暑假的一天，天热的发了狂。植物都被太阳晒得蔫巴了，蝉也拼命地叫着“热儿”。我和几个小伙伴无力的趴在桌子上，无聊极了。

看着伙伴的样子，我的心里不禁打起了鼓。我能行吗?我迫使自己冷静下来，望着伙伴吹袋子的姿势。我想：他们都是靠自己的力量来吹的，我能不能借助外力来吹鼓呢?突然我想到了物理课上的知识，我可以用大气压啊!

终于轮到了我。我的心里也没有底，物理理论知识能用在生活中吗?但没用办法了，只能死马当作活马医了。于是我把头伸在距离袋口10厘米的地方，稍用力一吹，手在迅速地把袋口扎起来，一个1米多长的袋子在不到一秒就被吹满了。

网友说，看完专题片深切感受到监察体制改革有利于党和国家对反腐败的运筹帷幄，统一指挥。

在庆祝改革开放40周年大型展览上，网友“公民老k”看到了展出的国家监委留置第一案王晓光案相关文书原件，这让他深受震撼，也感受到了党中央惩治腐败的坚定决心。

网友“zhaojin响水”留言说，郭海案件充分反映出监察体制改革前后的不同效果，从原来的公安、检察、纪委各管一段，呈现“九龙治水”的窘境，到改革后监察权的集中，实现了党对党风廉政和反腐败工作的集中统一领导。

网友“画却凌烟”是一名纪检监察干部。据他讲述，2015年，他在查处县农业综合开发办腐败案时，一条问题线索反映该单位工程师江某利用职务之便为其亲属承接工程项目。江某既不是党员，也不是行政机关任命的干部，只是一名普通工作人员。按照当时的《行政监察法》，只能向其主管部门发出监察建议书，责成对其处理，震慑效果大打折扣。《监察法》施行后，像江某这样的干部，也属于监察对象了。

推进反腐败斗争规范化、法制化是国家监察体制改革的一个重要目标。

网友“浮梁灯火”说，王晓光案证明，通过法治思维和法治方式惩治腐败，是深入开展反腐败工作，推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的有效举措。

网友“清江浦”留言说，自己所在社区里藏了一只啃食群众食品补贴的“硕鼠”，区监委用了很短时间就把他查处了，每人几百块钱的补贴也发到群众手中。

这只“硕鼠”是咋回事呢?时间回到2014年1月，江苏省淮安市下发《关于发放回族等10个少数民族群众清真食品补贴的通知》。该市清江浦区闸口街道石桥社区会计许凤利用职务之便，通过克扣存折，侵占13名少数民族群众“清真食补”现金共5810元。查处该案后，清江浦区监委向区民宗局下发监察建议书，要求区民宗局主动担责，开展专项清理整治，规范整改落实。清江浦区民宗局根据监察建议，制定了清真食品补贴发放管理整改方案，并出台相关规范补贴管理制度。

自改革以来，监察体制改革的制度优势正在转化为治理效能，标本兼治的综合效应正在日益凸显，面对强大的震慑和政策感召，一大批有问题干部选择主动投案。

看完《国家监察》第一集后，网友“pp宝贝”最大的感受是，艾文礼、秦光荣的主动投案，从侧面反映了监察体制改革对那些有问题干部形成了强大震慑。

网友“五个木头”身边的一起腐败案件的查处也是一个例证。“区监委成立不久，镇卫生院的出纳就去投案了。听说贪了100来万，这都是老百姓医保的保命钱啊。监察体制改革确实好，震慑力十足。”网友“五个木头”说。

这名卫生院出纳名叫邹云霞，2015年底，她无力偿还购买门面房的按揭贷款，于是就开始挪用公款，直到2018年3月，挪用公款共计99万多元。邹云霞曾想卖掉门面房补上挪用的公款，但房产证一直办不下来，无法出手。2018年1月24日，四川省广安市前锋区监委挂牌成立，对该区所有行使公权力的公职人员实现监察全覆盖。就在此时，邹云霞的商铺产权证还是没有办下来，她猛然醒悟，再也不对“房产证办下来就卖掉还款”的想法抱一丝希望，下定决心投案。

网友“笙歌九天”留言说，对腐败分子而言，面对监督无空白、无死角，反腐败永远在路上的态势，早日主动投案才是唯一正途。

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. It is universally acknowledged that Senior Three is undoubtedly a critical phase of life. The school life is extremely busy, so our monitor suggests that we have an outing to relax ourselves this weekend.

It is terrific! After a month s study, I feel we really need a break for one day, and so do some of my friends. Senior Three should not be filled with study only and relaxation is also an important part. Sometimes relaxation is more useful than an hour s hard work. While having an outing, we can relax ourselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery of autumn --- yellow leaves, attractive sunset against the blue sky and so on. Isn t it enjoyable? In 2011, the greatest CEO of Apple company, Steve Jobs passed away. People

from all around the world felt pity for the loss of this great talent. They laid

down notes and wrote some comments on the blog to show their respect. Looked at

Steves lifetime, he did not finished college and started his career in the age.

Though he quit school, he would listen to another lesson that caught his

interest. He overcame the difficulty of being poor by earning money through

collecting bottles. His insistence and creativity brought him great success in

career, but later he got fired. He felt frustrated then he realized he could

start his another career. He bought an animation studio and now it is very

successful. The Pixar movie studio is popular around the world. Steves story

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I

have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very

important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a

while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good

way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

Iphone is always the best seller in the world market. Especially in China, so many young people are proud to have one at hand, which means they are in the fashion trend. The news even reported a guy sold his kidney just for collecting enough money to buy an iphone. It is true that iphone has the advanced technology and the system always works better than other smart phones’. But recently, the media made a report about the best seller on cellphone, to everyone’s surprise, the winner of all the time has come to second place and the new winner is Oppo. We are happy that foreign product is not the customers’ first choice, and they start to choose domestic products, which shows the improvement of our technology.
