我校开展丰富多彩的课外活动，充分调动学生的学习进取性。一年来，我们克服教师不配套的困难开齐了所有小科，基本保证了各科课时。在此基础上学校开展了一系列的活动，“美术活动小组”、“音乐兴趣小组”、“体育兴趣小组”等兴趣小组和“文学社”开展的活动为学校培养了一大批有特长的学生。各班还根

据自身实际情景开展了各种社会调查活动和社会实践活动，学校还举办了学生读书笔记展，举办了广播体操、趣味等多种形式的运动会球类比赛等，丰富了学生学校生活，把学生剩余的精力引导到有意义的事情上来，培养了学生良好的情趣。经常利用校会、国旗下的讲话和班队课加强学生的个人修养、前途梦想、人生价值观、心理健康等教育。同时，结合当前时事形势的发展和新人新事的典型事例让师生与时俱进，适应社会发展的需要。

三、创立安全和谐礼貌的学校

我们结合本校实际，对学校内外安全进行排查隐患，加强对学校周边的整治力度。把安全的职责意识分解落实到各班主任和任科教师的工作中，让每一位教师树立安全的职责意识。学校定期出墙报、班级黑板报加大宣传力度。对交通、食品卫生、用电、防火等教育指导，教育学生进行自救、自护的基本常识。组织学生收看专题教育片，开展遇到安全突发事件的紧急疏散的演练等。进一步加强安全的教育工作。

加强师生的法纪教育。学校始终把依法治校、依法治教贯施在平时的工作中。能坚持在学期初、学年结束都开展法纪教育，用浅显的案例，深刻地教育师生，平时我们还利用校会、班队课、国旗下的讲话等。加强这方面的教育。从而使我们能掌握了学法、知法、守法等。提高了我们对人生价值的认识。

狠抓学生的养成教育。首先从学校卫生工作抓起，以开展礼貌班级、卫生清洁标兵评比等一系列活动，把学校塑造成一个教

书育人的好场所，探知求学的芳草地;之后扎实地推动师生各方面规范化的养成，大的方面没有一个直观的比较，我就从学生整队站队、做操、狠抓养成。

同时，又在我校推行“磨难教育”、“成功教育”、“赏识教育”……比如：我们学校的走廊上悬挂了好多“名言”，这些名言就出自各班一些品学兼优的学生之口。让学生们意识到榜样就在身边，名言被采纳的同学也有一种“受赏识”的成功滋味。学校的花坛里，一句句唯美的警句让学生的品味也会得到提升。这样的例子太多，举不胜举。整个学校洋溢着浓浓的文化气息。这样，学校基本上构成了一个诚信、礼貌和谐、安全的学校。

今天，是一个不同寻常的日子。再过100天，我们将迎来2022年高考。我们9.3的全体同学，就要结束紧张而美好的初中生活，去迎接人生的挑战了，我们似乎已能看到那场没有硝烟的战斗，仿佛闻到了剑拔弩张的火药味。在这个特殊的日子里，我班今天召开高考冲刺百日倒计时班会，目的是为我们学生加油、呐喊、助威。如果把初中三年的学习比作一次一千米的长跑，那么现在已跑过最后一个弯道，距终点只有百米之遥了，在这有限的时间里，我们全体的老师一定倾其所有，助你们扬帆远航。一百天的时间内，也许我们对你们有更苛刻的要求，更艰苦的训练，更严厉的批评，但我们相信大家能够理解，这一切，都是为了大家能够出类拔萃，为了大家能够有所作为……

同学们，现在已经到了高考倒计时的紧要关头了。在今后的日子里，我们每个同学都要放下包袱，静下心来，发扬奋力拼搏、永不言败的精神，不抛弃、不放弃，师生共同努力，全身心地奋战高考，考出满意的成绩!

同学们：关键时刻，头脑一定要清醒，只有100天了。高考与我们距离将越来越近，要在自己心中竖立一块倒计时牌，要有紧迫感和危机感，要一门心思扑到学习上，将全部精力、全部时间用到学习上。干扰大目标的任何想法、任何行为都要坚决排除。帮助你成功的任何建议、任何批评都要悉心倾听。总之，就是从现在开始，戒除一切与学习与高考无关的活动，全身心地投入到学习当中去。希望同学们以对自己一生负责、对家长负责的态度，自觉管好自己的每一天，无悔于自己的每一天。

同学们，花无百日红，青春不重在，从这一刻起，为了父母那殷殷期盼地心情，为了老师那充满期待的目光，我们要努力;为了那使人向往地高一级学校，为了使自己的人生更加地丰富充实，我们要努力;为了一切关心我们、爱护我们，给我们以帮助的所有的人，为了自己的未来，我们要努力!我们要认真地对待剩下的每一分每一秒，我们要努力地去谱写一页，一页属于自己的辉煌篇章。

在信息化如期迅速的时代手机几乎人手一部，手机对于现在的人的重要性可以说是已经成为了一种“器官”。现在每天起来的第一件事不是起床而是找手机看看新闻刷刷视频，已经到了机不离手的地步。手机在给我们带来方便和娱乐的同时也给我们的身体带来的负担。

眼睛是最直观能感觉到的影响。看手机的时候由于太过集中，导致在平时三秒眨一下眼睛变成五六秒甚至十几秒都不眨一下眼睛，这可能给眼睛带来永久性损伤。近视在以前没有手机的时代并不常见，但是近几年却出现大规模增长，甚至连几岁的小孩都带上眼镜，可见长时间玩手机的影响有多严重。手机似乎有种魔力，它能使使用它的人不知疲倦，这也是手机危害最大的地方，克制力就显得尤为重要。

其次肝脏也是损害较大的地方。很多人喜欢玩手机玩到深夜甚至凌晨，熬夜的危害无需多言，更可怕的是每天如此。深夜是肝脏的排毒时间需要深度睡眠。但是很多人在这个时间玩游戏、刷视频、聊天。长期如此我们肝脏其实已经不堪重负导致免疫力下降，这样身体患病的几率也会加大。有的人玩手机没有时间概念往往玩着玩着不知觉就已经到了凌晨，越来越多的人正在被手机一点点的残害着健康的身体而不自知。

还有一点很难察觉———家人之间的感情沟通。以前在过年的时候欢声笑语，到处其乐融融，不知何时过年变成了抱着手机抢红包了，年味也在慢慢变淡......

手机是给我们的生活带来了方便，同时也带来了很多弊端。我们也要学会放下手机多去陪陪家人，多出去运动呼吸新鲜空气。手机作为闲暇时的娱乐工具固然可以，但万不可长时间沉浸其中，是药三分毒!
