个预告，初中的压力加大了，不再像小学时那样轻松快乐了。

在小学时，双休日我很空，因为我周五晚上把功课可以全做完，然后可以和妈妈一起出去散散步，也可以看看电视，娱乐娱乐。周六周日，我只要做少量的教辅材料，然后自己批批，妈妈也不大来检查。而到了初中，双休日则一下子成了我的加班日了。周五必须把作业完成，然后要看作文选一直到睡觉，第二天早上，妈妈很早把我从床上拉起来，叫我复述昨晚作文选上的内容。

接着，便是大量的教辅向我涌来，我不仅要做完，还要批完，批完后的订正还不能看答案，从早到晚一刻不停地忙于教辅中。妈妈以前总爱和我闲聊，可现在，她似乎只会为我施压，一天到晚像唐僧念经一般地叨叨：“你看看你，怎么没……好，人家能考前3名，你怎么就不行呢?”

可是，虽然上了中学后我已找不回小学时那无忧无虑的快乐生活，回不到那种提倡快乐学习的美好时光，那从而又给了我又一个选择，是面对这种充满压力的初中生活放弃自己，逆水行舟，不进则退呢，还是迎刃而上，不对这突如其来的压力感到畏惧呢?当然是迎刃而上。

人都说"只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针"。学习亦如此，假如我咬紧牙关，永不放弃，我总会取得好成绩，考上重点高中。反之，若我面对困难打着退堂鼓，想要放弃的话，收获与成功也会渐渐向我远去。压力是每个人都要面对的，特别是这种学习上的压力，但面对压力，我必须挺起胸膛，勇往直前，终有一天，我会尝到属于学习上的那甜甜的果实。

陪伴着你不断进步

台湾张文亮先生的短诗《牵着一只蜗牛去散步》引起我的注意，上帝给我派了一个任务，让我带着一只蜗牛去散步，可即使我知道蜗牛并不能走得太快，却还是依旧不断去催，除了责备她唬她。蜗牛也只能用抱歉的眼光看着我，仿佛说“我已经尽力了。”诗中并没有提及这个故事的结尾到最后蜗牛是否做到，而我也是否如愿以偿的完成了任务呢?答案无法得知。

但是吸引我的我的并不是这个故事的结局，而是他所陈述的三个角色，上帝我蜗牛，上帝给我布置一项看似不可完成的任务，到底是出于什么用心，并且我和蜗牛的关系也会因为这项任务发生什么样的改变呢?迷雾层层在不断召唤着我去探索。

深夜微风不断摇曳的身姿，膝盖上的书页被吹的哗哗作想响和木摇椅上带来咯吱咯吱的声音交相辉映。使带着困惑的我渐渐合上了眼皮。

夏日的微光懒懒的洒在树叶上，窗外鸣蝉不断的叫嚣着，仿佛要与天空争个高下。这时候的我依然呆呆伫立在阳光与青石板将汇的地方，发出发清脆悦耳的嘀嗒声。可却浑然不在意双目，紧紧注视精神上的镜头，生怕错过什么时间，一分一秒的流逝着，万籁俱静，鸣蝉也闭起了嘴巴已经得知自己的做法，也不过是以卵击石。我也知道自己所等之人再也不会出现转身，只留一地被阳光浸染的失望与无奈。

我和她已经6年来的好友，那时候的我总想与她做一辈子的至交，孩童时代的懵懂总是以为友情是那么的长久与甜美。喜欢辅导她学习时，弹她的额头。额头，说她笨，喜欢看到她在演讲台上激情四溢是自信的样子。她是那么的完美自信和是同学老师的欢迎。虽然站在她的身边，我会感到自卑。可我也是会在在别人面前说出她是我的好朋友时候的自豪。时光的飞逝永远都是那么的出乎意料。

不知不觉已经到毕业即将分离的时日，我和她日渐疏远。她的大方和开朗为她吸引许多更加优秀和优秀的至交老友。她的优秀也不允许只是我一个人欣赏。交谈也从往日的无话不说变为只剩下日常礼貌的问好。我拼尽全力追逐上她的喜欢她所感兴趣的。拼命学习也只为与她并肩时说一声好巧。可是我累了，我再也不想奔跑，因为前路她的身影也早已无影无踪。青石巷里也早无那把青色的雨伞…

“喵”楼下野猫的叫声将梦中的我惊醒。胸膛起伏不定，和额头上密集的汗珠，似乎见证着我所经历的。脑中的疑惑也被解开，思路也逐渐清晰…

诗中上帝所布置的任务是犹如人世间对友情的考验。我蜗牛也象征着两种不同的人。而束缚他们的连线彼此间的友谊。而作为这条路上引导员的我，对于蜗牛的牵引不能过急也不能过慢而是应该寻找一个刚好适合蜗牛的速度，慢慢陪着它行走。而蜗牛也不能自身的原因而去放弃进步的机会，需要不断的努力追赶上前方的人。

共同努力，对方永远是自己眼中最美的星辰。任务也会有所完成的可能。友情也会有不断进步成长的可能。

Chengdu City Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province in China, has

been recognized as “the land of abundance” for a long time. With rich cultural

heritage, Chengdu is one of the most popular destinations for tourists in China.

People who once step onto the land of Chengdu city will quickly fall in love

with life there. It seems that Chengdu people are living a happy life with less

pressure from their occupation, family or from the conflict social competition.

Children, for example, can enjoy the child-only facilities in the parks. They

can play with peers and make friends with each other. For teenagers and adults,

walking on the ancient streets and buy souvenirs in traditional houses or stores

their cubs in the Panda Base. Furthermore, watching a Sichuan Opera Show will

also provide a newcomer with unforgettable and precious memories. The delicate

face-changing in Sichuan Opera has become a symbol of Sichuan culture.

The Great Wall is famous all over the world, it is one of the most

remarkable symbols of China, it has long history. But as there are more and more

people to visit the famous building, it has been damaged to some degree. In

order to protect the great building, we should not throw away the rubbish and do

not make some marks, so that we can enjoy the great building.

Family Reunion and Feasting

Family feast is an important tradition during Thanksgiving. The entire family sits at the table during dinner and offer prayer to the Lord Almighty for his continuous grace. It is also a time for relatives living in different places to come together and celebrate.

Tradition of Turkey

The traditional stuffed turkey adorns every dinner table during the feast. Pumpkin pie, Cranberry sauce, Corns are some of the dishes cooked everywhere to mark the day. Though historians don’t have an evidence to prove that turkey was eaten during the first Thanksgiving dinner, but the thanksgiving celebration will be incomplete without it.

Parades

The traditional Thanksgiving parade probably started with President Lincoln proclaiming it an official day. The full- dress parade is a way to display the country’s military strength and discipline. The main aim of such parades is to lift the spirits of the spectators, provide them with wholesome entertainment. In the present day, parades are accompanied with musical shows and celebrities.

Watching NFL football during Thanksgiving is a popular tradition. The traditional game between the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers continues. One of the most memorable games having been played.

Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to

improve his way of life。 With the tools of technology he has altered many

physical features of the earth。 He has transformed woodlands and prairies into

farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or

hydroelectric power。 Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining

marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways。

However， mans changes to the physical environment have not always had

beneficial results。 Today， pollution of the air and water is an increasing

danger to the health of the planet。 Each day thousands of tons of gases e out of

the exhausts of motor vehicles。 Smoke from factories pollutes the air of

industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside。 The pollution

of water is equally harmful。 The whole ecological balance of the sea is being

changed and industrial wastes have already made many rivers lifeless。

Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before。 As we know，

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

poses a great threat to mans existence。 Indifference to these problems will

mean mitting suicide。 Therefore， effective measures should be taken and laws

passed to conserve environment。 Otherwise，man is certain to suffer from the

serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living

surroundings。

Since we went to school, we have been educated to be polite, no matter to

the young or old people. People follow the manner rules and have a nice

communication between each other, but some people ignore the rules and they

treat their rude behaviors as something cool. Today, people advocate the

individuality, so the young generation wants to do something different and catch

peoples attention. For example, they dont care other peoples feeling and

criticize others as they like, or just interrupt when other people is talking,

they just show what they want to say and they believe they are special and cool.

This is very rude behavior that they dont respect others and have the wrong

idea about individuality. We can do something special on the base of respect

others and follow the rules, or we are just the rude people.

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival. Its Qu Yuans day of commemoration. In

the morning, I wore a beautiful skirt, I had eaten glutinous rice dumplings, and

I followed my father. Mother went to her grandmothers house together. I see my

brother. My sister is waiting for me at the door.

As soon as I got off the train, they were dragged into the room and played

games. I will be a patient first, my sister will be a doctor and my brother will

be a nurse. At noon, grandma made a full table lunch, we ate lunch, heart. The

aunt said, "if I can eat such a rich dish every day, I will be satisfied."

In the afternoon, when our family went back to grandmas house, my aunt.

Great aunt came. They also sent a lot of things to our kids. We had a good time

today.

I am a student. And I know every student need to go to school for almost 20 years, if a student go to university or college after high school, he or she will stay in school for 5 more years. So precious is time that we cannot afford to waste it. But there is a question. Whats the point of doing all this? Whats the purpose of study?

In my point of view, nothing is more importance than to receive education. The magic of education can make person intelligence, smart, and reasonable. Physics and chemistry can help you to understand the world. Math can help you to be smart and train your brain. Art, IT, and planning can help you to learn some important skill in tomorrows world. Language can help you to community with others.

So the reason why we are learn in school for such a long time is because you will understand that no subject you are taking is a waste of your time.

Math, physics, chemistry, biology, and earth science are researched by all human in the past. On the other word, it is human culture we are learning. But the most important thing is these results were discovered by the people in the past. Right now, we just have to understand it. How simple is that?

In all, learning things from school is not only for you can survive in the society in the future, but also a study of a human race.

On January, 2013, the public started a campaign called Clean Your Plate. This campaign aims to call on people to save food instead of wasting anything on the plates. The main theme of this activity is do not waste any food, starting with me. This campaign was first started from Sina weibo. Just a few days, tens of thousands people in China have joined in this meaningful activity.

In my humble opinion, everybody should join in this campaign. As we all know, the Chinese traditional virtue is to be thrifty even we are live in a better life. According to the latest survey, more than 50 million tons of food is being dumped in China every year. This wasted food can feed about 200 million people for a year. The old generation usually appreciates the leftover, if there is any food in the plate, they will eat them up; while the younger generation will dump the leftovers into the dustbin, they rather spend the money on other food instead of eating leftovers. I think such behavior is not only waste of food and money, but also broadcast the wrong idea that wasting food is acceptable. People should come to realize the importance of saving food. The governments should also take measures to reduce food wastage and encourage people to eat at home. What’s more, people should put an end to the expensive feasts and banquets.

I think this campaign should be moving on. Saving food for our offspring is everybody’s responsibility. Even if you’re a wealthy man, you still need to eat up the food on your plate. Waste is not a good habit.
