Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the

morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes

as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before.I invited many of

my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.

今天是军训的第一天，早上7点30分我们齐聚在学校操场举行军训开营仪式。负责此次军训教学任务的武警浙江总队警勤中队的官兵们早已列队整齐。

开营仪式由政教处副主任诸杰锋老师主持，首先是升旗仪式，战士们挺拔的身姿，标准的姿势给同学们留下了深刻印象。随后，学员代表和教官代表依次发言。学员代表发出铮铮誓言，决心不怕吃苦，不怕流汗，保证高质量完成军训所有任务，努力在军训中锤炼意志，磨练毅力，争取交出高中阶段第一份漂亮的成绩单。最后，陈雄副校长宣布最新高一军训开始。

今天的训练科目是站军姿，立正，跨列，稍息等等，站军姿时必须保持纹丝不动，立正稍息动作必须干净利落，一个摆臂的动作常常要练习几十遍甚至几百遍，对于暑假在家宅了三个月的我们来说，头顶的烈日真是有点让人吃不消，但是同学们选择咬牙坚持，实在撑不住就到休息处喝点食堂叔叔阿姨准备的绿豆汤、金银花茶，稍作休息马上又回到班级队伍中参加训练。班主任老师个个都是陪练员，顶着太阳，站在离我们最近的地方，给我们加油鼓劲，手中的相机不停记录着我们最英姿飒爽的风采。

军训的第一天就这样过去了，晚上躺在床上，脑海中不断回忆着军训的片段，耳边回响的是同学们响亮的口号，眼前浮现的是他们坚毅的目光，晶莹的汗水。我想，这就是青春最好的见证。

There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.
