面对新的情况，在推进素质教育，倡导更新教育理念的同时，怎样树立新时期的师德形象，已成为广大教师面临的重要课题，我认为需要从以下几个方面努力。

一、调整教师心态，树立正确的价值观念

要做好现在社会的教师，拥有一个良好的心态至关重要。在我们义乌这样一个物欲横流的社会环境背景下，教师的价值观显得尤为重要。任小艾老师说了，幸福是要自己心平气和的去体会的，我说，幸福是要靠自己感受的，就是说老师要知道满足，钱是永远都赚不完的。有了这么一个理念为基础的话，那么我们现在的超度带生问题，歧视学生问题，体罚等各种有碍于师德形象的问题都会得到根本好转。所以，在老师当中首先要解决价值观的问题，教师要调整好自己的心态，做一个时常会感恩的人，学会满足，学会体验幸福，感受幸福。

二、转变教育理念，实施差异教育

这个暑假我在方通学英语，我们班只有8个人，老师是一个澳大利亚人，她长得很胖，性格很开朗，她只会说一点点的中文，上课的时候多数是用英文跟我们沟通，课讲得很好，每节课她都会跟我们玩些游戏，经常逗得我们哈哈大笑。每一个学生都有一张纸，纸上印有1至20的数字，谁在课堂上表现好，老师就会在数字的后面盖一个超人形状的章，学习结束后，看谁的超人最多，就可以得到最大的卡通贴纸相，结果这份礼物让我得到了，而且我还是全班最高分的一个学生。

在方通学英语的日子非常的开心，可惜学习已经结束了，9月1日我就要回二小上学了，明年的暑假我希望还能来方通学英语。

With the development of technology, today we live in the world with high technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once they dont have smart phone at hand for a while, the seem to be lost and feel something miss in their life.
