军训时总埋怨：时间仿佛“一日如十年”;身体似乎经受着“钢铁是怎样炼成”般的折磨;教官又是“蓝色冰点”一样的冷酷……可此刻觉得以前的种种苦恼是多么的幼稚。军训是对我们的一次洗礼，是我从少年迈向青年的转折，更是对自我的挑战!军训必然要出去训练。但老天爷整天瞅着我们眉开眼笑，我站不到十分钟便汗流浃背了。最让人受不了的是太阳幸灾乐祸地泼洒着“她”的温暖。蒸得我们体液犹如滔滔江水连绵不绝。同样是独生子女，同样的年龄。他们行，我也行!任凭那烈日熏烤，脚底发痛，我必须要站好这大学第一班岗，坚实地踏出这关键一步!就这样，无论训练多艰苦，我都时时勉励自己，最后圆满地完成了这“大学的第一课”。

军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志坚强的人敞开的，甚至能够说是只向意志坚强的人敞开。军训是紧张与艰苦的合奏;军训更是无常地响起那集合的哨音，军训生活成百上千次地浮此刻我的脑海，闪此刻我的眼前。在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?满怀信心地开始了真正的训练。教官一遍遍耐心地指导代替了严厉的训斥。训练场上不但有我们整齐的步伐，也有我们阵阵洪亮的口号声，更有我们那嘹亮的军营歌曲。其实在自己的人生路上，也就应印满一条自己脚步的路，即使那路到处布满了荆棘，即使那路每一步都是那样的泥泞、那样的坎坷，也得用自己的脚步去丈量、去摸索、去行进!我想那样的路才是真实的自我写照，决无半点虚假伪装之意每每看到那一排排的队伍犹如大树般伫立在草坪上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个莘莘学子当中。口令变了，队形也变了，儿时的军训，纯粹是游戏;少年时的军训，仅但是是一种锻炼;大学的军训截然不同，性质也得以升华。大学军训中，让我领悟了太多太多人生的哲理，我想这才是军训的内涵。

一个人独自在这陌生的环境里生活，虽然是在大学里，少了社会上的一些烦恼。不用为的生计而忙碌奔波，不用为了生活四处劳累。最大的任务就是学习。但是，这样的生活久了，反而不能适应了!

我的大学生活是黑白的，没有一丝的色彩可言，上了一天的课。心里只感到无限的疲惫!没有了那种充实的感觉，整个人就是一个空空的壳子。麻木的看着这即熟悉有陌生的环境。没有了曾经的热情，没有了曾经的奋发拼搏。更失去了一个人，至少是一个大学生应有的动力和激情。没有的往日那些美好的时光。

我的大学生活是孤独的。我不是一个能忍耐寂寞孤独的人。可是我却偏偏成了个寂寞孤独的人。陪伴我的已经不再是往日的那些书本，那些让人感慨的字里行间流露出的丰富的感情的日子已经一去不在回来。仿佛一下子长大了许多。人总是会成长的。但是我的成长过程却是如此的烦恼，迷茫!让我不能找到我自己!

我的大学生活是无奈的。厌倦了食堂那些饭菜。再看看那些饭菜，却都变成了一堆堆秋天的树叶，你能有食欲吗?于是，就有了盖浇饭。有一天，它也吃烦了。于是，我真的迷茫了。一个人竟然连属于自己的食物都找不到了!于是我给自己定了一个伟大的目标。一定要回家喝自家的小米粥。这竟然就是我的伟大的目标。它不再是什么要多好的成绩，要多好的工作，要多么神圣的爱情。只是一碗淡淡的小米粥!

今天，我做了2件好事。第一件事帮奶奶从山上打了一桶水回来。因为我知道每天都要提着四个桶上山打水，我觉得奶奶非常累，就帮奶奶提了一桶水。奶奶夸我长大了，懂事了。

Thanksgiving Day is coming, I have a lot of people to thank, thank my

Today is my nine-year-old birthday.I am very happy, because my father buys

a big cake for me and my sister just comes to Guangzhou.After dinner,my family

celebrate my birthday.I make a wish and blow out the candles . Do you want to

know my wish ? Let me tell you,I wish I can study harder and harder ,then get

the NO.1 in our class.Then I cut the cake and my family share the cake with me.

金秋的阳光并不如想象中那么和煦，秋高气爽倒是有的。

站在操场上，听着教官的鼓舞，享受着秋风的抚慰，对于军训，我充满了期待。

早就听学姐学长们说军训的种.种，而今我的体验却与之有着一点差别。军训本身就是一项严肃而认真的工作，也可以说是人生旅途必经的一站，偶尔的考验将为生命画上更绚丽的色彩。

汉代哲学家王修道：“志向高远的人,能够不断地磨炼自己,以成就大业,没有节操的人,懈怠轻忽,只能成为平庸之辈。”就像俗话说的：“玉不琢，不成器”一样。人只有经过磨练才能成才。“为人者必先止其乎。”而军训就为我们“正身”提供了一个好机会，让我们明白纪律，懂得团结，学会顾全大局!

今天是我们军训的最后一天了,这是一个特别的日子因为今天学校的所有领导都要来参观我们的训练成果.首先,老师让我们集体坐下等待上场.可刚坐下没多久,我的腿就酸了,再看看附近的同学,他们也与我一样开始做立不安了我心想：要不动一下吧,换换腿也行啊.就在我要动时,转念又想：如果我动了,上面领导发现了就要扣我们班的分了,所以我不能动.于是我重新坐正认真看别的班表演了.

现在,该轮到我们班表演了,我们的腿已经酸了.整理好后我们以最饱满的精神迎接领导们的检阅,我们昂首挺胸,自信地做着动作,最后“观众们”以热烈的掌声鼓励我们,当时大家的心情十分激动,我们已发挥出最好的状态,表演得很成功.最后,我们班赢得了“刻苦训练标兵班”的称号.虽然我们没能那到“训练标兵班”的称号,但我想这个也是我们应得的,我们的努力没有白费,我为我们班而自豪.

这次的军训让我受益非浅,它不仅锻炼了我的体魄和毅力,还让我感受到同学之间的友爱和老师对我们的关怀.这次的军训是多么有意义啊!

Mom said today is Christmas Eve, no homework, great! I went out to dinner

with my parents and saw that the Catholic church was very crowded. Mom and dad

asked me what gift I want, I said no, Santa Claus will give me a gift, I as long

as a safe and happy family together.

After dinner we went home and the family started decorating the Christmas

tree and made a Santa out of silly putty. This Christmas Eve had a good

time!

It is true that summer is hot, very hot. But the wicked summer sun is

nothing to me, for I dont usually go out. What I like to do best during the

long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read,

but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading.

Endless assignments press down upon me like a mountain. I feel confined and

imprisoned. Once the summer vacation comes, however, I have all the time in the

world to read and read and read. I read everything I want to read. I read to my

hearts content. My room maybe small, and the sun maybe hot, but Im free, Im

happy, Im really living! Oh, how I love summer!

Today is the Duanwu Festival.It is a special festival in China.On this

day,we usually eat zongzi,a kind of food that is made of rice.So I tried to cook

some zongzi today.First,I bought some bamboo leaves.It is an important part of

zongzi.I made the leaves in the shape of small bottles.Next,I put in some rice

and meat.So the leaves can make the rice more delicious.Then,I found some thin

ropes and tied up the leaves——And then the zongzi was finished.The final step

was to boil some water and cook them.It was hard work,but I tried my best and it

was the most delicious zongzi I had ever eaten.

I went out to have dinner with father today. I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe. So I had a bottle of beer. My face

turned red but I was not drunk. I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student.

今天和爸爸一起出去吃饭。吃饭的时候要敬酒。那里没有果汁。我就拿了一瓶啤酒开始到处敬酒。喝了一瓶酒后，我的脸红了，但没有醉。我认为啤酒并不难喝，但我还是要少喝酒。因为我还只是一个学生。

我经过了五天的军训生活，我体会到了军人生活的艰难，知道了什么才叫苦，什么才叫累!以前怕苦怕累的我，已全然不见了，而懒散的那个我，也销声匿迹了。

在军训的第二天，也是最辛苦，最严的一天。不用说什么，单是站军姿十几分钟就够辛苦的了。在站军姿的过程中，学生们昂首挺胸，双手紧贴双腿，一动不动地站着，那怕是蚊虫叮咬，汗流浃背，也

得纹丝不动。

军训的最后一天，每个人眼中都充满了泪水，不舍与伤感油然而生。那时同学们都体会到了什么是责任，也知道了自己犯的错误不应该让别人来承担。

在军训期间，我发现，其实并不是因为我的能力不够，而是由于缺乏勇气和必胜的信心。因此在军训中我努力做好教官交给的任务，以增强自己的勇气，磨练自己的意志，在过去的五天中，从自己的表

现看，我可以自豪地对自己说：我做到了!

五天的训练让我明白了军训的意义，但是我知道，这仅仅是开始。

我想当我们回首这几天的军训，一定是快乐的，因为大家在一起度过了艰难的岁月，有着许多的收获，而且是无价的 ，是永恒的!

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

country.I get up at six o’clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my

teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock.After

school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven o’clock.Then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.

I am a sophmore of Nanchang University.Now i want to introduce to you guys

about my university.It has a long history back to the fifties of last

century.

As it locate far away from the city center ,the most prosperous place,you

may think the traffic is totally unconvenient,then you are wrong,instead of

unconvenient ,there are a lot of transportation tools that will take you to

where you want to go at any time.when it going to say about facilities and

faculites,i will say they are excellent and helpful.I cherish friendship and

like to make as many friends as i can and i found out that the students there

are have a heart of gold ,and are hospital.So,thats my university,it is not the

best one but i still love it .I can foresee that i will enjoiy my life on campus

from now.

这次军训带给我的不仅仅是身体上的煅练，还有思想上的薰陶，意志上的垂练，留给我印象最深的是军人严谨的作风、坚强的毅力以及不怕苦、不怕累、严守纪律和艰苦朴素的精神。烈日下，站军姿，齐步走...最大的考验就是得每刻保持精神的高度集中。我们虽然站得汗流浃背，双腿酸痛，但仍然坚持，同时也深深体会到“苦”乃军训之首。这些苦让我们明白并相信军训是我们正式进入学习生活之前十分重要的一次锻炼，也是人生一份不可多得的一笔财富。

Books As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and

many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

were lots of light foggy clouds around us.What。

s more, varieties of birds flying around us were pretty.What a harmony

situation。

At noon,we had lunch in a restaurant. With a happy emotion, we finished our

climbing. Although tired, we still felt happy and relaxed.we hope our country

今天早上，我们起了个大早，洗漱过后就开始晨练了。我们绕着湖外的路跑了一圈，然后继续练军姿，虽然是清早，但阳光穿透雾气还是很晒人，我的眼睛都睁不开了，帽沿上都布满了汗珠，汗水吧眼睛淹的很疼。早上有没吃早饭也没喝水，我都要晕倒了。

终于熬到了吃早饭，我看到饭盒，为离开时翻江倒海，教官宣布开饭，我开始狼吞虎咽，吃的一干二净。吃过早饭，我们稍微放松了一下，又开始训练。

上午的训练比早上简单了一些，但天气很热，所以我还是有些累。我们复习了“立正”、“稍息”、“蹲下”、“起立”等动作。还学习了“敬礼”，我的手臂都要断了，腿也疼得要命。但还是坚持站着。半天下来，我全身都要三加了。

中午我们吃了一顿丰盛可口的饭菜，我感觉不太累了，就跟队回宿舍了。之后我们就睡午觉了，可能因为我们太累了，一躺在床上我就迷糊了，骨头都好想不属于我了，滩成了一堆。我浑身酸软，但怎么也睡不着，就那么躺着。下午，我们和五班进行了拉歌友谊赛，每个人都很投入，一个带领我们的同学喊得嗓子都哑了。好几次我们都盖过了他们。

军训的第二天，我们都感到了集体生活的快乐和军训进步的幸福，以后每一天我都要得到更的进步。
