Reading have strong will and develop good reading habits, reading while take good notes, meet their favorite part, dont understand of place, I always want to re-read it, also written in his deep sense of substance, absorb nutrition from the book, good books I read and reread let, benefit for life.

If read unhealthy books, you can be careful, this book can have magic, can catch your heart, deceived you dont listen well in class, not finish the homework in time, to steal, to solve the problem with a calculator to deceive the teacher, parents, they dont approve of the books of these is not a benefit to study, life. One of my favorite belinsky: "reading a book is not suitable for their reading, worse than not reading. We must be a kind of ability, choose the most valuable books, the most suitable for your needs."

人人都要吃东西，不管你喜欢吃也好，讨厌吃也罢，也都非吃不可。每个人都有决定自己吃什么的权利，而我不仅喜欢吃可口的食物，更喜欢“吃”书。

书也是美味的佳肴。“吃”书也就是读书。现在，是一个快信息的时代，人人讲究精神食粮，所以我们要拿出一些时间来读书，读报纸，读杂志等。但是，读这些书也是要有技巧的。你要读好书或读坏书，全靠自己。如果你读到有益的书，就好像和许多高尚的人谈话。我特别喜欢伏尔泰的一句名言是：“每当第一遍读一本好书的时候，我仿佛觉得找到了一个新朋友;当我再一次读这本书的时候，仿佛又和老朋友重逢了。”

读书还要有坚强的毅力，养成好的读书习惯，边读边记做好笔记，遇到自己喜欢的部分、不太明白的地方，我总是要多看几遍，还把自己的深刻感受写成读后感，从书中汲取营养，好的书让我百读不厌，受益终身。

若是读到不健康的书，你可要当心，这书可有魔力了，能抓住你的心，引诱你上课不好好听讲，不及时完成作业，偷用计算器做题，来蒙骗老师、父母，她们不赞成看这些对学习、人生无益的书。我最喜欢别林斯基的一句话：“阅读一本不适合自己读物的书，比不阅读还要坏。我们必须会这样一种本领，选择最有价值、最适合自己所需要的读物。”

读适合自己的书，就如同吃有营养的食物，不仅能提高我们的文化修养，更能丰富我们的内心世界。因此，让我们大量地阅读名著，阅读科普，让我们在知识的海洋里遨游成长。

李阳祖籍山西，1969年出生于祖国大西北的新疆乌鲁木齐。其父母六十年代大学毕业后响应党的号召志愿支援边疆建设。李阳中学的学习状况不很理想，1985-1986年高三期间因对学习失去信心曾几欲退学，1986年自新疆实验中学勉强考入兰州大学工程力学系。大学一二年级李阳多次补考英语。

为了彻底改变英语学习失败的窘况，李阳开始奋起一博，他摒弃了偏重语法训练和阅读训练的传统，另辟蹊径，从口语突破，并独创性将考试题变成了朗朗上口的句子，然后脱口而出。经过四个月的艰苦努力，李阳在1988年大学英语四级考试中一举获得全校第二名的优异成绩。

李阳，绝对是高中学生学习英语的榜样。基础差不要紧，笨鸟先飞嘛，关键是我们要引导学生树立起学好英语的自信心：人家可以讲一口流利、纯正、地道的英语，我们也一定能！

计算机科学系成立于1999年，当时的师资仅有28人，随着学校的跨越式发展，在校生规模不断扩大，我系的教师队伍达71人，承担全校学生的计算机基础课、我系两个专业的专业课程和各类二级学院的课程，教师的教学任务相当繁重，然而新教师的师资培训、老教师的进修提高都没有完全到位，另外学校跨越式发展目标也对教师提出了更高的要求，师德师风经验交流会心得体会。所以，目前学校进一步加强师德师风建设，提出“立师德、正师风、强师能”目标，以提升师资水平，促进教学水平和教学质量再上新台阶，是每个教师必须认真对待并要用实践作出回答的问题。十几年的教学生涯，我深有体会：做个好教师并非易事。

一、爱岗敬业，忠诚于党

好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

由于受传统教育思想的影响颇深，师道尊严使学生在教师面前往往会失去自我，异常是在中小学阶段，平等观念几乎完全为师道尊严所替代。在教育这一培养人的社会实践活动中，教师和学生不是简单的主体与客体的关系，而是教育主体与受教育主体间的双向交流的关系。向学生灌输平等意识，使他们的主体意识觉醒，并在学习和其他社会实践活动中不断发展其主体性，这是大学教师义不容辞的职责。教师在内心深处确立了学生的主体地位，学生的主体意识又逐步觉醒和发展，这样才能进行主体与主体间的有效交流和沟通，到达教育实践活动的良好效果。

三、倡导民主，做出表率民主是现代礼貌社会的重要特征。

可是，在传播知识、播种礼貌的学校里，却有部分教师缺乏民主意识，有些中小学教师甚至成了“专制”的代名词，可见教师倡导民主并身体力行的必要性。大学教师虽不像中小学教师那么专制，但师道尊严的流毒依然至深，认为学生尊重教师是天经地义，却忽视了教师也应当尊重学生。在教学过程和教育管理中，对学生过多地指责和否定，指责学生学习不努力、生活散漫、胸无大志等等。即使这种指责是善意的、有根据的，学生在内心深处也是难以理解的。因为学生的需求和个性被忽视了，他们的主体地位得不到体现，并且有的批评和指责带有主观武断的色彩，缺乏在相互新生的基础上讨论问题的民主氛围，本质上不是主体与主体间的交流。显然，民主作风是确立和发展学生主题性的基础，是师德师风建设中不可或缺的重要资料。

四、因材施教，关心学生

学生的确存在“好”与“差”的差异，教师应因材施教，对“好学生”关爱备至，而对“差学生”更应加备的关爱与呵护。要倾注全部的爱去发现他们学习上每一点滴的提高，去寻找他们生活、品德上每一个闪光点，加以充分的肯定和激励，让他们感到温暖，增强自信，从而缩小师生间心灵上的距离，使他们产生“向师性”。这样，他就会把教师当成知心朋友，愿意向你畅开心扉，愿意理解你如何学习和如何做人的指导。教师，是学生学习和效仿的榜样和楷模，身教重于言教，孔子曰：“其身正，不令则行;其身不正，虽令不从。”所以幽默风趣的谈吐，得体大方的着装，亲切热忱的态度，扎实渊博的知识，犹如和煦的阳光照射到学生的心灵上，使他们感到温暖、舒畅、简便。融洽的师生关系可提高学生的学习效率，从而产生对教师的信任感，尊敬感，即“亲其师，信其道”。

师德不仅仅是教师个人问题，也是教师群体问题，即风气问题。个人师德不好，虽然有时会在小范围里造成“一个臭鸡蛋毁了一锅汤”的坏影响，但毕竟还只是小范围的事。教师群体如果风气不好，异常是与社会上的不良风气沆瀣一气，其危害性就大了。这时的师德问题就演变为整个教育行业的道德问题，这时的不良师风就演变为教育行业的不正之风了。这些年来，社会上的不良风气对教育行业也造成了很大的污染。

大到学校乱收费、“吃”学生、拿学生，小到教师个人贪占学生，一度成了一种极坏的社会风气。可见师德师风问题是与行风紧密相关的，而行风又与世风相伴相随。一般说，世风日下，必然行风日下，行风不正，必然师风不正。所以整顿师风必先整顿行风，整顿行风必先整顿世风。而特殊说，由于教育行业对后代的影响超过其他行业，所以，有时师风正，也可带动行风，行风正，又可影响世风。所以，任何时候，提倡教师的师德师风都是必要的。

学校是培养人才的基地，教师是培养人才的关键。作为新时期的人民教师任重而道远，应自强不息，不断充实和完善自我，不断探索新的教学方法，丰富教学经验，取众人所长，补己之不足，精益求精，为培养和造就跨世纪接班人而努力奋斗。

一、进行自我分析 我们每天都在学习，可能有的同学没有想过我是怎样学习的这个问题，因此制订计划前首先进行自我分析。

1、分析自己的学习特点，同学们可以仔细回顾一下自己的学习情况，找出学习特点。各人的学习特点不一样：有的记忆力强，学过知识不易忘记;有的理解力好，老师说一遍就能听懂;有的动作快但经常错;有的动作慢却很仔细。如在数学学习中有的理解力强、应用题学习好;有的善于进行口算，算得比较快，有的记忆力好，公式定义记得比较牢;有的想象力丰富，善于在图形变换中找出规律。所以几何学习比较好……你可以全面分析。

2、分析自己的学习现状，一是和全班同学比，确定看自己数学成绩在班级中的位置，还常用"好、较好、中、较差、差"来评价。二是和自己数学成绩的过去情况比，看它的发展趋势，通常用"进步大、有进步、照常、有退步、退步大"来评价。

二、确定学习目标 学习目标是学生学习的努力方向，正确的学习目标能催人奋进，从而产生为实现这一目标去奋斗的力量。没有学习目标，就象漫步在街头不知走向何处的流浪汉一样，是对学习时光的极大浪费。

确定学习目标首先应体现学生德智体全面发展的教育方针，其次要按照学校的教育要求，此外还要根据自己的学习特点和现状。当然还可考虑一些社会因素家庭情况。

学习目标要具有适当、明确、具体的特点。

适当 就是指目标不能定得过高或过低，过高了，最终无法实现，容易丧失信心，使计划成为一纸空文;过低了，无需努力就能达到，不利于进步。要根据自己的实际情况提出经过努力能够达到的目标。

明确 就是指学习目标要便于对照和检查。如："今后要努力学习，争取更大进步"这一目标就不明确，怎样努力呢?哪些方面要有进步?如果必为："数学课语文课都要认真预习。数学成绩要在班级达到中上水平。"这样就明确了，以后是否达到就可以检查了。

具体 就是目标要便于实现，如怎样才能达到"数学中上水平"这一目标呢?可以具体化为：每天做10道计算题，5道应用题，每个数学公式都要准确无疑地背出来，等等。

三、科学安排时间

确定了学习目标之后，就要通过科学地安排。使用时间来达到这些目标。要符合"全面、合理、高效"的要求。

全面 在安排时间时，既要考虑学习，也要考虑休息和娱乐，既要考虑课内学习，还要考虑课外学习，还要考虑不同学科的时间搭配。

合理 要找出每天学习的最佳时间，如有的同学早晨头脑清醒，最适合于记忆和思考;有的则晚上学习效果更好，要在最佳时间里完成较重要的学习任务，此外注意文理交叉安排，如复习一会语文，就做几道算术题，然后再复习自然常识外语待。

高效 要根据事情的轻重缓急来安排时间，一般来说，把重要的或困难的学习任务放在前面来完成，因为这时候精力充沛，思维活跃，而把比较容易的放稍后去做。此外，较小的任务可以放在零星时间去完成，以充分做到见缝插针。

一天中供自己安排的时间基本上分为四段：早上起床到上学，上午放学到下午放学，下午放学到吃晚饭前，吃晚饭后到睡觉。同学们主要应在这四段时间里统筹安排自己的学习生活内容。

在进行时间安排时，还要注意以下两点：

1、 要突出重点 也就是说，要根据地自我分析中提出 的学习标点或比较薄弱的学科在时间上给予重点保证。

2、 要有机动时间，计划不要排太满太紧，贪心的计划是难以做到的。

定了计划，一定要实行，不按计划办事，计划是没有用的。为了使计划不落空，要对计划的实行情况定期检查。可以制定一个计划检查表，把什么时间完成什么任务达到什么进度，列成表格，完成一项，就打上"√"。根据检查结果及时调整修改计划，使计划越定越好，使自己制定计划的能力越来越强。
