“嘀——嘀嘀——”刺耳的铃声在耳畔回响，叫我们非起床不可。想到自己已是一名小军人，我便一下子从美梦中醒来，起床，穿衣，洗漱，整理内务……军训的生活再一次紧张有序的开始了。经过这两天多的训练，我们的身姿变得挺拔了，声音变得洪亮了，做事儿也变得更有序了……我突然意识到，这样的军训其实挺有意义的。

军训的生活是苦的，但一想到那些辛苦而摸摸无闻的农民伯伯，我们这点苦又算得了什么呢?只要我们表现得好，还能多休息，多做游戏，两个排一起快乐的拉歌在苦中作乐，耐人寻味。

我从没想过在这样的活动中请假，因为这些活动让我懂得不少。原本我们家早已打算在这几天去西藏玩，但爸妈宁可浪费两张几千块钱的机票也支持我来参加军训。我也认为在军训中学到的知识、学会的能力、悟出的道理远比两张机票更值钱!

军训的日子值得回味，也回味无穷，在此我也想向解放军叔叔们道一声：“您们辛苦了!

I went to the Peoples Park with my family today. We had picnic in the

park. My mother and grandparents were preparing food, father was playing

badminton with his friend while I was reading under a tree.

今天我跟家人去公园。我们在公园野餐。我妈妈和爷爷奶奶准备吃的。爸爸跟朋友在打羽毛球，我在树下看书。

“梅须逊雪三分白，雪却输梅一段香”，每一种事物都有它自己的特色，军训中咱连自有咱连的本色!

本色一：你有责任，我有责任，大家都有责任;你不许错，我不许错，大家都不许错!“你再走错，我就踢你了!”后面的同学吓唬前面的同学，前面的人顶着这个压力，不敢在齐步、正步走中走错!当然，没有人挨踢，这只是一种无形的压力，使大家注意力集中。谁能错?!谁敢错?!

本色二：该放松就放松，别装正经人!“休息……”每当教官下这个命令的时候，大家都笑了，“哈哈……”闹得不亦乐乎，偶尔也忽悠一下教官!这不，咱教官被咱们弄得不得以，给咱唱了首《当你的秀发抚过我的钢枪》。

本色三：该出手时就出手。“我相信你们的纪律是全营里最乱的，但汇演时你们一定是最好的!”，教官这样说。这不，今天下午的全营评比中咱连走的那叫齐。下场时教官瞪着眼睛说：“哇噻，真牛啊!”就连咱们那个不轻意夸人的营长也走到咱连说：“你们走的不错啊!”

“革命尚未成功，同志仍需努力!”这个小小的成绩并不是咱最终的目的。咱的.最终愿望是：在九月六日的全校大阅兵中不拿第二，只争第一!

今年我第一次到安谷的素质培训基地，在这个基地里度过了1周，有着许多的苦与乐，也有着许多的经历，还体会到了许多道理，其中野炊最让我记忆深刻：在到基地的第三天，我们1、2、3中队“奉命”外出野炊。排着整齐的队列，迈着整齐的步伐，抱着统一的凳子，我们来到了野炊的地点。先是集合，讲了大约10分钟的注意事项后，我带领着我们小组的人只奔向分配给我们的灶台，分配好任务：2人烧火，1人煮饭，2人烧菜，其他的人打下手。众人知晓自己的任务后，便开始工作起来：烧火的人冲向柴房;烧菜、煮饭的.拿好锅碗瓢盆到洗碗的地方洗去了。

过了十几分钟，火旺了起来，饭煲里装满了饭，放在灶上;锅里装好了鸭肉，也放在灶上。

在煮饭菜的过程中一切顺利，但是让人烦恼的是：烟子特别的大，而且还不是普通的烟子。这烟子一碰到眼睛，眼睛就火辣辣的痛，还好我们组有几个专家级别的人物，不费工夫就将原本很大的烟子给搞小了。大家都高兴的不住的夸奖着他们，正当我们高兴的时候，一阵烟笼罩过来，刹那间，我的世界里就满是白色，单一的白色，伴随着的还是一阵阵刺痛。过了十几秒后，烟子才渐渐的消散了，大家都是满脸的愤怒之色，转过去转过来的找罪魁祸首。最终，功夫不负有心人，成功找到了，原来是10班的人，不会烧火，烟子又弄得特大。在几次的烟击下，我们提出帮忙，哪知好人没好报，他们并不领情，还特别固执，大家都感觉十分的郁闷，但也无法，只能一次又一次的忍受着烟带来的痛苦。

终于饭菜出“炉”了，大家都如饿狼一般，狼吞虎咽，不到十分钟，锅里就没剩多少了，大家还只呼没吃饱，但是心里却特满足，因为我们体验了一回集体做饭的滋味，让我们懂得了集体的力量是强大的，一切都应该围绕集体，做不损害集体的事，而且团结就是力量，这就是军训带给我们的。

Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We

listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in

River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip

became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有很多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite,so some of my classmates and I will form a

small team and play basketball together.Sometimes we may have a match against

some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

这是我在青年夏令营写的第一篇日记。

一切对我来说都是新鲜的，新的班级，新的老师和新的同学。我的同学都是好学生，他们英语讲得很好。我想我可以从他们身上学到很多，我可以和他们交朋友。

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。

祝自己好运，在这里度过一个愉快的假期!

我们第二实验小学在20__年暑期推出了少年军校第二届的活动，从__月__日开始，我们个个都开始了辛苦的训练，教我们的教官是武教官，听老师们说我们的教官是这个班的班长，我们都替武教官骄傲，我们训练都很认真，没有一个人叫苦，没有一个人喊累，武教官也表示满意。

我们第一天学了站军姿，武教官说站军姿要脚后跟并拢，脚尖分开60度左右，身体往前倾斜，脖子抬起来，目视前方，肩膀往后抬，腰挺直，我们就这样站军姿站了一共差不多2个小时，我们又学了跨立，武教官说要左手握住右手手腕，右手成空拳，还有一个稍息，跟军姿差不多，只是左脚向左一点伸，我们学的都不错。

我们学的累了也该吃午饭了，闻着香喷喷的饭菜，我口水都不知不觉的滴了一盆子，可能是累了吧，好像1千年没有闻过饭菜的香味了，我们马上就开吃了，我吃得可香了，其他同学也不落后，也都吃得又香又快。我们吃完饭就直奔体育馆睡觉，吃了香喷喷的饭菜，我也香喷喷的入睡了，醒来之后同学们都排队了，我还猜迷迷糊糊的刚刚醒来，我都怀疑我睡的时候有没有打呼噜，吵醒其他同学了?我脸刷的一下就红了起来，我问了问同学，他们说有是有但是很小，这下我可松了口气，幸好没被他们看我的丑相，嘻嘻。

我们下午也是复习一下上午的动作，因为是第一天，所以教官们也没有太大的给我们施加压力，我们也很放松，第一天，就是一样一个充实的，快乐的，美满的一天，我们不但认识了武教官，还学会了站军姿、跨立、稍息。今天真美满啊!

Thursday, September 29th, the weather is clear

Today is a special day, is my sister Kiki birthday, is also my 22 just over one year old babys birthday.

Today is my little sister Qi Qis birthday, uncle (Qi Qis father) invited me to dinner for dinner. About half past four, I went to school, and my uncle drove to pick me up. I heard it in the car. Originally, a hotel invited Gigi to attend an event, and there were 5 children who were born on the same day of the same month with Qi Qi. If they did, they could have a 500 yuan meal free. 今天，我早早的就起床，因为今天我们第一次去军训。我都等不及了!

经过一番奔波后，我们终于到达了教育基地。我好兴奋啊!这是我第一次离开爸爸妈妈那温暖的怀抱，于是我开始担忧，我是否能够成功度过这军训的五天，会不会想家。不过一转身，又想到这是一次不容易得到的锻炼机会，炼自己的独立能力我们一定可以度过的!

到了下午上课，我们上的是劳动课和交通安全课。让我最值得回忆的是劳动课。在劳动课上老师让我们择菜，分别是卷心菜、黄瓜和蒜。老师先教我们怎样择菜并且保持不浪费的方法。老师在讲的时候，我专注的听老师讲解着。因为我不想在择菜时浪费大量的蔬菜，俗话说：“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”对啊，我们的饭菜都是农民伯伯辛辛苦苦培养出来的，所以不能浪费。当轮到我们摘菜的时候，我认认真真、仔仔细细的择菜，害怕浪费了。

接下来就是交通安全课。老师先给我们放了一段录像，这段录像叫做流泪的花季，几个没有父母的孩子，一个没有右腿地姐姐，他们美妙的花季时间，被一场场车祸夺走了。

该吃晚饭了!我看着、闻着、吃着这可口的饭菜，不禁感叹道：“今晚的饭菜格外好吃。”我同时相信，靠自己

了。

从此，小猴的生意越来越好，还在森林中开了好几家连锁店，成了名副其实的“大富翁”。

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know

to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was

ill because of the hot weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My

parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in

the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went

out, the high temperature disagreed to me.At last, I was ill.

我已经休息了10天。在这些日子里，我觉得很无聊。我不知道做什么。虽然我有很多事情要做，我觉得不舒服。我是因为炎热的天气而生病。我累了，困了，没有实力。我的父母担心我的健康。事实上，这并不重要。我总是在房间里有空调，并在低温下打开了它。所以，当我走了出去，高温不给me.At最后，我病了。

One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to

a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.While we were walking

along the road, the sun was shining brightly and the breeze was blowing gently.

We saw the beautiful flowers smile (smiling) at us and heard the birds sing

(singing) their sweet songs on the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty

(beautiful).When we felt tired, we returned home. We saw Mother (our mother)

wait (waiting) for us at the door.

Winter holiday is comming .In this holiday ,I want to finish my English

,math ,Chinese homework before Spring Festival .Because I have lots of things to

deal with after Spring Festival .For example I need to visit my aunt ,uncle

,grandpa and grandma at February 4th. Finally ,my homework and clothes should be

concentrated because after a few days I will go to school .I think a good

beginning is a half ending .So ,I will treasure every minute to spend my winter

holiday .

两天你还在为踏步的摆臂困扰着的时候，怎么也不会想到现在的你又在为正步如何抬腿埋怨教官，而踏步的摆臂，对于现在的你不过是小菜一碟。

两天前你还在担心着宿舍的同学是否友善，你们可以很快认识并成为好朋友吗，而现在的你早已和他们打成一片——一同打水，一同训练，一同分享着或新或旧的故事。曾经因陌生而产生的疏离感早已成为过去，对于现在的你那种忐忑不过成为自己心中的一番小小感慨。

生活中有许许多多的经历就正如这样。有的事情或喜或悲，或欢笑或流泪，或依依不舍或咄咄逼人，经历了时间的冲刷、日子的洗礼后最终都褪去了锐利的颜色成了旧的东西，是那样的微不足道。而那些年少轻狂时执拗不悔的事情，也都渐行渐远最后定格成一幅模糊的印象画，不过尔尔。到底是，年少无知。

不要被眼前的困难所打败，也不要为眼前的辛苦而埋怨，因为在不久的将来，这些你所嗟叹、埋怨过的都见成为过去，成为你严重渺小而微不足道的故事。

但正是它们，是你梦的胚胎和动力。

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼来了军训结束的这一天。

但是，我觉得嘟嘟教官说得对，军训不是为了学“稍息”、“立正”、“向左转”、“向右转”等，而是要学会吃苦和尊重别人。在军训的五天里，那“稍息”之类的我原来就会，但我学会长时间站军姿，累了我也不放弃，这不就学会了吃苦吗?中午，我学会了睡觉不打扰别人，这不就学会了尊重别人吗?吃饭时，我学会了站着吃饭，别人没来我们就站着等，这不就是为别人着想吗?这五天，虽然站军姿站得浑身酸痛，踏步踏得腿脚发麻，但我觉得这五天学到的东西比我在学校那么长时间学到的要多。就像一句名言说的那样，“要想别人尊重你，首先得学会尊重别人”。我们的辛苦也换来了别人的认可，在星期五的军训会操比赛中，我们班获得第二名，我也有幸被评为“优秀小军人”。

这五天的军训真是让我受益匪浅，不是因为物质上那张闪闪发光的奖状，而是精神上的那不可言喻的道理。星期五我们临走时，嘟嘟教官对我们五(1)班同学说的话时时刻刻都响在我的耳边，让我怎么都忘不了，那就是“要尊重别人”。

早上运动英语日记This morning

This morning is cool.I am going to play basketball.After play basketball,I

feel tired,but I am very happy.Because basketball is my favourite sport.My body

is strong.I hope you like basketball too.

Mom said today is Christmas Eve, no homework, great! I went out to dinner

with my parents and saw that the Catholic church was very crowded. Mom and dad

asked me what gift I want, I said no, Santa Claus will give me a gift, I as long

as a safe and happy family together.

After dinner we went home and the family started decorating the Christmas

tree and made a Santa out of silly putty. This Christmas Eve had a good

time!

I used to hate others to laugh at me, because I thought they were looking

down upon me. My friends said that I was too serious and couldn’t be made fun

of. When I go out with friends, they always smile loudly and I just sit quietly

in the corner. I want to change this situation, I don’t want to be a outsider, I

want to be part of the group. So I watch many comic movies and start to play

jokes with my friends. I become more active now, when my friends play jokes on

me, I will laugh happily and play jokes on them. I take the easy mood and become

part of the group.

In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family, the

air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants and trees on the mountain

all seem extremely beautiful. In the afternoon, I go to friends home to play,

the friend entertains me warmly, show me a lot of books of his , has listened to

his CD for me , then also ask me to eat a sumptuous dinner. Coming back home in

the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

早上，天气非常好!于是我和家人一起去登山，山上的空气非常清新，花草树木在山上都显得格外美丽。在下午，我去了朋友家玩，朋友热情地招待我，给我看了他的很多书，给我听了他的CD，然后还请我吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐。晚上回到家，我与家人坐在一起看电视，我们还一边聊天一边吃着水果，全家其乐融融。

第三天，军训的主要内容是练习转体动作、摆臂动作。但是仍然少不了半小时的军姿，虽然腿疼，但是我已经习惯了。练习转体的时候，我特别害怕转体方向出错，因为必须反应敏捷，所以一定要全神贯注，这是我几乎从没体会过的注意力如此集中的状态。整个训练下来，我没有出一次错。我懂得了：做事必须静下心来，体会那种全神贯注，集中所有精力的状态，在以后的学习中，我也要努力保持这种状态，让自己的效率达到最高。虽然很累，但是我想，这一段回忆，应该是最美好的，它让我学会了很多，感受到了不一样的生活方式和状态。

每天去电气化学校训练的路上，体育委员都会带领我们喊口号。旁边，大路上人来车往。开始，我有些不好意思，但是后来我发现，自己的想法是错误的。我们是充满阳光朝气的一代，我们是十三中最青涩最可爱的青年，我们应该展现出十三中学生的精神风貌。无论做什么事情，精神状态都是决定一切的关键。教官、老师们抱着一颗绝不松懈的心，同学们抱着一颗坚定不移的心，那么作为十三中人，我们都应该抱着一颗自豪争光的心。

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.
