Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

Last afternoon,our group stopped beside the threatre andbegan to exercise.A moment later,I could barely concentrate and my body wasshaking fiercely.We were asked to stand straightly and properly.I tried hard tohold on my pace,but then my brain started to go blank.Ninty percent of my sightwas covered by some sorts of shadows as if they’were starve devils,eating up mymind.With the help of my teachers,those annoying shadows graudually fadedaway.Then it just left me endless guilty and shame.I just wanna go home.

I was happy this summer holiday! Do you know why? Because I had enjoyed a

good summer holiday! In the morning, sometimes I went to NanHu Park to play

badminton with my families or friends. We always went to McDonalds to have

lunch after we finish the game. My sister and me like swimming, so in the

afternoon, we went to swimming with our father. It was so cool! It feels so

great to swim in such hot summer days.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

今天是我们军训的第5天，也算的上是这些天来最累的一天了，不光是天气的原因，还因为我们继续学习——正步。

正步走关键就在于身体的平衡能力，首先腿要踢高，要不然就和齐步走没什么区别了，而且还是“一步一动”。现在是初秋酷热难挡，烈日射在脸上非常的刺眼，不一会儿，我们便汗流浃背，随即而来的又是因为平衡不好而引发的支撑脚的酸痛难忍。教官说出“1”我们便伸出左脚，教官说“2”，我们便换成另外一只脚，我们就这样的重复着。刚开始的时候大家都如同醉酒一般，摇摇晃晃，站立不稳。我用余光看了旁边的同学，大家的表情也都很痛苦，大家都在努力的坚持着。我暗暗地对自己说：“坚持住，不能给自己，不能给六班丢脸。”于是，我又咬紧牙关，坚持下去。三十秒过去了……1分钟过去了，教官发出了“2”的指令，大家得以换刚才的支撑脚休息。大约重复了十几遍，大家逐渐掌握住了规律，基本上都不是东倒西歪了。

下午太阳当空照，大家开玩笑的说：“现在都可以在地上煎熟鸡蛋了。”虽说稍微有些夸张，但毕竟现在地面摸上去都很烫手。大家以为今天可以不军训或者是晚点军训呢，没想到教官在3点整吹响了集合哨，传来了一片啊的声音。在这种天气里水是必不可缺的，但是教官却在每次休息的时候只给我们10秒钟的喝水时间，搞的大家忙的东倒西歪，大家搞得和水荒似的，一下令休息就如猛虎般扑向水瓶。椅子被碰得东倒西歪，水瓶也急急呼呼的盖上，有得同学不小心没把水瓶彻底盖好，水流了一地……

军训的这五天，大家所经历的是以前从未尝试过的，也许是以后没有的，大家也都非常珍惜，珍惜军训短暂的时光，珍惜初中三年这转瞬即逝的时光。

Yesterday, I decided to go outside for picnic, but unfortunately, it

I have a happy weekend!Take lessons on Saturday, Im going to cram school,

年暑期推出了少年军校第____届的活动，从8月18日开始，我们个个都开始了辛苦的训练，教我们的教官是武教官，听老师们说我们的教官是这个班的班长，我们都替武教官骄傲，我们训练都很认真，没有一个人叫苦，没有一个人喊累，武教官也表示满意。

我们第一天学了站军姿，武教官说站军姿要脚后跟并拢，脚尖分开60度左右，身体往前倾斜，脖子抬起来，目视前方，肩膀往后抬，腰挺直，我们就这样站军姿站了一共差不多2个小时，我们又学了跨立，武教官说要左手握住右手手腕，右手成空拳，还有一个稍息，跟军姿差不多，只是左脚向左一点伸，我们学的都不错。

我们学的累了也该吃午饭了，闻着香喷喷的饭菜，我口水都不知不觉的滴了一盆子，可能是累了吧，好像1千年没有闻过饭菜的香味了，我们马上就开吃了，我吃得可香了，其他同学也不落后，也都吃得又香又快。我们吃完饭就直奔体育馆睡觉，吃了香喷喷的饭菜，我也香喷喷的入睡了，醒来之后同学们都排队了，我还猜迷迷糊糊的刚刚醒来，我都怀疑我睡的时候有没有打呼噜，吵醒其他同学了?我脸刷的一下就红了起来，我问了问同学，他们说有是有但是很小，这下我可松了口气，幸好没被他们看我的丑相，嘻嘻。

我们下午也是复习一下上午的动作，因为是第一天，所以教官们也没有太大的给我们施加压力，我们也很放松，第一天，就是一样一个充实的，快乐的，美满的一天，我们不但认识了武教官，还学会了站军姿、跨立、稍息。今天真美满啊!
