第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

第四步，在把问题都梳理清楚以后。我们要再回过头来认真的读一篇文章，这个时候可以查字典，理解一些生词的意思(注意：不要去背诵没有在课堂上学过的新单词!)在此基础上，保证自己把这篇文章的每一句话都彻底理解了。把每一句话的意思和语法结构都要弄清楚。 这样四个步骤下来，我们对于这一篇阅读理解才算彻底吃透吃通了。这样，本来12分钟就可以搞定的一篇阅读理解，可能要花差不多半个小时。但是，这比我们花半个小时做三篇阅读理解的效果要好得多，因为你真正收获了、进步了。按照这个方法，每天哪怕只做一篇阅读理解的题目，一两个月坚持下来，我们的英语成绩必然会有很大的提高。

在庆祝改革开放40周年大型展览上，网友“公民老k”看到了展出的国家监委留置第一案王晓光案相关文书原件，这让他深受震撼，也感受到了党中央惩治腐败的坚定决心。

网友“zhaojin响水”留言说，郭海案件充分反映出监察体制改革前后的不同效果，从原来的公安、检察、纪委各管一段，呈现“九龙治水”的窘境，到改革后监察权的集中，实现了党对党风廉政和反腐败工作的集中统一领导。

网友“画却凌烟”是一名纪检监察干部。据他讲述，2015年，他在查处县农业综合开发办腐败案时，一条问题线索反映该单位工程师江某利用职务之便为其亲属承接工程项目。江某既不是党员，也不是行政机关任命的干部，只是一名普通工作人员。按照当时的《行政监察法》，只能向其主管部门发出监察建议书，责成对其处理，震慑效果大打折扣。《监察法》施行后，像江某这样的干部，也属于监察对象了。

推进反腐败斗争规范化、法制化是国家监察体制改革的一个重要目标。

网友“浮梁灯火”说，王晓光案证明，通过法治思维和法治方式惩治腐败，是深入开展反腐败工作，推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的有效举措。

这只“硕鼠”是咋回事呢?时间回到2014年1月，江苏省淮安市下发《关于发放回族等10个少数民族群众清真食品补贴的通知》。该市清江浦区闸口街道石桥社区会计许凤利用职务之便，通过克扣存折，侵占13名少数民族群众“清真食补”现金共5810元。查处该案后，清江浦区监委向区民宗局下发监察建议书，要求区民宗局主动担责，开展专项清理整治，规范整改落实。清江浦区民宗局根据监察建议，制定了清真食品补贴发放管理整改方案，并出台相关规范补贴管理制度。

自改革以来，监察体制改革的制度优势正在转化为治理效能，标本兼治的综合效应正在日益凸显，面对强大的震慑和政策感召，一大批有问题干部选择主动投案。

看完《国家监察》第一集后，网友“pp宝贝”最大的感受是，艾文礼、秦光荣的主动投案，从侧面反映了监察体制改革对那些有问题干部形成了强大震慑。

网友“五个木头”身边的一起腐败案件的查处也是一个例证。“区监委成立不久，镇卫生院的出纳就去投案了。听说贪了100来万，这都是老百姓医保的保命钱啊。监察体制改革确实好，震慑力十足。”网友“五个木头”说。

这名卫生院出纳名叫邹云霞，2015年底，她无力偿还购买门面房的按揭贷款，于是就开始挪用公款，直到2018年3月，挪用公款共计99万多元。邹云霞曾想卖掉门面房补上挪用的公款，但房产证一直办不下来，无法出手。2018年1月24日，四川省广安市前锋区监委挂牌成立，对该区所有行使公权力的公职人员实现监察全覆盖。就在此时，邹云霞的商铺产权证还是没有办下来，她猛然醒悟，再也不对“房产证办下来就卖掉还款”的想法抱一丝希望，下定决心投案。

Many years ago, when the first computer came into being, many people

predicted the age of computer has come. Now only two decades passed, here comes

the new age of cellphone. Lets look at how people depend on the phone. They use

cellphone to work and to communicate with families and friends. With the

development of technology, online payment is popular and people just need a

cellphone to pay all the bills. How convenient it is. We are lucky to live in

the age of technology. But at the same time, if we dont control ourselves, we

will lose in the technology world, such as some children overuse cellphone and

learn nothing at all.

在课堂授课的中学英语课堂条件下，“面对全体学生”的理念和学生人数众多的客观事实之间形成了一种矛盾，对教师是一个很大的挑战。相当多的教师仍然采用教授语言点和布置练习并讲评的模式上课，教师自始至终是课堂的主角，学生被动地接受，缺乏主动性，因此课堂沉闷是一个普遍现象，很多学生渐渐失去了兴趣甚至厌学，把学习看作是沉重的负担。

1.口语练习课的合作学习教学活动设计。

利用多媒体技术可以丰富和活跃口语课堂。多媒体技术能将社会、文化背景等人文因素形象化、具体化，使口语活动更具体化。口语活动设计可以采用采访与协商讨论;小组实践与拼图游戏等，恰当组织小组分工合作。同时，在设计口语任务时要难易得当。教学任务既要切合实际又要有一定的灵活性和挑战性，

2.精读课文的合作学习教学设计。

预先阅读阶段中的小组合作学习。在正式阅读课文前,教师可根据阅读文章的内容等提出一些问题，供学生思考、回答，以激发学生阅读的兴趣，为下一步的阅读作好准备。阅读阶段的小组合作学习——重心转向课文理解。这一阶段可以分为大意理解和细节阅读两个层次。大意理解要求学生寻找段落大意和文章大意，教师可以设计一些问题进行检测，如要求学生能够找到段落主题句，或做课文后的阅读理解练习。阅读后阶段的小组合作学习。此阶段旨在对课文内容进行梳理、总结，进而引发深层次的理解和思考。要求学生在课上规定时间内用英语写课文内容总结或读后感。然后，小组成员互相修改，每组派代表课上宣读。课后，教师随机抽查其他学生写作和修改的情况。在此过程中，学生可以将新课的词汇、短语等语言基础知识学以致用，同时锻炼写作能力。

3.写作课的合作学习教学设计。

英语写作能够比较客观地反映学生多方面的语言运用能力。然而在传统教学中教师对写作教学重视不够，往往导致学生英语写作能力较差。教学中采用合作式的写作模式，遵循“熟悉写作要求——小组讨论——合作写作——教师点评”的教学步骤。在熟悉写作要求阶段，教师布置写作任务，使学生熟悉写作要求。小组讨论由组长组织，学生根据教师和小组其他成员的意见进行构思、讨论、措辞等，充分发挥他们的思维能力来进行写作和修改，这有助于他们发现写作中存在的问题。在教师点评阶段，教师对各组展示的作品进行点评，指出共同错误，表扬优秀作品。这种合作式的协作写作课堂能充分调动学生的积极性和主动性，并且每个学生都得到提高。

4.选择适当的合作学习时机。

合作学习是课堂教学的一种重要方式，但不是唯一的方式。我们应该根据教学内容，学生实际等因素，让学生进行合作学习。一般来说，对于复杂、综合的学习内容，可以采用小组合作的学习方式，教师要根据教学内容的特点精心设计小组合作学习的“问题“为学生提供适当的，带有一定挑战性的学习对象或任务。通过竞争让学生获得小小的成功体验，增强他们学习英语的信心，同时也让学生在竞争中自觉完善自己。

5.构建结构合理的合作小组。

教师在构建合作小组时，应注意结构的合理性。一是小组人数要合理，一般以4~6人为宜，人数太多不利于学生间的交流和个人才能的充分展示;人数太少也不利于学生间的交流和互助;二是分组应遵循“组间同质，组内异质，优势互补”的原则，即按照学生的知识基础，学习能力，性格特点的差异进行分组，使每个小组都有高、中、低三个层次的学生，这样分组不但有利于学生间的优势互补，相互促进，而且为全班各小组之间的公平竞争打下了基础;三是小组成员应是动态的，可以根据内容的不同互换角色，这不仅使学生有新鲜感，提高合作学习的兴趣，而且可以改变学生在小组中长期形成的地位，即有的学生始终处于控制地位，有的学生始终处于从属地位，给每个学生提供发展的机会。

总之，在提高中学公共英语课堂教学水平方面，小组合作学习教学模式值得广大中学公共英语教师去探索和发展。合作学习以“学生为中心”的教学理念有助于形成积极有效的学习氛围，从而激励学生学习;它有利于激发学生对课堂教学活动的参与欲望，同时能培养学生的学习成就感和团队精神。

Today, cellphone has been part of people’s live, they use cellphone to keep

in touch with friends and family, cellphone is also very helpful in people’s

work. As cellphone is so important, so people count on it so much, I think we

need to take the right attitude towards cellphone.

Teenagers especially like to use cellphone, they can’t live without

cellphone. Take my brother for example. He carries cellphone all the time, no

matter what he does. When we are talking to him, he just lows down his head and

says yes, I don’t think he is listening to us. When he is walking on the street,

he still keeps his eyes on the screen. My brother is a typical cellphone user, I

feel pity for him because he misses so many beautiful moment.

It is very a common situation for the young people to low down their heads

to check on the cellphone. They don’t have the real communicate with others, it

is not a good behavior. It is better to drop down the cellphone and see the

scenery around us.

A social network, said by google, is a social structure made up of a set of social actors (such as individuals or organizations) and a set of the dyadic ties between these actors. With the rapid development of network, we unintentionally found that t QQ, Microblog, etc. have altered the landscape of social interaction, particularly among young people.

What‘s the influence of the social network, connection or isolationDifferent person has different point of view. On the one hand, social networking is a social structure composed of different complex social connections of individuals or groups. Connected by similar values, interests, or certain bonds in reality, social networking links various people together, making the world much smaller. The friends that you can make are another one of the many benefits to social networking online. However, some people hold the opposite view, purporting that social networks are more like mutual isolation networks that detach people from meaningful interactions with one another and make them less human. Even, if individuals cannot learn to interact and develop meaningful relationships outside the narcissistic, soap opera-environment of the social network, then society is in for some major trouble down the road. In general, we should appropriately use social networks, to maximize the use of its advantages. For ourselves, we should improve ourselves quality, enhance the ability to control, have a clear understanding of social
