今天，我们怀着期待的心情去滕头军训。我们本以为很好玩，但迎来的却是又苦又累的军训，就连拿一个小板凳也那么讲究。

小板凳是用左手拿，伸进孔里面拿，就好像是一只手伸进大口袋一样。光滑亮丽的那一面朝前面。接着。教官说“准备板凳”，我们就把板凳慢慢地滑了下去，好像板凳就是一个调皮的小孩在玩滑滑梯。又是一声令下“放”，我们就把板凳轻轻地放了下去，人不能起来，左手放在板凳的左上角，这时，我们与板凳好像紧紧地贴在了一起，变成了一个小山洞似的。又是一个口令“起”，我们轻松地起来了，站得笔直笔直的，像一棵松树一样。最后一个口令“坐”，我们坐下了，但板凳好像抗议地在说：“救命啊!你们这群坏蛋，我快支撑不住了。”

这次军训可真累啊，人也瘦了一圈。

I have rested for a week.I began to feel bored.So I went out with my

friends.They are my best friends in the middle school.We didnt go to someplace

special.We just saw the other.We had lunch together.While we were having lunch,

we were still talking about the new school and new friends. A year later,we have

grown riper.And we learned much more things and got new life.We havent enough

time to play,to waste and to lose the way. We only have two years.Two years to

go,we will get the real life which belongs to us.

It was sunny and hot today.I got up early at half past six.I read English

and then had breakfast.I helped my mother washed the dishes.Then I did my

homework and cleaned my room.I went shopping with my mother in the

afternoon.Then I played table tennis with my friends.In the evening I watched TV

and read a book.I really had a busy and interesting day.

今天阳光明媚，很热，六点半早起，读英文，然后吃早餐，帮妈妈洗碗，做功课，打扫房间，和妈妈一起去超市购物。下午。然后我和朋友们打乒乓球。晚上我看电视，看书。我真的度过了忙碌而有趣的一天。

军训第二天，疲惫而又忙碌的一天。

军训步入正轨，同学们不免有些怨言。印象中最苦的还是连站姿。早已习惯了无精打采的懒散的站，竟然觉得自己的脊椎被人一节一节地拽直。教官不厌其烦地对我们“传授”站的方法：抬头直背，五指并拢贴在裤子中线，脚程六十度摆放等等……

总觉得对于我这种习惯于懒洋洋走路的人来说实在有些艰巨，站在阴地方，教官指导、矫正我们的动作。刚开始还好，站了没多久，额上布满了密密的汗珠，脚后跟有些疼痛。我真希望现在在家中，这样我就可以好好地活动一下手脚，轻松一下筋骨了。对于这种肌肤之痛，还能咬咬牙一鼓作气忍过去、可要命的是，每当微风徐徐吹过，额前几缕发丝总会若有似无地轻轻刮着我的额头，那种痒如同小虫一点一点啃咬我的心，之后再将毒液注入到心中。很想用手背去揉揉，以便缓解这种痛苦，可教官却有言在先：谁动一下站一分钟。我可是想快点结束军训，只好忍着，慢慢地“享受”这种如小虫啃食心脏的痛苦。也许是因为缺乏锻炼的缘故吧，没站多久就觉得腿已经弯不直了，像一个木头一样。

真的难以想象，长辈们竟然是站在烈日下一动不动地练习，这的确让我自愧不如。

毅力，它可以被看得很轻或很重，重在你如何看它。

本来天气正值酷热难耐之时，但太阳公公怜惜我们每一个娇弱的学生。悄悄躲在云层里，偶尔吹过的风还带着一丝清凉。午后的操场上，一个个绿色的方阵整齐地排列着，似乎对一切都不屑一顾，心中有的是一股劲头。一张张略显稚气的脸庞，此刻透着的是一股子绝不服输的坚毅。这里有的是坚强与懦弱的较量，是肉体与意志的抗争，是心灵与灵魂的考验。汗水从发丝巅，从脸颊边慢慢滑落，又很快蒸发的无影无踪，湿透的军装紧紧的粘在皮肤上，引来阵阵麻痒。疲惫与困倦不断地冲击着我们的意志，军训，不仅仅是对肉体的锤炼，也是对我们在人生路上的一次艰巨的挑战。因为我们明白，所以我们坚强。

对于年轻的我们而言，自强，是我们的信念，不屈，是我们的呐喊。嘹亮的口号，坚定的步伐谱写出一首奋勇前进的战歌。也许即使是炙热的太阳也不能叫我们害怕，疲惫的身体也不能让我们倒下。苦，直接吞进肚里;累，用牙齿使劲咬碎，我们绝对不言放弃。不断地挑战自我，不断地超越极限，生命的光芒在此刻绽放出耀眼的美丽。年轻就是永恒的动人。

我们还年轻，我们正值热血愤张的花季，我们有的是力量，我们有的是永不放弃的执着，有的是燃烧的激情，有的是永不言败，生生不息的生命之火。

因为我们明白，所以我们坚强。

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

Spring is coming. It is the season for planting trees. On Sunday, our

teacher led us to the suburb to plant trees. We brought some spades, pails and

saplings with us. On arriving there, everybody went into action in no time. We

dug square pits first. Then two persons were needed to plant a tree. One held

the sapling carefully and the other put the soil in. I wish the saplings would

grow up quickly.

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !

It was sunny and very hot today。 I got up early and helped my parents cook

breakfast。 Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room。 After a short rest I

did my homework in the morning。 In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest

swimming pool with my friends。 It was really cool to swim in such a hot day。 I

surfed the interNet and read a storybook in the evening。 I really had a busy and

interesting day。

今天我变成了一只小蝴蝶，飞到了训练基地。只见同学们还在梦乡中。突然传来口哨声，大家都被惊醒了，揉着眼睛，乱哄哄地开始下床洗脸刷牙。接着同学们来到了食堂，只见大家睡眼朦胧地往嘴里塞着馒头，喝着稀饭，等到吃的差不多了，同学们也清醒了过来。这时教官过来叫大家去操场集合。今天继续齐步训练，大家表现的比昨天好多了，当教官让大家一起走时，同学们的步伐基本保持了一致，走起来也整整齐齐，像模像样的了。接下来教官又教了一套交警指挥操。刚开始，大家都不明白如何看手势，教官一个动作一个动作地分解给大家看和解释，大家逐渐都明白了各种手势的用法，这时大家都七手八脚地学习起来，刚开始大家像八爪鱼一样，张牙舞爪，教官一边训导一边纠正，很快聪明地同学们就掌握了。几个小时过去了，同学们基本都做出了标准姿势，教官对我们的同学很满意地点头，说：“同学们，你们真是聪明的孩子，学习东西很快。”同学们听到教官的鼓励都很开心。

这一天大家在辛苦和开心的训练中度过了第二天。

This is my day. Im very busy, but very happy. I got up at 6:45. I had

breakfast at 7:10 with my parents. I said “Good morning!” to my parents. My

parents smiled. I went to school at 7:30. I said “Hello! Good morning!” to my

friends. I had English class at 8:40.At noon, I had lunch. In the evening, I had

dinner at 6:30. I did my homework at 7:00. I went to bed at 10:00.This is my

day!

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful

beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and

we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many

trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang

and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I

hope I can go to summer camp again next year.

The day after yesterday I received 2000 yuan from my relatives as my pocket

money.I was so happy but my father and mother said that I should give a half to

them and the rest would be my pocket money in one year.“what!” I shouted.

当热辣的阳光照在我每寸肌肤之时，我满头大汗;当严格的教官让我们站二十分钟军姿之时，我腰酸背痛;当笨拙的我们一遍遍连齐步走之势，我心跳加快······清晨而起，星辰而归的军训生活让我筋疲力尽，也让我感慨良多。

第一：严格的军训生活让知道了拥有强健的体魄是多么的重要。当我看到一个又一个同学昏倒的瞬间，我告诉自己一定要坚持，一定要加强锻炼，拥有一个强健的体魄。只有这样，才能面对三年紧张的高中学习和美好的未来。

第二：帅气严肃兼亲切和蔼的教官由衷的教诲，让我知道了遵守纪律的重要性。国有国法，家有家规，校有校纪，没有规矩不成方圆。就好比我们列队走进食堂打饭一样，如果我们不排队，只顾自己，那么可能半天也打不到饭。

第三：严格的军训生活让我了解并意识到了同学互相帮助的重要性。当有人站军姿倒下的时候，旁边的同学总会扶她去医务室;当有人没准时到寝室洗衣服洗澡的时候，同寝室的同学总会提醒他······由此可见，同学们互帮互助，团结友爱事多么的重要。

我一定会严格要求自己，服从命令，听从指挥，做一名合格的高中生!

Today is my nine-year-old birthday.I am very happy, because my father buys

a big cake for me and my sister just comes to Guangzhou.After dinner,my family

celebrate my birthday.I make a wish and blow out the candles . Do you want to

know my wish ? Let me tell you,I wish I can study harder and harder ,then get

the NO.1 in our class.Then I cut the cake and my family share the cake with me.

How nice today!!!

五天过去了，军训也在我们的浑浑噩噩中逝去了，这五天，我们学到了什么?承诺了什么?又做到了什么?我们什么都没付出，教官却为我们付出了那么多，那么多……

坐上回家的车，才发现是那么的不舍得，热泪盈眶的眼睛准备流个痛快，看着近在眼前的教官，却觉得心早已隔着天涯海角。对着教官恋恋不舍的挥手告别，眼泪却憋不住了，可是不能再教官面前哭，因为教官说过：“军人，流血流汗不流泪!我不喜欢爱哭的小军人。”教官，我不想让您讨厌，于是，我别过头，等车开出农科所的大门，车一开出，我便搂着旁边的知心好友大哭起来，心中默默下了决心：我以后一定是很坚强的小姑娘!

教官，可能我们以后永远都不会再相见，但是，我记住您了!您是我人生中一个重要的转折点……

My grandma came to visit us today

Today, my grandma came to visit us, because she missed me so much. She

brought us a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit as usual.My grandma lives in a

small villiage, she likes the life in the county and refuses to move to the

city,so we live separately. She plant many vegetables and fruits, and She bring

the fresh to us now and then. Indeed, it tastes very different from the

market’s. I like the food she brings so much and I am so grateful to her.

这次军训使我学会很多学校学不到的知识。我相信，它将使我终身受益，无论在哪个岗位上。

I like winter holiday very much, although it’s very short. The Spring

Festival is interesting. I have many things to eat and I will have new clothes.

Besides, I can watch TV. I like cartoons. They are so interesting that I can

watch them all the day. I have a new computer, so I can play games with my

father. He promised to teach me. I will visit my relatives during the Spring

Festival and I can get lucky money. Therefore, I can buy something I like. I

have many to buy. Winter holiday is wonderful.

I found it is very helpful for me, because I get bad memory, I will forget what

I have learned in the class soon, so my teacher asks me write down what I get.
