Today, more and more middle school students have their own mobile phones. As a student, I think it’s good to have a mobile phone, because mobile phones can offer a lot of convenience. And students can send short messages to their parents when they are in trouble or not at home.

In fact, if students use mobile phones in right ways, mobile phones will help us, such as we can use mobile phones to look up new words. But it can also bring some trouble. For example, many students use their mobiles to listen to music in class. They don’t listen to the teachers carefully. And many students send messages in class.

In my opinion, it’s not right to use mobile phones in school. We should try our best to use mobile phones in right ways.

As the summer vacation comes, I decide to learn swimming, because the

weather is so hot, I can make myself cool, what’s more, I want to master another

skill and protect myself. Many people lose their lives when they meet the

accident in the water, so it is important to learn swimming. I have made up my

mind and must finish this task.

Before I went to middle school, I lived with my grandparents. At that time,

I stayed in the country, which was the most beautiful place for me. Early in the

morning, I walked along the country road, appreciating the fresh air. We raised

a little dog. He was my best friend, and he accompanied me all the time. No

matter what I did and where I went, the little dog was with me and I loved him

从那以后，我一想花钱买零食，就会想起妈妈辛勤节俭的身影，也就能管住自己了。现在，我已经有了一个小存钱盒，把节省下来的零花钱都存了起来!

To begin with, the science can help us to relieve excessive stress and tension by providing a temporary escape from a day-to-day life. In a world that has increasingly focused on turning everyone into millionaire, to cope with the current social trend, people crave being actively involved in the larger world and widening circles. Work-related stress, for example, has become a major problem which plagues all of modern people. In the most cases, the TV or computer, which were invented by new technology in the 20th century, can not merely help us lessen stress accumulated from an individuals demanding work life but are also fun to indulge in, is a sound and viable plan.

In addition to eliminating people’s tension, the development of telephone and internet has improved our life styles. In other words, the science can allow us to meet friends of diverse background by an interesting and effective means. Especially, the age of a student or, better yet, the stage of the personal development of a student has to be considered when they have no leisure time and opportunity to widen circles and learn how to interact socially and behave in a group of their peers.

Finally, it is undeniable that continuously developing technologies

have brought tremendous benefits, especially in learning area. Learning has in many ways become easier than has ever been before. Take learning English for example, In the past, few students owned tape recorders, and learning materials were scarce as well. But today, tape recorders get more and more inexpensive, and diversified learning materials are readily available. On the other hand, new devices, such as MP3 or MD players, are offered in market, and relevant learning materials (MP3 files) are easily and freely downloadable from the Internet.

Admittedly, science revolution has some negative effects under certain circumstances. For instance, the new technology can harm our environment. However, after balancing all the pros and cons, the above-mentioned disadvantage seems to be minor.

首先，确定一个明确、具体、恰当的目标

有了目标，前进才有方向。近日各大院校录取分数纷纷公布，同学们要对自己整个中学的学习情况，至少是高中阶段前两年的学习情况，做一个比较客观的评估。对自己的每门学科的最大发展空间做到心中有数，再结合自己所在中学各级各类院校的升学情况，自己在年级中的定位，确定较为具体、合理的目标。切不可过高，否则，在即将开始的高三的各种测验、考试中，如果经常出师不利，容易挫败自信心，而直接导致最后的冲劲不足。当然，也不能太低，“取法其上，仅得其中;取法其中，仅得其下”。如果动力不足，潜能得不到最大限度的发挥，只有遗憾终身。毕竟，还有近一年的时间可以努力，这个“苹果”最好是跳起来能摘得到的。一般说来，高考录取按先后顺序可分为四个档位，即名校、一本、二本和专科，每一档位之间大约相差50分左右。

高考目标比现在实际水平高出一个档位较为恰当。

其次，要及时调整心态，张弛有度

这个暑假，如何尽快从高一高二那种略显松散的学习状态，全身心地投入到高三的备战中，对于每一个新高三学生来说，都是十分重要的。虽然同是高中的学习，但高三却与高一高二有很大的不同。同学们必须有吃尽苦头的心理准备，而且从现在开始，从这个暑假开始。有同学习惯了懒散，担心自己的意志力，想在暑假再“享享清福”，开学后再战。这是大错特错的。殊不知，高三一年转瞬即逝，抓住当下，才有未来。有同学被某些“过来人”的“神话”迷惑，以为最后三个月拼一下即可以飞跃50分。这纯属幻想。也许，只因为那些“过来人”习惯于“乐观”，而轻描淡写了“神话”背后的辛酸与汗水。天道酬勤，奇迹从来都是青睐有准备的头脑。成功的高三学习生活必然是高效率、快节奏的。当然，适度放松也是必要的。假期里，属于自己自由支配的时间较多，同学们不妨给自己制定一个较为详细的作息时间表。时间表要求可操作性强，还便于坚持。所以，把每门功课每天的进度要细化到时间表里，甚至把体育锻炼、上网聊天、走亲访友等等，能够预料到的作息情况都明确在时间表里。适当的人性化、柔性化，才便于坚持。能够坚持，就是最大的成功。另外，可以针对自己的一门或两门课的明显不足，有选择地请家教或上上培训班。但千万不要形成依赖。其实，有时候补课就是一种感觉，寻求心理上的满足、踏实而已。人人都补，你不补，除非成绩非常稳定，又非常自信，一般人心理上都会有失落感。

第三，夯实基础，构建学科知识网络

近几年的高考，考查能力的倾向越来越明显。所谓能力，说到底就是学生对知识的整体把握和驾驭的水平。所以，有牢固的知识基础仍是非常必要的。而且基础知识的复习、基本能力的训练始终是高考复习的根本抓手。一般学校的绝大部分学科现在已基本学完了高中三年的知识，一上高三大部分就是复习了。所以，这个暑假对于新高三学生来说，要高度重视知识的积累，独立完成对学科知识网络的构建。从知识的接受者转变成知识的梳理者，把自己的所学尽可能全部整理一次，从中发现自己的薄弱之处，及时有针对性地补漏补缺，强化自己的知识储备。比如，语文的文言文、古诗词，英语的词汇、语法，数理化的公式、定理、解题技巧等等。以课本为主，适当参考其它资料。整理得越细致越好。另外，读一到两部人物传记，既可以励志，又可以积累作文素材、积淀文化底蕴，《假如给我三天光明》、《玛丽·居里传》、《梵高传》和《贝多芬传》等，很值得再拿起来重读，好书每一次开卷都会有益。

In 2011, the greatest CEO of Apple company, Steve Jobs passed away. People

from all around the world felt pity for the loss of this great talent. They laid

Last month， our school hold an activity about" learn from uncle Lei feng".As we all known， Lei feng devoted his whole life to helping others.but he gets lots of respects. He give us a good example.we should learn from him to help others. We can feel good when we help others.

How can I help others. I think I can do lots of things. For example， I can help my classmates with their study and other things. I can give my seat to the old people on bus. And I can sent money or clothes to help the poor children. I can also volunteer to take care of the old people on weekends.

1、有抢先复习的意识

“教师是学生的榜样”。教师的一言一行的确能深深影响着学生。教师的举止言谈、道德修养、处事方法、性格爱好，都给学生以潜移默化的影响。因为小学阶段的孩子，年龄小，没有很强的是非观念，模仿能力特别强，所以他们往往把教师当作自己的学习楷模。正是在这种模仿与影响的过程中，他们的性格、爱好、品质、修养等也在逐步形成。教师对学生的这种影响甚至是终身的。正如教育家加里宁所说的：“教师的世界观，他的品行、他的生活、他对每一现象的态度都这样或那样地影响着全体学生。”因此，教师更应在学生面前起到表率的作用，在平时的工作、生活中严格地要求自己，注意自己的一言一行，注意自己工作态度和方法，给学生做个好榜样，用自己良好的行为规范和师德修养去教育感染学生，以此培养学生良好的品行和修养，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。

成功取决于积极主动的心态。而教师的积极情绪、主动心态更是身心健康的一种内驱力，能促使我们积极向上，不断进取。不仅如此，教师的良好心态还能给学生带来很大的影响，促进他们健康快乐地成长，最终达成教育教学目标，并形成良性循环。反之，如果教师做事懒散，处世消极，那么，势必会使祖国的花朵耷拉着脑袋，打不起精神，自然也不能很好地茁壮成长。

如今，由于社会对教师更高的要求，教师自身工作任务的繁重，工作压力的加大，使很多教师产生了对工作的厌烦情绪，对工作的热情不高，这在很大程度上影响了我们工作的质量，也不利于学生的发展与成长。作为教师，我们应该认识到这种现状对教师自身发展、对学生成长的不利，要学会克服自己工作中的困难，以积极乐观的态度看待自己的工作，努力去完成自己的教育教学任务，实现教师价值与学生成长的双赢。要有献身教育的崇高境界。在工作中以德立教、爱岗敬业、忠于职守，树立良好的职业道德;在生活中以教育为快乐，以美好的教育行为为自己的人生主线，把全部的爱献给献给学生，献给教育事业。

没有爱心就没有教育。热爱自己的工作岗位，这是教师必须要具备的良好品德。如果连这点都没法做到，那么这一辈子都很难成为一个优秀的老师。既然干了这份工作，就要对这份工作负责。要不计名利，耐得住寂寞和清贫，积极进取，开拓创新，无私奉献，尽职尽责地完成每一项教学任务，力求干好自己的本职工作。不求最好，但求更好，不断的挑战自己，超越自己。

热爱自己的工作，还体现在对学生的热爱上。爱，是教育的基础;没有爱，就没有真正的教育。作为一名教师，不仅要教给学生知识，更要给予爱。疼爱自己的孩子是本能，而热爱别人的孩子是神圣!这种爱是教师教育学生的感情基础，学生一旦体会到这种感情，就会“亲其师”，从而“信其道”。一个不爱自己学生的教师，不仅干不好自己的工作，更不是一个好的教师。

我们面对的是一群天真可爱的孩子，由于他们年龄小，没有形成一定的习惯，所以他们总会犯这样、那样的错误。这时，我们就要宽容的对待他们，给他们改正错误的机会。爱孩子，还要学会信任、鼓励、安慰孩子，给他们创造良好的发展、成长氛围，用自己的温暖与真心去打动每一个孩子。特别是那些学困生，更要用平等的眼光看待他们，更要给他们更多的爱心。

爱不应该是挂在嘴上，也不应该是肤浅的凡事包办，而应该深入到思想落实在行动上。家长把子女送到学校我们有责任把学生教育好、保护好、让每个学生都能在我们的爱护下和教育下健康成长。在今后的工作中，我们要践行“教书育人、管理育人、服务育人”的办学理念，为孩子的成长负责，为孩子的发展服务，做到正人先正己，做事先做人，做一个坦坦荡荡的人。脚踏实地、不为名所累、不为利所趋的堂堂正正的人们教师。

作为教育工作者,要有一颗真诚的心。我们都应该学会换位思考，“对待别人的孩子要像对待自己的孩子一样”。家长把孩子送到我们手上的时候，他们对我们寄予很大的希望，所以，我得要把他们都看成是自己的孩子，要像待自己的孩子一样真诚的关爱爱他们，用积极的情感去感染他们，扣击他们的心扉，激起他们感情的波澜，这是一种责任。孩子身体不适时，要嘘寒问暖、想方设法;孩子有缺点或不足时，要想到：他们是孩子，拥有犯错误的权利，不歧视，不挖苦，不嘲笑，以宽容之心善待之;当孩子的优点或进步时，要及时表扬，加以肯定和鼓励。总而言之，作为教师，我们要真诚地把自己的爱心、细心和关心注入培育孩子的一举一动，让孩子健康快乐成长，那就是我们最大的幸福。
