今天是军训的第三天，时间已经过去一大半儿了，训练的成果也明显提高了。

正步走，为了这个动作我们练了一天了。一开始，教官让两排，两排练习，后来四排，四排练习。再后来整个班级练习。真是功夫不负有心人。练习了一上午，进步非常大。可是我很累。小腿用手一按就很疼，左胳膊也很疼。不过，一想到为班级争光，再累再苦那都是值得的。

我希望在剩下的两天里，能坚持到底。

今天晚上我们看电影了。关于打仗的纪录片。好多架飞机从天上飞过，有事就扔下一颗炸弹！

我真盼望这是一个和平年代，重要的是永远！

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to

take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come

out of lonely life and now I can.I will try my best to make the old people

smile, I am sure I can do it!

我今天心情非常好,因为我有机会帮助老人们在我们的街道。如今,许多成年人都在忙于therir工作,没有时间去好好照顾他们年老的父母。我要尽我所能去帮助那些老年人走出孤独的生活,现在我可以。

What do you think the life in the future will be like?

In the future there will be computers in our homes. Computers will help us

to know a lot over the world. We will be able to talk by e-mail. Scientists will

make many robots. Robots can help us to do some cleaning, do some cooking or do

some washing. We can do some shopping and see a doctor without going out of our

homes.

The life in the future will be good. For this, we will study hard. I

believe we’ll be able to do this.

I didnt go anywhere today. I stayed at home doing my homework and helping my

mother with housework. I realised it was not easy to do so much housework allby

oneself. I should help mother more in the future.

I love my mother best, because she is my mother and she loves me, too. My

mother takes good care of me. Every morning, she gets up early and makes

knows our favorite. Besides, she often talks to me, so that we look like close

friends. She knows everything about me. My mother’s hobby is reading. She has

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business

in my mother’s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager

of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the

telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a

lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mother’s office, I

had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I can’t

My Bedroom

I have a lovely bedroom. It is small but clean and beautiful. The wall is

light green and the floor is white. There is a bed in my bedroom, it is really

comfortable. I sleep with it every night. And there is a small sofa near my bed,

This summer holiday I plan to go to the beach. I will go there with my

parents and cousins. Well stay there for three days at the local hotel. The

trip will be the most wonderful one that I have ever had. Because we will do a

我爱中国菜 I Love Chinese Food

Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

the spicy soup. The hotness makes me feel so cool. No matter where I go， Chinese

food is always my favorite.

I went to Beijing Zoo on Saturday morning. 星期六早上我去了北京动物园。

I went there with my teachers by bus. It took us half an hour to get there.

There were many kinds of animals. First, we went to see pandas. They were my

favorite animals. How lovely they were! Then we watched the elephant show. The

elephants were so clever that they were able to answer some math questions. At

last, I took some photos of them. I had a great time. I stayed in Beijing Zoo

for 2 hours.

超级郁闷的一天，真为自己在这个方阵训练而感到悲哀!真的是不比不知道，一比吓一跳，现在才知道梅教教得有多少好了!

早上还兴高采烈的自愿参加方阵训练，想为大学军训画上一个完美的句号，可实际根本就不是我想的那样!真不知道他们这几天是怎么训练的，连踏乐都不会，软绵绵的。教官还一直叫我们听音乐，找重音，我想说的是光找到有什么用，踩都不会踩，火大火大!头还向右看着呢，教官就让我们起步走，而且还是一天之内好几次，无语无语!

每次喊错口令都说自己老了老了;自己示范正步换齐步也不会;光让我们来回走，也不告诉我们哪里不好，哪里需要改，这有什么用啊，还不是错的;让我们走正步不用踩音乐，直接走，那不是会越走越快嘛，我踏着节拍走所以比她们慢，就被她们打手了，迈不出步了，那教官还训我;明明正步走得像开飞机一样，还说走得很好，让我们鼓掌，我都感到自卑，这么没追求。(这些不是我个人意见，而是从22排过去的人都有的想法)

晚上要去打羽毛球好好发泄发泄，今晚要去打球的几个注意，你们得做好心里准备了，做好一防二防三防……

军训

在我国，当我们去上初中的时候，我们必须参加军训。到部分的学生都害怕军训，因为训练通常是在炎热的夏天进行。夏天，天气炎热难熬。但是，学生必须一整天都呆在外面。另外，训练还很辛苦。学生们必须像士兵一样。他们必须遵守很多在日常生活中无需遵守的规则。而且，教官对学生很严厉。他们像老师一样耐心照顾我们。但是，军训也是一种锻炼学生意志的好方法。它对学生的生活很有帮助。因此，军训对学生是很必要的。

军训怎么能少得了跑操呢?从昨天下午开始，我们都会进行跑步退场，下午退场是跑两圈，上午退场是跑一圈，但是我们早上集合时还需要跑一圈进行热身，所以不管上午下午都是要跑两圈的。

今天也不知怎的，明明昨天是单数班从一个门退，双数班从另一个门退，退场的时候，大家也都挺有秩序的，也不乱啊。可上午的时候，教官让我们从一个门退，上午单数班先退，下午双数班先退，对这个要求我感到十分不解，操场明明有两个门啊，为什么只让从一个门退?唉，不过这是学校安排的，那也没办法啊，只能这么服从命令啊。

上午的时候，由于我们是单数班，所以我们跑了一圈后便退场了，按学校的要求来，双数班比我们多跑一圈后才能退场，算上早上跑的一圈，我们单数班跑了两圈，双数班由于比我们后退的原因，跑了三圈。下午退场时，就轮到我们单数班多跑一圈喽，看着双数班逐渐退场的身影，我一边跑一边自言自语道：“唉，该还的早晚都要还啊。”不过我真的想不明白，操场明明有两个门，继续按昨天那样退场不行吗?昨天那样退场时大家都挺有秩序的，为什么今天就换退场方式?这是为了让我们多跑一圈吗?那这可真是一个“好计划”呢

今天作为军训第二天，训练强度自然要比第一天大，同时也比第一天累，不过还有三天就可以结束军训了，继续坚持吧。

激动人心的那一刻，终于到来了。让许多学生期待很久的实践活动终于到来了。4月12日，我们兴高采烈地来到了横岗圆山――深圳市青少年社会实践活动基地，开始了为期两天的校外时间活动。

第一天，教官首先让我们穿上清一色的迷彩服，并带领我们转了一圈，参观军营。我看到几条醒目的标语“沐浴阳光、快乐成长、接受磨砺、永远坚强”。这也是我们的口号。然后，张老师带着女同学安排到女生宿舍，男教官就安排男同学的床位。安排一完毕，我们就整队集合。

开始体能训练了，教官说在这里所有的生活情况都是课程。来到这里，穿上军服就是一名军人，做什么事情都要用认真严肃的态度去完成。教官教大家标准的稍息，立正，半边向左转或右转，注目礼，敬礼等等。虽然我们以前在学校学过，但要求不一样，似乎这一切都是从零开始。烈日下，我们在教官的示范及指导下，我们用心地听着，操练着，我们的动作越来越规范了。我也体会到军人的威严与艰辛。

最让人深刻感动的是第二天上午的“军事领导力与责任感训练”。作为集体中的一员就要有为团队付出和牺牲的精神。在这训练中，领导为我们承担了责任并付出了汗水;同学们都流下了忏悔与感动的泪水。在这感动的时刻，我想到了父母，老师，他们为我们承担了太多的责任，付出了艰辛的劳动;我想到了军人，他们为国家，为人民承担了重大的责任，甚至付出了生命。两天的社会实践活动很快就结束了，但园山之行留给我的记忆太深刻了。我要努力学习，将来为父母，为社会承担更多的责任。

8月22日，清晨7点50分，初一全体同学穿着清一色的军服，精神饱满地集合在四会堂我们以誓师大会为起点，开启6天的军训生活。

集会在一首《我是铁拳》的激昂军歌振奋了大家的斗志后便开始了。同学们齐声宣誓，声音洪亮，或许有不少的同学都已经在心中暗下决心，一定要挺过这次考验。会中校长提到了一句话：军训有它独特的意义和功能，这就意味着此次军训的.经历是一场身心双方面的旅程，其中有许多价值和宝藏等待着我们去寻找。

1个小时的车程后，大家抵达了军训基地。刚下车，适才还与同学们有说有笑的教官们立马严苛起来，用响亮的口令命令大家穿戴齐整，排列有序，避免乱动。我们观看了武警表演的队列和格斗技术。一眼望去，整个方阵就是一个整体，随着像电子按钮一般的法令，做出同样的动作。就连每人摆臂的高度、踢腿的角度都完全一致。

离军训结束的日子渐渐向我们逼近了，已经是第三天了。明天就将进行彩排练习，可是今天的我们表现很不好，惹的从不发火的教官生气，让老师失望，连我自己都快失去信心了。在最后几分钟里，教官让我们沿着赛道原地踏步练习，可我感觉整个节奏变的好快，让我有点赶不上。有时看者自己的步伐和旁边的不一样时，我觉得好羞愧。都一个高中生了，怎么连这样简单的步伐都会错，真得一种我拖累大家的感觉。

在烈日炎炎下，看着别人席地而坐，喝茶嬉闹，我们也好想这样做。可是教官说：“流了同样多的泪水，为什么他们走得比我们好?这句话顿时让我们安静了几分钟，每个人都在反省，因为每个人都有一种荣誉感，都想证明自己，是啊，同样的辛苦，同样的汗水，凭什么我们比别人差。我希望明天的我们会进步，会让教官自豪，让老师引以为傲。

今天晚上的篮球赛真得让我大开眼界，看者双方队员努力灌篮，努力抢篮板的样子，我心里非常激动，大声地喊着加油，尽量想盖过对方的声音，似乎球场上的比分会因我们的的呐喊而改变。终于的比分一样。毕竟“友谊第一，比赛第二”嘛!

加油!高一(11)班的每个同学，我们要坚持，我们要奋斗，要努力要向明天迈出更矫健的步伐!

滚烫的大地，似火的骄阳，挥汗成雨的同学们构成了学校别具一格的.“画卷”，图意展现了我们蓬勃向上的精神。但是，在席椅炙手的下午，四处蝇虫飞舞，汗水正在滚滚流淌，四肢已全然酸痛麻痹，这一切的一切无时无刻正在摧残着我们的毅力。

在军训的第一天，第一项的基础任务就给了我一个“下马威”——站军姿。在烈日当空的操场上，平日娇生惯养、细皮嫩肉、饭来张口的我们在忍苦耐劳的环境下，无疑是晴天霹雳。虽说是十分钟的军姿，但是，对我们来说确实是有度秒如年的感觉。

经过了一段漫长的十分钟后，每位同学个个七扭八歪。教官见状，依然不让我们休息。有的同学支撑不下去了，纷纷打着病号到了阴凉之处休息去了。看着他们舒服惬意的样貌，我的心中也萌生了这个念头，但是很快就打消了。突然教官来到我面前，你会不会装病去休息?我坚决地回答道：“不会!”教官递上一瓶水，露出欣慰的笑容，这水似乎有着坚持的味道。

辛苦疲惫的军训平淡无趣，却着实艰苦，“不积小流，无以成江海;不积硅步，无以至千里。”每一个军训的动作都教会了我华夏民族不灭的信念，我身为龙的传人所拥有的坚持!

五天的军训周而复始地结束了，在最后一天的比赛中，每一个“方阵”整齐划一的动作令人啧啧称赞。“团结就是力量，坚持就是胜利!”这句话教官的话还余音绕梁。

几天下来最明显的感觉就是军训其实并非是所谓的魔鬼特训，什么灰色的感叹调，亡灵序曲。一路挺来，大家都能说出自己当兵的事情、梦想，而这些都是之前无法感受到的，必定会铭记于心。社会老师以前说我们头上有很多的“名称”，如学生，孩子……经过军训后我又获得了一个“小军人”称号

白驹过隙，军训已然成为过去，这是一个起点，初中新的起点。在学习中也要用军训的感觉鞭策自己，学行并进，健康发展。

tour group. We went to Wuxi, Jiangsu and had a great time there.There were

fifteen people in our tour group. Mr. Li, our tour guide, left a deep impression

on us with his sense of humour. On the first day, we visited a tourist

attaction, which was in many great movies and TV shows. On the second day, we

went boating on the Tai Hu Lake, where we were amazed at the beautiful scenaries

there. We had such a good time that we even didn。
