Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

foreign teacher’s home at that day, we brought some presents, when we arrived at

遥怜学弟妹，未解忆母校

毕业，这个在我们心中代表自由与释放的名词，在6月8号时针指到下午5点的那一刻变为了动词。看着走出考场欢呼雀跃的同学们，我真切的感觉到，我们，真的毕业了。这一次真的不是在期待而是在经历……

fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by

melamine.Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility

for others， law related should be passed and carried out.Only in this way can we

又一年新的开学了，同学们都在暑假充好电准备进行最后的冲刺了。步入高三的行列，就意味着学习的紧张和人生的抉择。胜负在于最后的一年，也就是这一年大家都准备好精力，迎接新的挑战。

我个人自己给自己拟定了一个学习计划。每天早上五点四十分起床。开始我一天的学习的旅程。第一步先跑步，锻炼身体，只有身体健康才能更好的学习。接下来，吃顿营养的早餐，补充大脑所需要的蛋白质。然后进行阅读(有时候先背诵英语单词和一些语法)，抽空顺便复习一下。然后再预习一遍早上要上的课程。回到学校先和同学讨论一下昨晚在家所标记的不懂的问题，早自习后，可以先放松放松。到教室外呼吸一下新鲜的空气，让自己提提精神，开始今天的作业。在课堂上，遇到不懂的，我会先标记下来，等到下课的时候和周边的同学进行讨论研究。懂的知识面必须要进一步熟悉的掌握和运用。所以每天的习题是必不可少的，不但能让我们掌握知识，还可以牢记这些知识的用法。

终于等到放学了，可以回家吃可口的饭菜补充能量了。这段时间是最适合休息的。中午休息半小时不但能使自己下午上课不疲倦还能更好让大脑休息。下午的上课时间比较充裕，是2点。所以除了休息，可以把下午要上的课程更好的预习和温读。所以要去上课的时候顺便自带一些茶水，能让自己提神醒脑，还可以生津解渴。

一天的生活除了学习还是学习，因为在这关键的时候，我们的任务就是学习，主题有学习能够给我们带来出路。所以我们必须努力。新的学期，开始新的学习旅程，同学们，准备好冲刺了么?

其次是要多多阅读，多多写作，让自己的写作能力提高。现在的我也不知道为什么自己会这么酷爱写作，但是以前好的文章需要付出许多的汗水，我却并没有付出多少，所以并不会收获到什么好的文章，写作是需要日积月累的，在这个学期里面我一定会多多的付出，多多的阅读书籍，充实自己的生活，让自己更加完美。说道也就一定会做到，既然说出来了，我就一定会做到的。

最后是要多做一些体育运动，让自己的身体更健康一些。我是个小懒虫，平时什么都不爱做，就连多走一段路都不愿意，更别提体育锻炼了，对于这一点，我还是很有自知之明的。所以以后我要多做体育运动，不能让自己这么懒下去了，否则一定会变成小猪了!这个新的学期，我一定会多做体育运动，不让自己那么懒。“十项全能”虽然说不能样样都做到，但是我一定会认真做好每一项的。

新的学期，新的起点，初二下半册对于我们以后的学习生活非常重要，这正是我们学习的过度段，我不能被别人甩在后面，我要努力!

place to free themselves. Without the supervision from parents and teachers,

So someone made the comment on campus life as the nursing house, which

satirized the students who wasted their precious time and youth to accomplish

nothing. It is the important stage for them to learn professional knowledge and

For a wise student, they make the plans and improve themselves all the

time. If we live the life as the old people in the nursing house, then it is

kind of committing suicide for a young person.

因此，为了让自己的寒假过得充实而有意义，我给自己做了个寒假计划。

1、语文：每天阅读，语感保鲜。

语文学习是一个需要多加品味和感悟的过程，每天都进行一定量的阅读，可以对语感进行保鲜。

首先，每天自选一篇现当代作家的散文和杂文进行阅读，让自己在假期能够有时间赏析美文，而且也能够提高人文素养。其次，古诗文的背诵和默写也不是一日之功，同学们要充分利用寒假，有选择地读一些古代经典作品，并且每天选择其中一两段进行翻译。

由于语文高考题中的主观题占分越来越多，所以要通过训练来掌握一些答题的规范，在老师平时的讲解中，寻找到一种解答语文主观题的方法。

2、数学：“查漏”与"晨跑”。

从数学这门学科看，可以利用寒假时间做两件事情。

第一件事情是“查漏”。把上个学期复习过的内容进行整理，以自己做错的习题作为线索，来检查对基础知识和基本方法的掌握情况。可以专门准备一个笔记本，把经过查漏补缺找到的知识点，详细地记录下来，以便最后阶段复习时参考。

一定要珍惜“错误”，弄清错误的原因。因为只有牢固掌握基础知识、基本方法，才能获得数学学习的通解和通法。而在明确解题思路的错误后，才能真正巩固所学的知识。

第二件事情是“晨跑”。由于下个学期时间短，所以在寒假里可以提前进行复习。而复习的方法和模式可以类比已经经历过的复习方法，这样的超前准备类似于晨跑，可以带来一个稳定的心态。当新学期开始，复习进入紧张状态，还可以有能力来关注自己最容易犯的错误。

通过做专题来提升对知识的综合能力。结合寒假作业的每个大题，把整个章节的知识都进行融会贯通。

每天安排一个小时来复习数学，时间过长过短都不适合;而有的同学把家中整个写字台上都铺满课本、练习册，常常是做一题换一本书，这样的方法可并不利于循序渐进。

3、英语：朗读，大声读出来。

每天学习英语一个半小时。

这一个半小时用来干三件事：

第一，多识字。词汇是英语的基础，词汇至少得默写两遍。

第二，抓大头。阅读和完形填空是英语试卷中分数比例的项目。每天都做一点，比如3篇阅读理解，1篇完形填空，记住必须做，和考试一样。

第三，勤背诵。这个寒假能背诵3-5篇经典范文，每天再朗读20分钟。中国有句古语：熟读唐诗三百首，不能做诗也会吟。朗读和背诵可以增强语感。

此外，放假时娱乐总是需要的，适当看一些英语原版电影或CCTV9的电视节目。

4、物理：重视解题规范。

首先在假期之初回顾一下在刚刚结束的这个学期中自己还有哪些事情没时间去完成，将它们一一列出，在假期中有计划地将它们完成。

其次整理一下这学期的练习和笔记，用活页夹的形式将自己平时容易错的问题重新归类，并把相关的一些问题都整合在一起，可以重新再做一做，并想清楚它们之间的相同点和不同点。不仅要知道这些问题怎么做，还要知道为什么这样做。

另外整理一下自己的物理知识的框架结构。可以以章节为顺序，先在笔记本上画一下各个章节的知识、概念的框图，然后再看一看书本进行补充和完善，做到对高中的物理知识、概念了如指掌。

最后适当做一些练习，练习可以计时也可以不计时，通过练习可以了解自己的复习效果，并寻找新的问题。练习中要注意自己的解题规范，特别是作图、书写、计算中的规范要求，不要追求练习的数量，而要注重练习的质量，追求解题的正确率。

5、化学：重点突破模糊知识点。

将所学的知识作重点的整理，尤其是重点突破一些平时感觉比较模糊的知识点。

在此基础上，尝试将一些相似、相异甚至相反的知识点进行分析、归纳，逐步形成自己的知识网络。

练习与试卷分析相结合。从应试的角度看，能有足够的时间进行大运动量的训练无疑能使考生取得好成绩，由于平时在校的整块训练时间不多，所以要充分利用好寒假的时间进行系统的模拟性训练。

6、生物：注重理论与生活实际的联系。

生物科学离不开社会生产、生活实践，离不开自然环境。因此在复习过程中要注意结合自然现象、生产生活实际，运用所学知识对自然现象或社会事物进行系统的分析和多角度的描述，加强实践体验与创新思维的训练，促进学科知识的交叉与渗透，从而提高实践能力与创新能力。

实验复习时，学生关键要掌握的是实验思想和实验方法。注意科学思维能力的培养，科学思维能力是生物学实验达到预期实验目标的核心，是发挥学生实验能动性的关键环节。

Currently, many problems concerning the safety of food have popped up. As for me, I believe at least three factors account for this issue.

目前，有关食品安全的许多问题都出现了。至于我，在这个问题上至少有三个因素的相信我。

First, I observe that profits drive many food producers to commit illegal things. They aim to gain more money at the expense of consumers’ health. Second, the overuse of agricultural pesticide has resulted in the degradation of food quality. The excessive pesticide bears enormous health hazard for people. Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed.

All in all, food safety is such a great concern, and we all should do establish laws and implement them effectively to avoid producing toxic foods.

时间是过得很快的，转眼之间高三的第一个学期就快要过去了，但作为高三学生的我，就算是在假期也是不能够放松的，需要充分的利用好假期的时间学习，让自己能够多知道一些知识，在开学之后也能够有一点进步，这样才能够在高考中取得一个好的成绩。我这个学期的学习态度还是很不错的，所以我决定做一个寒假的学习计划，在假期当中继续保持着这样的一个学习态度。

首先我要做的就是规划好自己的时间，制定一个学习计划表，不要把这个寒假当做是在放假，而是要和学校有着一样的作息时间和学习的时间，这样才能够有一个好的学习计划，在开学的时候就能够很快的调整好自己的状态投入学习。我会严格的按照学校的作息来安排我的学习时间和休息的时间，就像是在家里上一整天的自习课一样，自己自觉的学习。把每天的时间都分为早中晚三个部分，每一个部分都有一个学习的重点。

这个寒假的时间是比较的短的，在完成了假期作业之后其实是没有很多的时间学习的，所以我就必须要认真的做我的假期作业，遇到不会的就知道自己有哪些知识点没有学好，抓紧时间去查漏补缺，尽量的找出自己所有没有学好的地方，努力的把所有的知识点都学会了。我的计划是上午是写寒假作业的时间，下午就是把在上午的时候遇到的一些问题和难题都解决掉，晚上就做自己买的习题，还有预习。上午复习，下午解决问题，晚上刷题。

虽然老师们在这个学期末已经教学了很多高三下学期的内容，但是因为时间的原因也只教学了一小部分，所以我决定在假期的时候自己先预习一下，这样在做题的时候遇到了相关的内容我也能够尝试着去做。我买的习题册都是高考的模拟卷或者高考的真题，我的想法是就算遇到没有学到的也要尝试着去做，这样自己在做的过程中就能够产生一些疑问，在将来老师教授这一部分的时候，我就能够有重点的去听，我也知道上课的时候是必须要认真的听的，但我的精力也是有限的，所以还是需要有一个重点。

我相信在假期的时候我如果能够按照自己制定的学习计划来学习的话，在新的学期开始的时候我是一定会有进步的。当然在过年的那几天我还是可以适当的休息一下的，也让自己稍微的放松一下。

improve his way of life。 With the tools of technology he has altered many

physical features of the earth。 He has transformed woodlands and prairies into

farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

persuade him to give it up.He gave it up many times but each time only for a few

days or only for a few hours.

Once he declared that he would stop smoking right away under the pressure

of my mother,and he threw his cigarets into the dustbin.The effect of his

declaration lasted only for two days.Then I found him smoking again when he

thought that he was alone and no one saw him.On the fifth day of his

declaration,he smoked openly.

Last winter he got pneumonia.When he was well again,the doctor ordered him

to give up smoking.To our delight,this time he really got rid of the habit.It

seems that the doctors order is more effective than mothers scolding,my

suggestion and his own declaration.

i took part in the liyang crazy english summer camp this summer vacation.i found a good way to learn english well .followings are what i think :

crazy stands for the human sprint of transcending oneself. crazy stands for the single minded pursuit of dreams. crazy stands for the total devotion to your work. crazy stands for the passion of commitment to reach the goal. once you have craziness, you can achieve anything that you want. ok, lets be crazy!

When we are little, we are eager to grow up, so that we can break free of

parental discipline even leave them far. Since we were a little child, we have

to be governed by teachers in school and endure parent’s ramble at home. These

are our growing pains. Besides, study, friendship, sometimes campus romance may

trouble us. However, as we grow up, we gradually find that things mentioned

above are not pains at all. There are much more serious things brother us. For

example, we may be less sensitive to the simple happiness and loss them

gradually. It’s hard for us to laugh from our heart. Moreover, we are in the age

that we are eager to grow up but afraid to grow up either. The ambivalence

afflicts us a lot. However, no matter what happens in our growth, they are parts

of our lives. We must accept them actively and do not let the pains prevent us

from happiness.

I have heard a beautiful poetry, written by a novelist, Amy Cheung. With a little adjustment, it can vividly depict the alienation among people in reality - "The further distance in the world is not between life and death. But when I stand in front of you, your eyes turn to your smartphone; don’t know that I love you."

The smartphone has been gaining a great popularity, becoming a toxic compulsion. It has invaded our lives and occupied all our interstitial time. It is so commonly seen that the smartphone addicts attend to their phone, ignoring everything. Even meeting with friends, they often pull out the phone in order to take a photo, check a message or even play with a game. Seeming connected with the whole world, they have actually fiddled the conversation and done harm to the relationship.

It is high time that we threw away the phone and raised our heads up. Do cherish the ones around us and appreciate the splendid scenery ahead of us.

Today is Dragon Boat Festival. My mother let me watch the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival from the computer. In fact, it was a memorial to Qu Yuan. Qu Yuan was a patriot. He wanted to make his country strong and often give advice to the king, but the king did not like to listen and he drove him out of the country.

Once the Qin state came to the state of Chu, the state of Chu was quickly defeated, the country was soon lost, and Qu Yuan was more sad. I like reading books so much, rencently, I fall in love with the travel

books. When I open these books, I am attracted by the colorful pictures. Reading

these books can broaden my vision, I know there are so many places that I have

never heard of before. I also learn the different culture. I am so eager to go

to these places and have a look at them. So I have made up my mind, I will

travel to the places that are around me first, and then when I grow up, I will

travel further. This is my little dream, it is also my motivation to study

well.
