现在的我，英语之路已经走到一个新的阶段。我接触到更多的单词，短语，更多的句型，结构，语法，我甚至能提笔就能写出几篇英语作文，这是一个可喜可贺的事情。但是我仍然不骄傲，因为学习英语之路漫漫，而只有保持一颗平常的心态，才能更好的学习新的知识，就像大海只有保持平静，才能更容纳更多的水滴。

其实，学习英语之路并不是简单的，也不是困难的。有些人问我学习英语的方法，我跟他们说：“一定要勤奋，善于总结，因为只有将它系统地归纳知识，才会在每个版块里送给你的你应有的知识。只有这样，英语之路才能越来越轻松；只有这样，学习英语才能如虎添翼，更加轻松，容易。

前不久，我看了一本书——《天龙八部》（四）。这本书中有个小片段使我深受启发。里面说天山童姥将“天山折梅手”第一路的掌法口决传授给虚竹。口决有八十四个字，这八十四个字极是拗口。音韵全然不调。童姥让虚竹背着她向西疾奔，口中大声念诵着这部口决。虚竹只念得三个字，第四个便念不出声。童姥一掌拍下，打得虚竹头晕脑胀。再念口决时，仍是念不出声。童姥又是一掌拍下。第三次又念时，虚竹自然而然地一提真气，那“浮”字便冲口喷出。顺背已毕，童姥又让虚竹倒背。这口决顺读已搅舌拌齿，倒读更是逆气顶喉。但虚竹凭着一股毅力，终于把口决顺流的背下来。

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

Last week, our teacher gave us a task. We needed to interview some people

and collect different opinions. At first, I felt it a difficult task, because I

was such a shy person that I dared not to talk to strangers. In order to finish

the task, I cooperated with my classmates. They helped me to ask people for a

second, then I started to talk with them in a comfortable way. I felt much eased

soon and no longer felt shy. Now I get over my fear and become stronger. This is

the good sign of growing up. I am so thankful to my classmates. Without their

help, I wont go that far.

在很多的时候，我只知道自己需要学习，至于原因我从来没有想过，因为我发现其他的事情根本就不擅长，除了学习我又可以干什么呢?

我在高中时就开始迷惘，我突然之间觉得学习似乎没有什么用处，我学习对于未来有什么帮助?整日的学习就是我消磨时间的方式，我既不会在这里奋发图强，也不会吊儿郎当，一直就是默默无闻，成绩也不会有什么起伏跌宕，每一次都会在一定的范围之内，我似乎这个人的性格特点就是这样!就好象我的英语成绩，我的英语不是很好，但是我的成绩从来没有下过五十，也没有几次突破六十，五十九点半都有过好几次，而且有的时候不知怎么回事，自己预估成绩的时候是六十，结果成绩查询的时候就成为了五十九。

我努力学习过，原本偏的课程赶上了，但是其他的成绩就会落下来，我似乎就不是学习的材料，每一次的学习成绩总体上都是原本的水平!我的老师也因此很担心我，因为据他说我这个人随波逐流，根本就不会担心成绩，也不会选择努力奋斗，一直就是差不多就好!

尤其是在是后面一段时间，我一直认为我真的考不上了，越来越多的考试，使得我觉得高考分数线就是天涯海角，我就是大海中的一片小船舶，根本就看不见陆地。

当我不知不觉的过来了高考，结果分数线刚刚过了二本院校十来分，我的妈妈觉得我还是可以重新来一次的，毕竟我的基础知识不错，可是我这个时候实在是不想去学习了，我实在是不知道学习的意义，很多的理由使得我自己很想离开这个高中，我不想再次学习了，我已经不适合再次学习了，因此我就去了大学，一个并不是十分满意的大学!

自1996年至今，25年多，九千多个日日夜夜，我把自己深深地扎根在这片山村的校园，用尽全身心的力量来教书育人，每一个跟我有缘的山村孩子我都把他当成自己的孩子，留守儿童我给他们特殊的爱与关怀，任何一个后进生我都做到了不甘心放弃的坚持……

有这么一个小女生是留守儿童，习惯懒散、经常逃课。某一天奶奶送她来学校的时候都用棍子打青了腿，可是转背后她又跑出了校门，我去追她，她把书包扔给我后脱身再跑。之后我就像亲人一样的跟她促膝长谈，让她真切地体会到老师的爱。又一次她肠胃堵塞，我便带她去医院治疗，她说想吃面包，我告诉她肠胃不好的时候不能吃，等病好了老师一定给你买。一个星期以后她的肠胃恢复正常，我买了面包兑现了诺言。对于我来说只是一些简单的举动，可是对于一个孩子来说爱的力量真的强大，当我看到她整个人都发生了翻天覆地的变化时，那积极主动地参与到学习中来的小模样，真讨人喜欢!

还有一个建档立卡户孩子是中途转来的，开始他真是一窍不通啊，考卷是0分。在我坚持不放弃的过程中，某天他突然把整个句子都结结巴巴地读通了过来，顿时把我激动坏了。一个停电的黄昏，他一直陪我在200米的跑道上坚持跑了25圈，他边跑边说：“老师，坚持不住了也不要放弃!……老师，我一直记得你跟我讲过的乌龟与白兔赛跑的故事，我就像那只乌龟一样，可是我不放弃!……”那个黄昏，那个被太阳能灯照着的昏暗的跑道上，一个10岁的孩子，一番出乎我意外的话语，一时间仿佛点亮了整个夜空里的星子，我不禁欣慰地笑了，眼睛却湿润起来……

还有一个学困生从来都交不了作业，他的学困，是困到连一个字都写不起来的程度。于是，我抽出大量的休息时间，每天都捏着他的手写字，终于他能独立写起字来了。之后的每一次抄抄写写的作业，不管自己有多慢他都会一个字一个字地去认真独立完成。有一个周末回到学校，班里的同学告诉我，他在家里发烧了，可是因为生字还没有写好，家人叫他别写了他还一直坚持到把生字写完。我在收取周末的生字书写作业时，全班一个不落整齐地交上来我特别感动。

在这个留守、单亲几乎占半的班级，原本就存在一定的教育难度，学生又出现五花八门的违纪且屡教不改时，我已措手无策，加之本人包班工作量原本就很沉重的同时再这么一来更是难上加难，我感觉自己快要崩溃似的，终于歇斯底里地在班里大发雷霆，然而我的失态并没有改变他们什么，他们只暂时安静了一会儿过后，还是不学习、不听课的状态，还是不思考不动手的模样，还是乱哄哄的课堂，我站在讲台上，一边说着“你们好好学习不行吗”，一边就绝望地哭了。记得当时刚好响过铃声，学生都去食堂吃饭半天了我还坐在教室里的独凳上哭着停不下悲伤……我是在彻底失败的崩溃中，结束的这整整一个难熬的学期的。

暑假里参加了德宏州义务段教师“师德师风”为期五天的培训之后我百感交集，听完几位大学教授的精彩授课过后，再回望自己这么一路走来的经历，我内心深受触动，同时也有了重新的自我认识。当我想到自己对工作开始有了厌倦情绪，我开始不爱我的学生了的时候，心里莫名有些恐慌，我的心已失去平衡和安全感了。再想想下个学期如果我还继续保持着这样的心态去面对工作，那我怎么再去教育学生?怎么再去引领他们前行?那将是多么可怕的局面，我不愿意!

原来，骨子里我便是深爱着我的讲台，深爱着这份职业的，如果一时的措手无策便让我失去信念的话，这样只会使事态逆向而行。正如几位教授所说，“像爱自己的孩子一样去爱每一个孩子”，爱的教育我深信不疑!爱，就是一盏明灯，爱能为每一个人指引方向，何况是孩子!只有得到过爱的孩子，并在爱的鼓舞下，他们才会朝着正确的方向前行。

那么，我已经不再迷茫了，我该用剩下的暑假时间，好好反思在这份工作中参与着的自己和孩子们，反思他们在从儿童到青春的过渡阶段所承受的心理困惑和茫然，再好好想一想我该用什么样的方式去引领他们，做他们都喜欢且想紧紧跟随的那盏亮在最前方的明灯。

当然，我不知道能不能找到的方法，但我知道身为一名教师心中的爱不能丢失，对工作热爱，对学生关爱，我便不会偏离教育的走向。不能让每个学生都成才，可是我一定要让他们走正确的路，做正确的事，做真正的人，做将来对社会有用的人!

同学们，请相信，虽然前面的路更加艰险，更加坎坷不平，但是只要你认真地对待和认真地去做每一件事，以细心开头，以认真结尾，就没有你做不好的事，只要自己拥有“认真”二字，那么你就可以战胜一切困难，克服一切困难，打退一切人生路上的拦路虎，使你的一生更加有意义!

每个人的一生中都会有一盏灯，这盏灯带给你前行的动力，指引你前进的方向。对我而言，父亲就是我心中一盏闪光的明灯。

记得小时候，我在家中走动时不小心被椅子绊倒，痛得号啕大哭。妈妈赶紧跑来抱起我，然后一边装模作样打椅子，一边安慰我说：“宝宝不哭，妈妈打这个坏椅子。”爸爸在一旁见了，却对还在打椅子的妈妈说：“是他自己不小心绊到了椅子上，造成这样的结果，跟椅子毫无关系。如果是他做错了什么，责任就应当由他自己来负，男子汉要学会有担当。”父亲影响了我，让我学会了担当，要为自己负责。

长大些，某一天，学校布置的作业堆积如山，时针已逼近11点，最后一张数学卷子也临近尾声，可是压轴题偏偏与我作对，怎么算都与我估计的答案相差甚远。继续冥思苦想了二十分钟后，爸爸觉察到我的作业时间比以往长了许多，于是推门而入，察看情况。我看到爸爸进来，在绝望中似乎嗅到了一丝希望，就和爸爸撒娇说：“爸爸，这题太难了，何况老师说了可以不做，现在也很晚了，我太困了，可以不做吗?”没想到，爸爸的脸色沉了下来，坚决地说：“不能!今日事今日毕，不能放弃!”我虽然心中有些沮丧，但看见爸爸坚毅的表情，也只好打消放弃的念头，打起精神继续解题。而爸爸并没有回去睡觉，而是在旁边陪着我，在关键步骤上指导我。最终，在午夜时分，我终于把题做了出来。父亲影响了我，让我懂得了遇到困难不要放弃，坚持到底就是成功。

爸爸的工作是建筑工程师，在工作上，他仔细查看图纸，发现并认真解决问题，对提交的方案、报告等，爸爸严格审阅，不放过任何可能产生问题的环节。所以，爸爸向来以认真、负责而为人称道。父亲影响了我，让我知道了工作认真负责的重要性。

这就是我的父亲，他通过言传身教来影响我。他就像一盏虽不光彩夺目却默默照亮路面的路灯，陪伴我，温暖我，指引我，照亮了我成长的道路，激励我走向远方。

又一年新的开学了，同学们都在暑假充好电准备进行最后的冲刺了。步入高三的行列，就意味着学习的紧张和人生的抉择。胜负在于最后的一年，也就是这一年大家都准备好精力，迎接新的挑战。

我个人自己给自己拟定了一个学习计划。每天早上五点四十分起床。开始我一天的学习的旅程。第一步先跑步，锻炼身体，只有身体健康才能更好的学习。接下来，吃顿营养的早餐，补充大脑所需要的蛋白质。然后进行阅读(有时候先背诵英语单词和一些语法)，抽空顺便复习一下。然后再预习一遍早上要上的课程。回到学校先和同学讨论一下昨晚在家所标记的不懂的问题，早自习后，可以先放松放松。到教室外呼吸一下新鲜的空气，让自己提提精神，开始今天的作业。在课堂上，遇到不懂的，我会先标记下来，等到下课的时候和周边的同学进行讨论研究。懂的知识面必须要进一步熟悉的掌握和运用。所以每天的习题是必不可少的，不但能让我们掌握知识，还可以牢记这些知识的用法。

终于等到放学了，可以回家吃可口的饭菜补充能量了。这段时间是最适合休息的。中午休息半小时不但能使自己下午上课不疲倦还能更好让大脑休息。下午的上课时间比较充裕，是2点。所以除了休息，可以把下午要上的课程更好的预习和温读。所以要去上课的时候顺便自带一些茶水，能让自己提神醒脑，还可以生津解渴。

一天的生活除了学习还是学习，因为在这关键的时候，我们的任务就是学习，主题有学习能够给我们带来出路。所以我们必须努力。新的学期，开始新的学习旅程，同学们，准备好冲刺了么?

又是一个新的学期，带着曾经的点点滴滴，在新的开始，未知的将来的道路上继续前进。

新学期里，我要把我的数学提高上去，人们总说着男生的数学总比女生好，但是我并不这样觉得，所以，我要把数学提高上去，给他们看，我们女生可以把数学学得很好!除此外，其他科我也要提上去。体育上，我一直都相信着这句话“谁说女子不如男”!没错，新学期里，我要让体育也是蒸蒸日上，让他们看到，我们女生体育也是不容小觑的。

新学期里，我要努力去当一个文武双全的人，在艺术方面也不能低人一等，总之，能做好的都要做到最好。也许，会有人觉得我天真，但我坚信，只要去努力，就一定可以做得到。

时光匆匆，新的一学期又开始了，在这个学期里我一定要去做一些有意义的事情，所以写下了计划。

首先是加强学习，现在我的成绩还不太理想考试时全班的第三名，但是在区里面的排名还是不太好，并没有进去前一百名，挺遗憾的。这个学期我一定要成家的努力，更加的勤奋，不会让自己再一次的遗憾!

其次是要多多阅读，多多写作，让自己的写作能力提高。现在的我也不知道为什么自己会这么酷爱写作，但是以前好的文章需要付出许多的汗水，我却并没有付出多少，所以并不会收获到什么好的文章，写作是需要日积月累的，在这个学期里面我一定会多多的付出，多多的阅读书籍，充实自己的生活，让自己更加完美。说道也就一定会做到，既然说出来了，我就一定会做到的。

最后是要多做一些体育运动，让自己的身体更健康一些。我是个小懒虫，平时什么都不爱做，就连多走一段路都不愿意，更别提体育锻炼了，对于这一点，我还是很有自知之明的。所以以后我要多做体育运动，不能让自己这么懒下去了，否则一定会变成小猪了!这个新的学期，我一定会多做体育运动，不让自己那么懒。“十项全能”虽然说不能样样都做到，但是我一定会认真做好每一项的。

新的学期，新的起点，初二下半册对于我们以后的学习生活非常重要，这正是我们学习的过度段，我不能被别人甩在后面，我要努力!

Some people seem to have a gift for learning languages. They pick up new words, master rules or grammar and learn to write in the new language more quickly than others. They do not seem to be more intelligent than others, so what makes language learning so much easier for them?

First of all, successful language learners are independent learners. They do not depend on the book or the teacher; they discover their own way to learn the language. Instead of waiting for the teacher to explain, they try to find the patterns and the rules for themselves. They are good guessers who look for clues and form their own conclusions. When they guess wrong, they try to learn from their mistakes.

It is more important for them to learn and think in the language than to know the meaning of every word.

i teach economics at unlv three times per week. last monday, at the beginning of class, i cheerfully asked my students how their weekend had been. one young man said that his weekend had not been so good. he had his wisdom teeth removed. the young man then proceeded to ask me why i always seemed to be so cheerful.

"let me give you an example," i continued, addressing all sixty students in the class. "in addition to teaching here at unlv, i also teach out at the community college in henderson, 17 miles down the freeway from where i live. one day a few weeks ago i drove those 17 miles to henderson. i exited the freeway and turned onto college drive. i only had to drive another quarter mile down the road to the college. but just then my car died. i tried to start it again, but the engine wouldnt turn over. so i put my flashers on, grabbed my books, and marched down the road to the college.

“我给你们举个例子吧，”我对着全班六十个学生继续说道，“除了在这儿上课，我还在一所社区大学任教，那儿离我家17英里。几周前的一天，我驾车前往那所学校，驶离高速公路后，我转入了校园区。在只差400多米就到学校的时候，我的汽车抛锚了。我努力重新发动引擎，但就是不行。我只好把指示灯打亮，然后抓起课本直奔学校。”

"as soon as i got there i called aaa and arranged for a tow truck to meet me at my car after class. the secretary in the provosts office asked me what has happened. this is my lucky day, i replied, smiling.

我一到学校就马上打电话给汽车协会，让他们在我下课后开辆拖车过来。院长办公室的秘书问我发生了什么事。“今天我真走运。”我笑着答道。

"your car breaks down and today is your lucky day? she was puzzled. what do you mean?

“你的车坏了，你还说今天走运?”她一脸的困惑。“你什么意思啊?”

"i live 17 miles from here. i replied. my car could have broken down anywhere along the freeway. it didnt. instead, it broke down in the perfect place: off the freeway, within walking distance of here. im still able to teach my class, and ive been able to arrange for the tow truck to meet me after class. if my car was meant to break down today, it couldnt have been arranged in a more convenient fashion.

我回答到：“我住在离这儿17英里的地方。其实我的车有可能在高速公路上的什么地方就坏掉了的，但庆幸的是，没有。相反，汽车是在离开了高速公路后才抛锚，而且距离学校很近。我还赶得及上课，还能够安排拖车在课后来处理。如果我的汽车是注定了要在今天抛锚的，那在这个位置抛锚已经是非常幸运了。”

the secretarys eyes opened wide, and then she smiled. i smiled back and headed for class." so ended my story.

“那个秘书听得目瞪口呆地，然后她笑了。我也冲她笑了一下，便上课去了。”这就是我的故事。

i scanned the sixty faces in my economics class at unlv. despite the early hour, no one seemed to be asleep. somehow, my story had touched them. or maybe it wasnt the story at all. in fact, it had all started with a students observation that i was cheerful.

我扫视了一下全班六十张脸。虽然是在大清早，但没有一个学生在打盹儿。不知道为什么，他们好像被我的故事触动了。也许触动他们的并不是故事本身。其实，从一开始有学生发现我兴致高昂的时候，他们便已经被我的快乐感染了。

deepak chopra has quoted an indian wise man as saying, "who you are speaks louder to me than anything you can say." i suppose it must be so.

著名的印度作家乔布拉，曾经引述过一位印度智者的名言：“你为人行事的本身，比你的语言更具说服力。”我认为这的确是真理。
