今天是军训的第三天了，我也开始渐渐适应这严格的军事化了。

上午，我们依旧学习了广播体操，我们先复习了前几节，又学习了三节，这次做操，我深深的感受到：原来广播体操并没有想象中的那么难，只要肯下苦功夫、坚持练习，就不会觉得广播体操那么难了。接着，我们复习了四面转体、跨立、齐步走……

不经意间已经下午了，教官主要教我们齐步走的甩臂和正步走。齐步走的甩臂看似简单，却很困难，一不留神就会动作不到位。正步走要注意：腿必须要绷直，排面要整齐，还要全神贯注。我常常记着这个，忘了那个，不过，我一定尽力做到最好。

我越发感觉，军训并不是那么的苦、那么的累。这不就是一种锻炼意志、战胜自我的最佳良机吗?

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

经过漫长的暑假，我们再次来到学校进行了军事训练。

周末本来是一个好日子，但我们却不得不穿上那套绿色的军装，开始了大一的第一个旅程。

“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”是我们的口号。它充分体现着一种顽强拼搏的精神，我们正是以这种精神去面对我们的大学生涯的第一次考验。

太阳不留一丝情面地往我们身上传送着热量，整个训练场如同一个火炉一般，将我们身上烤得炙热。从立正到稍息，从齐步走到正步走，我们都不敢有丝毫的放松。但或许是暑假在家中长期的松散生活，使得有部分的同学因站姿保持太久，或是受不了太阳的炙烤而晕倒了。但绝大多数的同学都还在坚持着，坚持着……

两天里我们都是阳光与汗水中度过的，一件件湿透的衣服成为了我们的“战利品”。经过了一轮又一轮“魔鬼”般的训练，一停下来，那平常觉得淡而无味的开水却成了我们最为渴望的“食粮”，一个个抱着水壶，如饮甘露。

艰苦的训练之后，我们最渴望的就是马上回到宿舍冲个好凉，躺在床上，美美地睡上一觉。但即便在梦里，我也还是能听到教官那响亮的口号，看到同学们脸上那晶莹的泪光……醒来后，回荡在脑际的却是“流血流汗不流泪”的誓言。

军训虽然苦，但它却个我们的人生增添了无数亮丽的色彩与美好的回忆。今后，无论在人生中面对何种困难，我们都会以勇敢不屈的精神，坚强的意志去对待。而这将带给我们数之不尽的成功与财富。

今天是我们初一新生参加新生训练营的第二天。一大早，我们就被生活老师叫起来，来到下面广场上集合。

经过了一天的训练，我们学会了正确地站立、稍息、坐下、蹲下，还学会了室内操。

晚上，最有意义的活动来了——观看月全食。我们先在教室里了解了关于月食的知识，知道了月食是地球挡住了月球所造成的现象，但由于角度不同，月球被挡住的面积也就不同。

我们来到篮球场静静地等待月食的出现，在月食还未出现前，我们进行了一场拔河比赛。

先是由一班与八班比赛，比赛采取三局两胜制。两边的同学都卖力地拉着，双手像两个夹子紧紧地握住绳子，身体向后仰……

等我们比完，月食已经进入恢复状态。只见那月亮一点点地亮起来，慢慢地圆起来。

等到20：30，等月亮完全圆起来就回去了。

这真是快乐而有趣的一天!

One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to

a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.While we were walking

along the road, the sun was shining brightly and the breeze was blowing gently.

We saw the beautiful flowers smile (smiling) at us and heard the birds sing

(singing) their sweet songs on the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty

(beautiful).When we felt tired, we returned home. We saw Mother (our mother)

wait (waiting) for us at the door.

I want to introduce a popular computer game to you. Its name is Paopaotang

in Chinese. It is the most popular green computer game in China. Once there were

more than 700 thousand people playing it together on line.

Playing this game you need three things. First of all you need an account

number. Then you should fill in your personal information and download this

game. OK! You can play it yourself. Now I tell you how to play it. It is very

easy! Pressing Direction Key to control the leading role. Pressing Blank Space

to free a bleb. The bleb will detonate after three seconds. You should make the

leading role evade the water column。If you can’t do that you will be failed.

I also want to tell you that play computer games in right time is good for

your health but if you fall in computer games is very bad for you! So you should

play it when your other things have been finished.

今天是军训的第四天。早晨，天气阴沉沉、雾蒙蒙的，仿佛天与地之间的距离很近很近，让人感觉很压抑。一阵风吹过，绵绵的细雨从天上飘落下来，雨落得是那么的静，那么的无声无息。我的心情，也随之而清静、舒爽了许多。我心想：“哈哈!老天爷真给面子，来的真是及时雨，这种天气对我们来说，简直就是‘无敌大救星’。今天我和同学们就不用挨晒受热了。”想到这些，我的心里沾沾自喜。

小雨，一直不紧不慢的下着，但并没有阻挡住我们训练正常进行，全体新生冒雨坚持在操场上进行训练。今天训练的主要科目是跨立、蹲下起动作，跨立的动作我做起来还不算很难，但蹲下起这个看似简单的动作，对我这个胖子来说就有些强我所难了。蹲下，我难受极了，几乎坚持不住，起来，就更难为我了。但是，我咬着牙硬挺着，我下定决心一定要坚持住，一定要像同学们一样，合格地完成各项训练科目，决不能掉队，更不能拉我们七(8)班的后腿。经过我的坚持和努力，最终我成功了!

尽管雨水打湿了我们的衣衫，但我们的军训没有因为下雨而停止，今天的军训一直进行得紧张而又有序。

后来，因为雨忽然下大的缘故，训练提前了结束了。但在这仅一个多小时的训练中，让我看到了同学们坚强和勇于克服困难的精神，感受到了同学之间的友爱和我们这个团队坚不可摧的团队精神。这种感受是那么的强烈，这种感受是我前所未有过的。

遗憾的是，还是没有调来我的“特大号”服装。虽然我没能穿上迷彩装，依然穿着白色的体恤，看似不太协调，但我已经完全融入到了这个集体当中。这一切，也许就是我们此次军训所要达到的目的吧。

Last night, I watched a movie, it is about two teenagers, they have cancer,

but the boy is positive about life while the girl is negative about life. They

meet each other, then the girl is affected by the boy, she starts to see the

beautiful things in her life. I am so moved by the movie, though the ending of

the movie is not so perfect, we see the change of the girls life. The topic of

the movie is to tell people to be positive about life, no matter what happens,

even the bad fortune they get, they still need to smile every day. People need

to find the beauty of life, so they wont life live without meaning.

昨晚，我看了一部电影，那是关于两个青少年，他们身患癌症，但是男孩对生活很乐观，然而女孩子却对生活很悲观。他们遇见了彼此，然后女孩受到了男孩子的影响，她开始看到了生活的美好食物。我被这部电影深深地感动，虽然电影的结局不是那么的完美，但是我们看到了女孩生活的改变。电影的主题是告诉人们要对生活乐观，无论发生什么事情，即使他们遇到不幸，仍然需要每天乐观面对生活。人们需要发现生活的美，这样他们就不会活得没有意义。

今天是军训的第五天，因为我们昨天口号没喊好，所以今天上午便开始了残酷的体能训练，首先是50个抱头起立蹲下，然后再做了30个青蛙跳，之后又做了……总之说不清楚，一休息大家就吵起来了，教官怒道：“你们还吵，起立，给我做60个抱头起立蹲下。”没办法，又不能顶撞教官，只好照做，刚做完大家就上气不接下气。教官叫道：“如果再吵就别怪我不客气了，坐下!”我们一听，在一秒内就坐下了，每当有一个人想讲话时，大家就会做出一个“嘘”的动作，毕竟大家不想再站了，上午总算是过完了，我一回家就趴在床上睡着了，我想我应该破了世界纪录吧!

下午到了，我们主要在练习迎接领导的动作，比如手语操，表演等内容。只要没做好就要接着做，不过大家都很努力，没有用多长时间就做完了，甚至比放学时间还要早。

明天就是最后一天了，真期待明天会是怎样的!

I went out to buy breakfirst this morning,when I was going to cross a

road，there was a large banging sound nearby the traffic light .A truck hited a

man!The mans legs was under the wheel ,and the man lying on the ground,with a

puddle of blood around him.Then many passers-by gather around the man,some

dailed 120,some comforted the injuried.About,five minutes,an ambulance and a

police came,finally,the injured was sended to the hospital,the the driver was

brought to police station.

Early this morning,my mother and i went for a walk in the park.we were

having great fun talking when suddenly a wallet,lying in the path, came into my

vision.i picked it up and opened it,trying to find any possible information

about the owner of the wallet.In great luck,we found a card with a telephone

number on it.so, we decided to call the owner.surprisingly,its right the owner

of the wallet.we agreed the meeting place and time for giving back his wallet on

the phone.finally,we returned the wallet right to the owner.he thanked us a lot

,and we feel pleased to.

Now the year is coming, as a child, I love Spring Festival very much,

新的一天又被黑暗覆盖，从11日军训以来这已经是第五天了。曾以为我最多是坚持三四天，原来再苦再累只要有一帮愿意陪你挺下去的人，一切都可以过去。

军训给我最大的感觉便是累，可是也就是因为这个“累”字让我明白了生活的另一种含义：吃饭睡觉是最基本的生活，但心灵追求是精神的生活。今天一整天都在练习正步走，这是大阅兵一项重点步伐，不容得半点马虎。但是不知为什么再怎么努力的我还是没能跟随大众的节奏，老是打着了旁边人的手，这使非常懊恼。于是我静下心来将两手尽量往中间摆，余光看着身边的人保持节奏，果然这次做的很好。在“啪啪啪”的脚步声中我感觉到了无比的自豪，这就是我们当代学生应该具备的风范。

遇到了麻烦并不可怕，可怕的是逃避问题，经过这次军训后我会更清楚以后的道路。

今天我们要去黄埔军校进行年级组织的军训活动。

早上8时许，我们有一点小紧张一点小兴奋，我心里也七上八下的，不知道在军校会发生什么事呢?

在车上，大家精神百倍，都等待卓下车那一刻。

当刚下车时，大家像刚出笼的小鸟一样，精力十足，当教官说“排队”，大家一齐大声回答：“一二”，教官顿时表扬了我们。

我们先学习了立正，向右、向左、后转，稍息……等当军人的基本动作。然后我们还完了一个游戏，叫萝卜拍。

我最喜欢萝卜拍这个游戏，规则是：先把不同的组分成不同的萝卜，然后选一个大萝卜，大萝卜指哪个萝卜，大家就说：___拍___拍完___拍。我们(三班)是“黑萝卜”，他们经常无视我们(生气生气)!

最后我们和严厉的教官合了个影就结束了这次有意义的活动。

今天我知道了当军人不容易。还有，在集体活动中大家要有团队合作精神，才能取得最后的胜利。

I didnt go anywhere today. I stayed at home doing my homework and helping my

mother with housework. I realised it was not easy to do so much housework allby

oneself. I should help mother more in the future.

我今天什么地方也没有去。在家帮妈妈做家务。我认识到，一个人做家务不容易。以后我要多帮妈妈的忙。

The summer vacation is coming. I will do my homework first so I am going to

do my homework every morning. In the afternoon， I will play basketball and table

tennis with my friends. In the evening I will read English and listen to English

program. Sometimes I will go and visit my grandparents and help them do some

housework. I am going to take a piano class. My parents and I will go to Hainan

for about a week. I believe I will have a busy and interesting summer

vacation.

Life is full of ups and downs. Success always comes along with failure.

Suffering from the boring cold, my brain remains empty. I even don’t know

how to start of a simple diary, though it’s a piece of cake for me long long

ago. I have never lose faith in my ability of studying English even though I

fails now and them. But now I do because my diaries hold no promise. I don’t

know what I keep diaries for. I can’t come with any conclusions.

Maybe success prows out of struggle to overcome difficulties. Cheer up, may

giving up will get a rest.

10月13日 小雨 星期三

今天是军训的第三天。早上老师为我们上了一堂气枪射击课。上完课，我们开始训练，先过了一遍队列，再练起步时，我们男生与往常一样依然没练好，教官罚我们做俯卧撑。一个小时后，我们开始参观国防教育展示，在那里我知道了中国的一些历史，知道了我们军校建于1991年10月14日。看完这些，我们去打枪。每人一共可以打5次，全中是优，4次是良好，3次是合格，我只打中了4次，得了个良好。

今天我打枪成绩不够好，今后要继续努力。不过我知道了许多我以前不知道的东西。

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of

work to do, I must write words English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English,

then …… .Oh, my god, if I do it in the afternoon, I will ready to dead. So I

wrote words, now I’m writing my English dairy. Wish I could finish these works
