Today I am very happy, because today is not only "38" womens day, but also

my mothers birthday.

Early in the morning I thought, what to do for my mother? I thought to

her a card or do something for her." So I decided to make her a card. I took out

a small piece of cardboard and wrote, "happy holidays and good health." Well, I

The way people hold the belief that a fun-filled， pain-free lifestyle

equals happiness actually reduces their chances of ever obtaining real

happiness. If fun and pleasure are equal to happiness，then pain must be equal to

unhappiness. But in fact，the opposite is true： more often than not things that

lead to happiness contain some pain.

As a result，many people avoid the very attempts that are the source of true

happiness.They fear the pain inevitably (不可避免地) brought by such things as

marriage，raising children，professional achievement， religious commitment，

self-improvement.

Ask a bachelor why he resists marriage even though he finds dating to be

less and less satisfying. If he is honest，he will tell you that he is afraid of

making a commitment，for commitment is in fact quite painful. The single life is

filled with fun， adventure and excitement.Marriage has such moments，but they are

not its most distinguishing features.

Couples，with infant children， are lucky to get a whole nights sleep of a

three-day vacation. We dont know any parent who would choose the word fun to

describe raising children. But couples that decide not to have children ever

know the joys of watching a child grow up or playing with a grandchild.

Understanding and accepting that true happiness has nothing to do with fun

is one of the most liberating realizations. It liberates time： now we can devote

more hours to activities that can really increase our happiness. It liberates

money：buying that new car or those fancy clothes to increase our happiness now

seems pointless. And it liberates us from envy：we now understand that all those

who always have so much fun actually may not be happy at all.

With the improving of our living standard, nowadays ,almost everyone can afford a cell phone. Every cion has two sides. When we are enjoying the benefits that cell phones have brought us ,we are now faced many problems.

To start with , mobiles phones have brought us many conveniences. With a using of a phone ,we can surfing on the Internet whenever we like without opening a computer.Whats more, we are imformed of everything important when we carry our cell phone all the time. Futermore, it can also help us with some learning,beacuse we can look up the word in the digital dictionary.

Secondly, our cell phones still causes many serious problems. On one hand,the most problem is electric wave radiation ,which is bad for our health. On the other hand, it will affect our learning and working. For example,When we are at an important meeting with an important partner ,if your cell phone rings, it will interrupt the whole environment and the partner will think you dont respcet him. Another example is when you are having a boring class or meeting,then you will take out your phone reading novels,surfing on the Internet ,playing games ,all thest will distract you from good working.

Do you think what is the most important in your life? Maybe some answers

are dreams. I may directly answer “lovers”.

In my opinion, lovers not simply mean your partner of life, but the people

you love: your parents, husband or wife, children and friends. I have a happy

life because of their company. I even can’t imagine the life without them.

My mum told me” money is not as important as you think, you neednt think

too highly of it. Don’t be greedy, my girl.” I got it. Person around us is the

most important. If they are unhappy, you won’t be happy. There is many beautiful

scenery in our life, however, the most important thing we should notice is that,

without the people we love, they worth nothing.

In reality, many people are chasing wealth which results to the ignorance

of people around them. Obviously, its not a brilliant choice. Don’t’ be

controlled by wealth or money. About life , this is my idea, what’s about

yours?

一、总则：

1、坚持每一天，充分利用一切可以利用的时间学英语。没有持之以恒的学习和大量的时将做保障，一切都是空谈。

2、每天听写一篇文章，以此文章为中心，展开一天的学习。

3、听说读写译五项都要练，以听说为主。

4、求质不求量，把听写的文章彻底搞懂足矣，不要好大喜功，贪大贪快。扎扎实实，按部就班，是学好英语的必经之路。

5、把零碎的时间充分利用起来学英语，不断地重复。

6、听写是个学习英语的好方法，要继续加强。

7、早睡早起学英语。

8、抓住一套教材足矣，不要盲目的更换教材。

9、每天学习英语必须要有详细可行的计划，必须坚决执行，没有任何借口。

10、相信自己，一定能够学好英语。

二、分则：

(一)听力：

1、除周末外，每天晚上10：00——12：00听写一篇五分钟左右的短文。着重听力后的分析过程。

2、早晚都随身带MP3，一有空闲时间就反复听这篇短文，直到听烂为止。

3、周末看一部外国电影，复习就内容，检查一周来的学习计划执行情况。

4、重视精听，听无数遍。

(二)口语：

1、朗读并努力复述听写的短文。

(三)阅读：

1 中等程度的同学

课文模仿背诵法

纵观近几年的中考，与课本直接相关的内容占了很大比例，在阅读和完型两项中更是多次出现课本原文。所以，把握好课本对大多数中等程度的同学至关重要。到了中考复习的冲刺阶段，不少老师会要求同学把课本中的重点课文背诵下来，我们何不现在就动手?但是机械的背诵效果不好，课文模仿背诵法一定要在模仿课文录音的前提下进行，才能发挥最大功效。

具体来说，同学可以借来初三上册的课本和录音带，每个模块的Unit1的对话由于开学上课时要做听力，可以不看，我们只需模仿背诵Unit2。比如说Module1 Unit2中的The greatest wonder of the natural world，我们打开录音机，先听第一句：When I arrived, it was early morning and it was raining. 然后进行模仿，注意语调和节奏以及连读，而后再将录音带倒回，再次模仿。如果你以前没有模仿朗读的习惯，那你至少需要将这一个句子模仿5到6遍，长句子需要10遍以上。实际上，当你把一个句子模仿得惟妙惟肖时，这个句子已经印在你脑子里了。所以要想将一篇200到300字的文章模仿背诵下来，需要2到3个小时的时间，只有在假期中我们才有这样整块的时间来完成此项工作。

2 基础稍差的同学 单词识记朗读法

对于英语基础薄弱的同学，困难集中体现在单词量不够，单选中的句子看不懂，更别提完型、阅读乃至综合填空了。所以，针对这种情况，我们要做的是温故而不是知新。

这样识记单词可以按照模块进行，然后为了巩固单词，再把前面这个模块的课文大声朗读3到5遍，在这个过过程中加深对单词的理解记忆，可以每天进行一到两个模块的内容。

如果你能在开学之前将前四册的单词混个“脸儿熟”，那么你在初三的英语学习中将感到前所未有的轻松，并逐渐体会到阅读的快乐。

Nowadays, English has been the international language. In China, the children have to learn English since their primary education. Traditional Chinese culture is beginning to capture the attention of the

world. This is true even as popular culture that has traditionally been

considered Western begins to spread throughout China. Kung Fu, especially, has

had a great impact on the millions of people who first learned about China

With the approachment of life in university, choosing a suitable dorm becomes a hot topic among the freshmen.

As far as I am concerned, renting a flat close to the university will be a smarter choice. Compared with school dorm, although the cost of 800 yuan per month is an extra load for the parents, it gives you more freedom as you live alone. Brave and independent as I am, I will be satisfied with this way of live. In addition, while the school dorm only provides one restroom on each floor, I can enjoy a comfortable bath in the flat. What comes last is that you will never bother anybody or be bothered by others. Since I am an early bird, I dont want my reading in the morning to be a nightmare of my dormmates.

now in the country areas, there are many children out of school. i think one of the reasons is that their families are too poor to afford their school. as a result, they have to stay at home to make money to keep their families.

another reason is that many parents think it useless for the girls to study and they would not like them to go to school. a third reason is that some children are not interested in their lessons, and would not like to go to school.

in my opinion all the children including the girls should have the chance to receive education. all the people should pay attention to the education of the children who will play a very important part in the future of our country.

英语学习作为一门语言类的学科，在学习过程中必然存在许多困惑与不解，与此同时，从英语作为一门专业性的课程这一点来看，英语专业的莘莘学子们自然而然也会遇到一系列凶猛的拦路虎，尤其是对于像我这样基础薄弱的学生来说，英语简直就一块硬到不能再硬的大骨头，我们除了用努力与拼搏铺出一条康庄大道来之外，还需要利用坚定的毅力，永不服输，永不言弃的信念来造就一个专属于自己的英语前景。总而言之，英语学习是一个任重道远的过程，而在这个过程中必然会会充满汗水与泪水，交织着痛苦与辛酸。接下来我就根据自己在英语学习中的实际情况以及自己在英语学习上的不足之处，给大家介绍五个可行性强，可塑性强且实用好用的英语学习方法。

常言道"兴趣是最好的老师"，学习英语也好，学习其他技能也罢，我们首先要做的就是努力培养自己对英语的兴趣。对相对而言比较枯燥的英语学习来说，一旦没有兴趣，那就不会有持续的干劲和动力，那英语学习也将很难坚持下去。反之，一旦你对英语有了兴趣并努力地发展这一兴趣，那么我们就会带着强烈的欲望去读英语，听英语，说英语，写英语，也会积极主动地去找老师与同学去练英语，会找一切可以提高我们英语的机会去提高我们自己的英语水平。所以说"兴趣"对学好英语有举足轻重的作用。

从简单到复杂，从基本到精通，任何语言的学习都必须经历一个循序渐进的过程。听说读写都要从零开始，我们必须一步一个脚印，从基本功做起，常言道，师傅领进门，修行在个人，我们不能一味依赖老师，相反，我们要通过自己的努力，从简单的开始，从基本的入门，从而进一步产生兴趣，从始至终地把事情进行下去。总而言之，我们在英语学习探索与学习中一定要遵守循序渐进的规则，切记一口吃不成一个胖子，我们一定要下足功夫，这样才能有所成。学会容易的东西，并把容易的东西融会贯通地加以运用才是英语学习的关键所在。

语言学习最看重的就是积累，最基本的就在于量，总之，看的越多越好，听的越多越通，读的愈多愈好，写的更多更精。当然英语学习只有泛读与泛听是远远不够的，我们最好要精读、精听、精说，正所谓没有量的变化，就不会有质的飞跃，我们一定要有足够的单词储备，足够多的听力锻炼，足够多的写作训练，这样持之以恒下去，我们才能真正有所得。比如学习英语阅读，如果没有读到足够多的数量，就无法熟练地阅读各种英语素材。同理而言，若要学习听力，那就大量地听各种磁带，听英语广播，看英语电视，看英文电影；如要要学习英语口语，那就尽量多说英文，多与人交流。学习英语不能太急于求成，金字塔的魅力就在于它完美的建筑结构。有宽广深厚的基础，才能造就塔尖的辉煌。只要我们达到了一定的量，到这时候我们在一步步把感觉上升到理念，将理念融入到自己的思维中，那么英语就能水到渠成，运用自如了。

重复是人记忆的最重要途径，重复会使我们把单词记得准确，也会让我们慢慢深刻理解英语的本质与内在规律。在英语学习过程中的任一项技能：阅读、听力、口语、写作，都必须在量的原则的基础上，再反复重复，这样才能把英语学得通透。在英语这慢慢学海之中，我们既要有数量的积累，

学习学习，第一步自然就是要主动去学，然后就是要在学习过程中不断积累经验与教训，总结出一套适合自己的学习方法。教育家赫伯格·乔伊曾说过：“21世纪的文盲，不再是目不识丁的人，而是不会学习的人。”这说明了学习方法的重要性。我们要知道，学习方法是贯穿学习始终的，只要掌握了好的学习方法，就等于掌握了开启知识宝库的钥匙，就能更好的实现自己的理想，走上成功之路。英语学习确实是一个条满布荆棘的道路，我们一定要有恒心，有决心，有毅力，当然，我也希望自己这些血与泪的教训能对英语学习者起到一定作用。

As we all know,March is the month to learn from the spirit of Lei Feng.However ,it become a controversial issue these years wether we should continue to learn from Lei Feng or not,especially when affairs that young men who kindly helped the old men were frauded were frequently reported.

Again its March now,do we still need to learn from Lei Feng?

In my opinion,its nesseary to learn from Lei Feng.

Firstly,its Chinese traditional virtue to help others. The typical story to help others is offering fuel to the poor in snow days.According to legend,in a cold winter ,its snowing heavily,the Emperor Taizong of Song felt cold even hes beside the fire.So he ordered his soldiers to send charcoal to the poor.Therefor,the story and the good virtue have been circulated so far.To be ready to help others is a kind of traditional culture our ancestor left us,we shouldnt forget it.

Secondly,if we abandoned the Lei Feng Spirit, the world would be dark.Imagine how hard and dull the life would be if people lived in a selfish and indifferent world?No people save the children in water,no donation for the disaters,thats a counterback of a whole nation. So its necessary forthegovement andschoolsto advocate the spirit of Lei Feng.

Of course,inevitably there are always evil people in every era.What we can do is take safe measure while helping others.

众所周知，三月是学习雷锋月。然后，是否要继续学习雷锋精神已成为一个争议性话题，尤其是频繁报道出帮助老人的年轻人被讹诈的新闻后。

现在又到三月了，我们还应当学习雷锋精神吗?

在我看来，学习雷锋精神是必要的。

首先，帮助他人是中国的传统美德。帮助他人的典型故事是雪中送炭。据传，在一个寒冷的冬天，雪下的很大。宋太宗即使在火边也觉得冷。所以他就命令士兵送木炭给那些穷人。所以这个故事和这种美德便流传至今。乐于助人是老祖宗留给我们的一种传统文化，我们不应当忘记。

其次，如果我们抛弃雷锋精神，世界将变得黑暗。试想，生活在一个自私，冷漠的世界里，生活会多么艰难和无趣。落水儿童无人救，灾难面前无人捐款，这是整个民族的倒退。所以说，政府和学校有必要倡导雷锋精神。

当然每个时代都不可避免地有坏人，我们能做的就是在帮助他人时采取安全的措施。

May 12th is an ordinary day in 2008,itis in this day that shocking earthquake happened in Sichuan province,China.The earthquake destroyed nearly everything in Wenchan county Sichuan province. It was terrible.We cant describle the scene what we saw with any words.thousands of people were injured even died. And thousands of children became such unlucky ones who lost fathers or mothers , they longed to have families to continue their lives .I am sympathetic to their fate ! But I believed that we can fight against the fate and change it .For example ,there many people keeping living without food or water for about 100 hours during the earthquake!

What an unbelievable thing it is !their great spirits showed the powerful life vitality of humans!However,they must keep fighting against the death .Many schools were destroyed and there were many students and teachers who left us forever.Sadness,hoplessness and different kinds of danger spreaded out here and there !

But ,fortunately ,love is around us :the Communist party helps us ,the army helps us ,the people all over the world help us .They offer us with money ,goods ,love and so on !For example ,li lian ji, a warm-hearted man ,offered us with 20 million yuan !

With the help of the such a large love ,we will over come the damage of the earthquake and face our beautiful future !

2008年5月12日是一个平凡的一天,它在这一天,令人震惊的地震发生在四川省,中国。地震几乎毁了一切在Wenchan县四川省。这是可怕的。我们不能简述现场我们看到任何单词。成千上万的人受伤甚至死亡。和成千上万的儿童成为不幸的人失去了父亲或母亲,他们渴望有家庭继续他们的生活。我同情他们的命运!但是我相信我们可以对抗命运和改变它。例如,有很多人保持生活没有食物或水约100个小时在地震!
