到了晚上我们本应该训练的，可是我们的教官都去开会了，只留下了一个教官看着我们。就在我们乱得教官看不住的时候，来了两位首长讲话，使我深受感触。在后面的时候，首长还把在今天过生日的两位同学叫到前面，让我们为她们唱生日歌我们每一个人的心情都非常激动，久久不能平静。

军训第三天，今天主要复习以往的动作和学习走正步。还是腿软脚疼，还是烈日炙烤，还是反复训练……或许由于渐渐适应了这军训生活，时间过得快多了，转眼一天又过去了。我期盼着明天的到来……

几天军训我似乎明白了一条生活哲理：人应该而且能够适应环境。如此繁重的任务，如此紧张辛苦的日子，如此一个新环境，如此一种全新的生活……我适应了，证明我有极强的适应能力。我自信这一点会让我受用终生。

以前我对“服从命令是军人的天职”这句话不是很理解，直到今日，我终有所悟。我们军训时一切听教官指挥，竟没有谁敢违抗命令。这是为什么?也许是如此一个环境吧，或许是怕受惩罚，或许是我们纪律观念强。总之，我能理解服从命令的重要，我也学会了服从命令。

一个人总会有精神上的支撑与寄托，一旦没有，这个人将会崩溃，一事无成。军训时，我心里有着要锻炼身体、减轻体重的目标，有不给班级拉后腿的信念，有坚持到底不服输的意念，还有远方亲人的嘱咐与期望……我坚持下来了更新。

As a middle school student,keeping healthy is very important.If we dont

丁零零……哦!一阵急促的铃声响了起来，我立刻叠好被子，穿好衣服，冲向了操场。

啊!那些人都已经精神抖擞地排好队伍了，今天主要学习基本功，第一项，绕操场跑十圈!我心想：“啊!我平时三圈都跑不了。”但是我还是跑了，我是最后一个跑到终点的，他们一点事都没有呢。我刚坐下来休息，第二项就开始了!原来是扔沙包，这个是我最拿手的，啊!不带的。篮子还能动呢!这一项肯定又没有合格的。我才扔中了两个，再看看别人的，全部都投中了呀!第三项又开始了，啊!还比以前两项好一点了，我想呀!一定还是有什么鬼计的。我又想了一下，投篮球又有什么鬼计呢?不管了吧!我还是第一次来，下次就不能再来了，这一局好好的表现一下吧!我想了教练对我说的话：“不要紧张，把握好时机。”我一直在默默地想这句话，啊!投中了三个，又投中了四个，结束了，我惊呆了!这……怎么……可能?教练说：“好样的，我就知道你可以的!”

201X年X月X日 星期X 晴睡完懒觉，我们一起到楼下集合，说了些话后，我们就各班训练去了。教官复习了昨天学的内容后，就教我们齐步走。齐步走真难呀!每个人的步子都要一致，脚尖要对齐，“一二一”地大步往前走。有好几次我要不是走快了就是走慢了，吓得出了一身冷汗。由于我们不整齐，教官还叫我们做俯卧撑，真累!不过毕竟也是我们的错，再累都不能抱怨啊!

下午，我们开始学军体拳。我们学了前八步，首先要稍息，然后是军体拳准备，接着喊声格斗准备就开始了。我们训练了一个下午，十分累。不过我觉得很有趣，要不是裤子给扯破了，我还真想自己试试呢。

军训的第二天我感觉已经慢慢有点习惯了。虽说军训很辛苦，钽我心想：这五天过了，以后就不怕困难了。所以，我一定会坚持下去。

第一次做家务

今天是军训的第一天，来到了帽峰山，我心里像打了五味瓶，既兴奋又激动又紧张又害怕又痛苦。

带着对新的一天的憧憬，我们开始了第三天的军训。现在，我已经克服了军训的不适，适应了艰苦的军训的生活。

and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my

homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon.

party at home. A party with my host, and performances. My sister and me a lot of

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.
