Today is a holiday in the West -- Christmas Eve, when I go home after

school, I see shopping malls, hotels are decorated in front of the door very

beautiful, there are people wearing Santa hats, there is a festive

atmosphere.

Mother said: "tomorrow morning, you can see Santa Claus to send a

mysterious gift", I said Santa Claus in a foreign country, how to send gifts?

Mother said: "Santa Claus let mom and dad to help give you a gift". What is it?

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

As is well known,books teach us to learn life,truth,science and many other

useful things.They increase our knowledge,broaden our minds and strengthen our

character.In other words,they are our good teachers and wise friends.This is the

reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing,but we must pay great attention to the choice of

books.It is true that we can derive benefits from good books.However,bad books

will do us more harm than good.

众所周知，书籍教会我们学习生活、真理、科学和许多其他有用的东西。它们增加了我们的知识，开阔了我们的思想，增强了我们的品格。换句话说，它们是我们的良师益友。这就是为什么我们的父母总是鼓励我们多读书。

读书是一件好事，但我们在选书上一定要十分注意，好书的确能给我们带来好处，但坏书弊大于利。

今天是军训的最后一天，因为我们要出演了，但练习的却不怎么样。所以，今天要更加努力了!

一连两天都在外面，我的皮肤都被晒黑了。今天又是，因为我们不仅要学习横排向前走，又学习了一个新的竖排向前走，然后学习转弯，围着操场走一圈，我是第一排的排头，要带领着我们这一排，我们这一排来领全班，所以我不仅要照顾好后面的个子小的同学，慢点走，还要注意好我们这一队齐不齐，我不能做的不好，我要更加努力，更加认真，才能有胜任这个排头的能力。

齐步走不是很难，但是迈腿迈的快了或慢了或步伐错了都可能影响大体。教官喊一，左脚落地，喊二，右脚落地，听起来很简单，但是我们好像就是忘了，不是快了就是慢了，练了几十遍，还可以，要完美，也要在家好好练习。

但是，功夫不负有心人，经过再次的努力，总算好了许多。

真心希望明天的比赛会有好的成绩!加油!

Today is the Duanwu Festival.It is a special festival in China.On this

day,we usually eat zongzi,a kind of food that is made of rice.So I tried to cook

some zongzi today.First,I bought some bamboo leaves.It is an important part of

zongzi.I made the leaves in the shape of small bottles.Next,I put in some rice

and meat.So the leaves can make the rice more delicious.Then,I found some thin

ropes and tied up the leaves——And then the zongzi was finished.The final step

was to boil some water and cook them.It was hard work,but I tried my best and it

was the most delicious zongzi I had ever eaten.

因为今天是军训的最后一天，下午返回学校后就要彩排了，所以主教官让育才一小所有连队站在一起，训练下午我们彩排的内容，让我们先训练一下，免得下午彩排时出错，给育才一小丢脸。

主教官在台上先把下午彩排的整个内容告诉了我们，先做什么，后做什么，讲得一清二楚。彩排训练时，有一项是表演交警指挥操，啊!完了，昨天汪教官要我和张佳妮去茶议室去开会，所以我和张佳妮的交警指挥操都没学。幸亏主教官怕我们忘记了，在台上花了15分钟给我们全体同学示范了几遍。这时，我仔细地看着、听着，并往大脑里面记，把它们尽可能记住，免得下午彩排时出丑。就这样，1个多小时过去了，彩排训练结束了!

下午，我们乘车返回了学校，临走时，我望着军营里我们宿舍的那栋楼，说了声：“再见了，军训!”就上了车，回到了育才一小。

Spring is Coming. The weather is sunny and warm. The sky is blue. The trees

are green. The flowers are beautiful. The birds are singing. Spring is

coming.

In spring, I can fly kites. I can go hiking. I can plant trees. So I love

spring.

军训第五天——赛拳

今天，我们女生和男生比拳，我心想：“和他们比?啊，那惨啦!不公平啊，输定喽!”教官对大家说：“大家有信心吗?”“一般。”“啊哈?一群没自信的家伙!那好，给你们练习，输了的，有你们好受的啊!”

练习开始了，我们队的队长——杨韵婷排好了我们的位置，大叫了一声：“立正。向右看齐。格斗士预备。”我摆好了姿势，在月光底下练拳。当我打得正投入时，队长大叫一声：“错了，错了!应该是这样，这样!听见了没?”“恩。”我回答。当我准备打一个漂亮的拳时，教官打断了我们：“要有气势，动作、排列要整齐!”我的思维被打断了。“喂喂喂，集中注意啊，你这样，我们怎么赢啊?站好了!第六栋上下坦坦，开始!”队长对我大吼大叫。半个多小时过去了，我的拳法总算标准了。

比赛开始了，男生的开场很精神，拳法不咋样。我们的开场不咋样，拳法可以说是一般般。我们以1分之差战胜了男生的100分!哈哈哈!

这次的比赛告诉了我：要有信心，不要受干扰(重要的要听哦)。

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business

in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager

of my mothers company. I sat in my mothers office and help her answer the

telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a

lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mothers office, I

had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I cant

do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to

grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions.

Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

译文：今天，我帮助了奶奶做家务。奶奶的身体不好。我以后要常帮她做事。这样她就会高兴身体也会好一些。突然觉得，人老了真不好。不但身体不会好，而且一不小心就会惹得大家讨厌。我又做了一个决定，以后一定要做个乖孩子。

今天是第二天军训，运动量明显增加了，从早上的站军姿就感到“心有余而力不足”，不过人总是要向前看，我当然必须要坚强些了，所以我努力告诉自己“你能行!你是最棒的!”这句话极大的鼓舞了我，即便是汗如雨下，我也坚持到了最后。当教官吹响结束号角的那一刻，烈日下的我露出了最灿烂的微笑······

就这样，繁忙的军训生活又开始了。又是站军姿，又是练列队······再加上太阳公公对我们的“酷刑”，说句老实话，整天在家里娇生惯养的我还真有点吃不消了，不过凭着一份青春赐予的毅力与坚强，我坚持下来了。真好，我发现自己还真是很有潜力，完成了一个个自己以前从没完成的动作。心中仿佛又多了一份自信与骄傲。

除了为自己的坚强该感到欣慰以外，我还感受到了集体力量的强大，仿佛“14连”已融入到我的生命中了，我必须要为它的荣誉而做出自己的努力!加油!

This days, my family go to Qinhuangdao(秦皇岛) have a visit .In there ,we use

camera take a lot of photos. We see many Qing Dynasty (清朝) lifestyle .The most

famous view is Jiaoshan Greatwall(角山长城). It is too high and hard to go up .But

we get it .We spend three happy days .We seat down the trolley (缆车)to fly in the

air like a bird .The days which I spent in there is different from my hometown

.I think I will visit much more views if i work hard .It。

军训，一个能给人无形的压力的字眼，一个能影响人一生的字眼，一个很多人都向往的字眼。看，一个个英姿飒爽，昂首挺胸的站在操场上，是青松，是大海，是寒梅。当然，军训也是辛苦的，看那严明的纪律，那雷令风行的作风，还有那铁一般的体魄，刚一般的意志，无不给人以一种肃然起敬的威严。苏轼曰：立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚韧不拔之志。

赤日炎炎，没有一丝风，树叶也无精打采的，可训练场上的同学们个个精神焕发，队伍整整齐齐。军姿一站就是一个小时，虽然每个人的衣服都被汗湿了，但是同学们都坚持了下来，坚决服从军令。几个小时下来，许多同学站得都麻木了，手脚不再听使唤，有的同学干脆就席地而坐。军训累不累?累!军训苦不苦?苦!军训甜不甜?甜!因为军训让我们看到了军人的风采，体会到了军人的气质，同时军训也磨练了我们的意志。

通过军训，我学会了如何去面对挫折，如何在以后的人生路上披荆斩棘，如何去踏平坎坷，做到自制、自爱、自理、自强，走出自己的阳光大道，开创一片自己的天空来。我会将这段军训生活永久地珍藏，当作是人生的瑰宝，让它的精神贯穿我的整个一生。

今天是一个特别的日子，是我参加大学军训的第一天。“军训”对于我的理解，是一次锻炼的机会，是一种学习军人精神的尝许，也许军训还会很累。

我走进大学的校门，心中都会涌出一份喜悦，在心中久久不能安稳，大学一直是我期待的地方。爸爸事务繁忙，没有帮我安排好就离开了。

清晨六点，我的朦胧睡意被生活老师给打破，老师要求我们必须提前五分钟到操场站军姿，想起我们要利用二十五分钟来起床打扫宿舍就感到十分的紧迫。

早上的时间显然不够用，但是我们团结一致，有着明确的分工。我尽量的节约时间，寝室长积极的带动我们打扫卫生，真是一位尽职尽业的寝室长。同学们累得满头大汗，但还是坚持把寝室打扫干净。当我们疾步如飞地赶到操场，已经超过了老师规定的时间，我们很不好意思让老师生气，但我第二天一定要准时到操场。

今天我们在教官的指导下，重温了最开始的稍息立正，唱军歌，但在训练中最开心的还是练习踏步走。我们目不转睛的盯着教官得一举一动，学习着教官的指定动作。 不知是哪位仁兄把汪教官谈吐不清的“一二一”听成了巧克力，让我们每一个人都笑破了肚皮，真是层层出糗。

今天的军训很累，不管是站军姿还是每个动作，都让我们腰酸背痛，但都只能坚持下去，我一定会坚持完这五天，学习军人的精神。

Next week I would like to go to Kaifeng and parents. Kaifeng has many great

snacks， such as steamed buns， sesame seed Gaul. Kaifeng also on the famous

Qingming River Park， I think it has to be very beautiful. My parents will be

opened to see my uncle and live in his house one night.

I like winter holiday very much, although it’s very short. The Spring

Festival is interesting. I have many things to eat and I will have new clothes.

Besides, I can watch TV. I like cartoons. They are so interesting that I can

watch them all the day. I have a new computer, so I can play games with my

father. He promised to teach me. I will visit my relatives during the Spring

Festival and I can get lucky money. Therefore, I can buy something I like. I

have many to buy. Winter holiday is wonderful.

Saturday, November 18 rain

Strong but not forgotten with the end of military life, sitting in a comfortable chair with immense, not think in the days of military training, military training follow in the footsteps of every step footprints are deeply printed in the hearts of every individual, three days ahead on the calendar left an extraordinary colors. 星期天的早上，我早早的起床了。心想：“有一节课上要让我们种绿豆芽呢?”我就找来一个一次性杯和绿豆，我将杯子灌满水，然后拿了一把绿豆，它浑身都是绿色的，好像身披着一件绿色披风一样，只有一个椭圆形的地方是白色的，我又把它拿在手里撮了一下，感到是有一些粗糙的感觉，好像握着的是一小把凹凸不平的石头似的。最后，我把它放入了水中，它们有的在水里面翩翩起舞，旋转的沉下去;有的好像不愿意呆在水里似的，它便在白色的部分上升起了一个小小的“降落伞”。可是它的“降落伞”不久就“坏了”，便只好沉入了水底。我好像都听见它们在“咕咚，咕咚”的喝水呢!过了一会儿，绿豆们的身上便结满了小水珠，像一颗颗珍珠似的。

它们是多么可爱啊!就像一个个绿色小精灵一样!

在我们要吃午饭的时候，我去看了一下，发现绿豆身上的小珍珠不见了，只剩下几颗绿豆身上还留着的两三颗珍珠。而且还有几颗绿豆白色的地方下面长出了一颗颗嫩绿的小芽，还裂了一道口子，使它那层绿色的皮开了一道小小的口子。它的速度可正快呀!

下午我来看豆芽菜的时候，看到又有几颗绿豆发芽了，原来的绿豆芽也长到5毫米了，而且脱去了它的一半的“披风”，就像穿了一件有帽子的衣服一样，中间也裂了一道大口子。听妈妈说，发芽了的豆子不能泡太多的水，否则就会淹死的。我赶紧倒掉了杯子里的一些水，我在下面放了一点泥土，浇了一点水，用纱布放了上去，把它们放在有阳光的地方，希望它们能在阳光下的照耀下快乐的生活成长。

Everyone has a hobby, some people like swimming, some people like playing

video games. Fishing is my fathers favorite hobby. He goes fishing every Sunday

morning, and goes home in the afternoon.My hobby is playing piano. I started

playing piano from five years old. I like to play it after school. I have a

plan, I want to play a birthday song for my mother, because next monday is her

birthday. I think she will like my present very much.
