制定监察法，进一步构筑完善的监察制度体系，是探索中国特色监督制度的重大创新之举。为加强党对反腐败工作的统一领导，建立集中统一、权威高效的国家监察体系提供了坚强法治保障，具有里程碑意义。作为一线纪检监察干部，我会严格遵循国家监察法的原则要求和规范程序，全面履行国家监察法规定的职责职能，确保依规治党和依法治党有机统一;党内监督和党外监督有机衔接，确保对行使公权力的公职人员监督全覆盖。

国家监察法审议通过和颁布实施，使各级监察委明确了职能职责和监察范围，真正实现有法可依、有章可循。接下来，我将做好本职工作，进一步加大对监察法、监察改革、监察体制的宣传，以监察队伍为先锋，在新时代为反腐败斗争作出新的贡献。

立法是党和国家大事，我和战友们一致都在关注。监察法充分体现我们党坚定不移地把反腐败斗争进行到底的决心和意志，体现了对人民群众利益的维护，是民心所向、民意所归。我们能从中获得实实在在的获得感，真是发自内心地支持。
