Third,we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the

The Importance of Breakfast

As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. Some believe breakfast is important to peoples body health. In my opinion, Im convinced that we should have breakfast because it is good for our body health.

First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy we get from previous meal. Consequently, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we dont have breakfast, then we have no enough energy to do our work efficiently.

Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get weight easily. If you dont have breakfast, then you will eat more food at noon and in the evening. Generally speaking, we dont have much excise in the evening while we eat too much food. As a result, the surplus calorie will be stored in our body and make us fat.

All in all, people should eat breakfast for the good of our health and for the good of keeping a good body shape.

在我自己身上就有一个十分深刻的教训——去年寒假，刚开始几天，我天天出去玩儿，晚上是十二点多才睡觉，白天十点多才起来，生物钟完全乱了套。直到看见家里的弟弟妹妹哥哥姐姐都早已写好了作业，开开心心准备过年时，我才发觉自己的作业从结业典礼拿回来直到现在连碰都还没碰过呢!过年了，由于家里的亲戚多，所以天天都要去别人家里拜年，忙得不可开交。其他人都其乐融融的过年，而我却是提心吊胆，玩的不安心。距离开学的日子渐渐近了，终于临时拜佛脚，粗枝大叶的完成了所有作业。唉，这样不仅没学到什么，还被老师家长狠狠地批评了一顿。

如果当时我有一个计划就好了，每天都给自己“布置任务”，定时定量地完成，并且劳逸结合。不仅学的有效，过年也能安心的玩儿了。这可见有一个好的计划是多么重要哇!每天几点起、几点睡;每天写多少作业、背多少古诗;每天电脑电视娱乐多少分钟、户外活动几小时……

随着年纪级的渐渐升高，作业量也越来越多。现在的你，有一个完美的计划了吗?

人生的旅途是充满艰险、蜿蜒曲折的。面对他，与他挑战需要我们内心深处的勇气。而勇气的赋予者——对个人成长影响最大的一个人。这个人给予了我们挑战自己、战胜强敌的决心，是我们人生中最重要的精神支柱。

对我影响最大的一个人是《隐形的翅膀》中的女主角，一个失去了双臂的青春女孩，一个与命运搏斗的女孩。

在一场突如其来的意外中，她失去了人生中展翅雄飞的翅膀，在对前途感到无助，未来感到迷茫时，她抹去痛心的泪水，从悲痛中站了起来。她历经无数次失败、无数次生活挫折后学会了做饭、洗衣等“壮举”。这种坚强拼搏、自强不息的精神使

我们深受感动，受益匪浅。

在她决定要去学习游泳参加比赛时，这更加令人感到不可思议。家人纷纷劝阻这个不会游泳甚至没有碰过海水的大山女孩。可她却在别人的冷嘲热讽中不断战胜内心压力，鼓舞自己信心。顽强的学习游泳，在千种艰险、万般磨难中她造就了一身“武艺”。并在比赛中取得了第一名的好成绩。这使我懂得了要想苦尽甘来，必定要有一顽强不屈、昂扬向上的精神。

在她决定要学自行车的时候，令她感到的艰难困阻接踵而来，同伴的嘲笑、身体的残缺、心灵的重创把这个不满18岁的女孩打的遍体鳞伤。可她却毅然站了起来，与困难抗衡到底。功夫不负有心人，她用绳子代替双臂学会了骑自行车。这种不屈不挠的品质令我折服，激发了我战胜困难的勇气。

每个人都有一个崇敬的人，都有一个对自己影响最大的`人，这个人是我们人生中不可分割的一部分，这个人赋予我们的精神物质是宝贵的财富，我敬佩你——隐形翅膀的女孩。

Last week, our school held an activity to the nursing house to visit the

old people. I was so excited to be a volunteer, because it was my first time to

join such big activity. When we got there, the old people were so happy to see

us. They smiled all the time. We brought them some fruit and presents, and they

were so moved. When we chatted face in face, they talked about the old times and

the happiness they had. I thought about my grandparents, who lived in the

hometown. I should spend more time with them. Being a volunteer is such a

precious experience for me.

I love to read. When I was three years old, my parents had taught me to

read. They bought me some books with funny and colorful pictures. Soon I was

attracted by these stories and fell in love with reading. Since I went to

school, I often went to the library and it was my favorite place. Studying in

the library provided me a silent environment. The most important thing was that

as so many excellent students sat around me. I felt the great motivation to move

on. I could find the data any time and read the books I liked. I have gained a

lot of knowledge and find the great hour there.

Since I was a little child, I had a dream that I wanted to be a doctor.

When I was little, I watched many TV series and movies about doctors. I thought

they were so great. Therefore, I made up my mind to be a doctor. In my opinion,

doctor is the people who can help patience get out of sickness and pain.I want

to be the person who can help others. However, being a doctor needs so much

自从我们学校开展“雷锋在我身边”活动以来，班级中涌现了许许多多好人好事。王晓娜每天放学时，总是把老师的讲桌擦得干干净净，书本整理得整整齐齐，葛高懿和赵亚洲同学每天把同学们的课桌摆得整整齐奇，孙文静同学看到徐继宇在学习上有困难，主动利用下课时间帮他辅导作业，杨紫涵同学一看到教室地面脏了，马上找来扫帚把地扫干净，朱子怡同学不论老师布置什么任务，她都认真地完成。叶维祥同学捡到100元钱主动交给老师。像这样的事例还有很多很多。

同学们，在我们学习、生活中，我们都希望别人在点点滴滴的小事中关爱自己，帮助自己，那种被关爱的感觉是幸福的，甜蜜的，快乐的!相反，别人也需要我们的关爱和帮助。我们向雷锋叔叔学习，就要从做好每一件小事开始，从身边最平凡的小事做起：捡起地上的一片纸屑，你就是一个爱清洁的环保小卫士;帮助身边有困难的同学，你就是一个有爱心的好朋友;公交车车上为老人、儿童让个座，你就是一个尊老爱幼的好孩子。这一切都是学雷锋的具体表现。做了这一切，不仅使别人得到了快乐，自己同样也是快乐的。

同学们，让我们携起手来，共同努力，学习雷锋，从我做起，从现在做起，从点滴小事做起，大家互助互爱，做一个新时代的“小雷锋”!

Everyone has tostudy, going to school occupies a lot of people’s time, before they go to work,they need to study in the school. In China, students work very hard, for theyhave a lot of pressure, they have many exams to take, so students are immergedinto the books all the time. My favorite person is my mom, she fuck broken heart for my growth. She up very early every morning to cook for me, also send me to school, very hard, I must repay my mother.

Remember once, my mother and I to the set to buy vegetables, and we bought lots of food, my mother bought my special love to eat the food. As to go back home, my mother suddenly say good pain, the original mother accidentally put foot sprain, I hurried to hold the mother go. We walked for a long time, the weather suddenly turned into a cloudy day, it looks like its going to rain, but we are far away from home, so I helped mother to under the roof, I hurried home to fetch the umbrellas, under the rain when I come back up. I open the umbrella for her mother, holding the mother walked slowly home.

我最爱的人就是我的妈，她为了我的成长操碎了心。她每天早晨很早就起来给我做饭，还要送我去上学，非常辛苦，我一定要报答我的妈妈。

记得有一次，我和妈妈到集上去买菜，我们买了许许多多的菜，妈妈买的都是我特别爱吃的菜。正当要回家的时候，妈妈突然说好疼，原来妈妈一不小心把脚扭伤了，我急忙扶着妈妈走。我们走了一段时间，突然天气变成了阴天，看样子要下雨，可是我们离家还很远，于是，我把妈妈扶到了屋檐底下，我急忙跑回家去拿雨伞，等我回来的时候雨就下了起来。我给妈妈撑开雨伞，扶着妈妈慢慢地走回了家。

由于妈妈的脚扭伤了，我每天给妈妈做好吃的，还每天晚上给妈妈洗脚。我要做一个孝顺妈妈的好孩子。
