Today is Friday. We have a physical education class. Its a time for us

playing. Usually, the boys like playing basketball or football. Girls like

playing badminton or rope skipping. I like rope skipping very much and I am good

at it. Today, I did rope skipping with other girls. We had two teams and

competed to each other. Finally, my team lost the game, but we were still very

happy. By this game, we could build our body and had fun. Its really

interesting.

军训怎么能少得了跑操呢?从昨天下午开始，我们都会进行跑步退场，下午退场是跑两圈，上午退场是跑一圈，但是我们早上集合时还需要跑一圈进行热身，所以不管上午下午都是要跑两圈的。

今天也不知怎的，明明昨天是单数班从一个门退，双数班从另一个门退，退场的时候，大家也都挺有秩序的，也不乱啊。可上午的时候，教官让我们从一个门退，上午单数班先退，下午双数班先退，对这个要求我感到十分不解，操场明明有两个门啊，为什么只让从一个门退?唉，不过这是学校安排的，那也没办法啊，只能这么服从命令啊。

上午的时候，由于我们是单数班，所以我们跑了一圈后便退场了，按学校的要求来，双数班比我们多跑一圈后才能退场，算上早上跑的一圈，我们单数班跑了两圈，双数班由于比我们后退的原因，跑了三圈。下午退场时，就轮到我们单数班多跑一圈喽，看着双数班逐渐退场的身影，我一边跑一边自言自语道：“唉，该还的早晚都要还啊。”不过我真的想不明白，操场明明有两个门，继续按昨天那样退场不行吗?昨天那样退场时大家都挺有秩序的，为什么今天就换退场方式?这是为了让我们多跑一圈吗?那这可真是一个“好计划”呢

今天作为军训第二天，训练强度自然要比第一天大，同时也比第一天累，不过还有三天就可以结束军训了，继续坚持吧。

their teacher’s goat became they didn’t do their homework..I think this is my

teacher unhappy’s cause. Today, I saw a boy ,he played the handset.But didn’t

saw the walls so he Rnocked we laugh up our sleeve at he knocked ,but he hurt

his norse in the accident, and he was laying it on thick about how painful it

was .

It’s also a happy day, isn’t it ?

我想我的老师走出bedon的错误方向今天下午，她就一直没有哭.我到办公室看到男孩不高兴.因为学生得到老师的山羊成为他们没有做功课..我认为这是我的老师不愉快的事业。今天，我看到了一个男孩，他发挥了handset.但是没有看到这样的墙壁，他使我们笑了我们套在他撞倒，但他伤了挪威在这起事故，他就铺设厚如何痛苦这是。

这也是一个快乐的日子，是不是?

军训第五天——赛拳

今天，我们女生和男生比拳，我心想：“和他们比?啊，那惨啦!不公平啊，输定喽!”教官对大家说：“大家有信心吗?”“一般。”“啊哈?一群没自信的家伙!那好，给你们练习，输了的，有你们好受的啊!”

练习开始了，我们队的队长——杨韵婷排好了我们的位置，大叫了一声：“立正。向右看齐。格斗士预备。”我摆好了姿势，在月光底下练拳。当我打得正投入时，队长大叫一声：“错了，错了!应该是这样，这样!听见了没?”“恩。”我回答。当我准备打一个漂亮的拳时，教官打断了我们：“要有气势，动作、排列要整齐!”我的思维被打断了。“喂喂喂，集中注意啊，你这样，我们怎么赢啊?站好了!第六栋上下坦坦，开始!”队长对我大吼大叫。半个多小时过去了，我的拳法总算标准了。

比赛开始了，男生的开场很精神，拳法不咋样。我们的开场不咋样，拳法可以说是一般般。我们以1分之差战胜了男生的100分!哈哈哈!

这次的比赛告诉了我：要有信心，不要受干扰(重要的要听哦)。

Every year on October 4th is the World Animal Day. It is proposed by the

Italian monk St Francis in 12th century. He lives in the forests of Assisi

Island for the long time, building a good relationship with the animals. So he

asks people to express thanks to the animals on October 4th. He sets a good

example for our human beings about how to deal with the relationship with

animals. In order to memorize him and what he does, we make October, 4th to be

World Animal Day. Nowadays, people from all over the world will hold various

activities to celebrate on that day. The aim of this festival is to remind

people to care for all animals and build a harmonious relationship with

them.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

The summer holiday is going to the end. I am happy in the holiday, because

I do a lot of things. Now, the new term is coming, so I must make a plan for it.

In the new term, I must work harder. I did not do very well in the last term.

Therefore, I want to make progress in the new term. Besides, I want to do some

more readings. Books are the best resources to get knowledge. So I want to make

good use of books to improve myself. Finally, do exercise regularly. A healthy

body is the basic of other things. I must take part in exercise to keep healthy.

And doing exercise makes me relaxed and happy. I hope all my plans can come true

in the new term.

晒的黑红的皮肤、被汗水反复冲刷过的头发、几乎抬不起来的双腿，是我在四天军训后最直接的感受与变化。然而，我最大的收获却是这其间思想上的一次次“训练”。

匆匆忙忙之间，一个暑假转眼即过，我好像总是迫不及待地做完一件事，无暇思考便又赶着去做另一件事，似乎很忙却又心不在焉。短短的四天军训，让我浮躁的心静了下来。站军姿时，双手紧贴裤缝，两脚开立60度，双肩后拢，简简单单的动作却有着这么多的细节，我在脑海里反复默记着这些动作，心也慢慢静了下来，天虽然很热，可我却能清醒地感受到风悄悄吹过脸庞。唱军歌和背三字诀时，我专心地记忆每一个名词，用心地理解每一句话的含义，眼睛专注地盯着前方，抛开一切杂念，大声地唱着歌、背着词，哪怕一个小小的失误也不能出现。此时，我在经历一次军训，可我更觉得是一次收心训练，让我从信马由缰、自由散漫的假期状态迅速回到严谨专注的新学期学习和生活中。

之前，我自认为对坚持的理解已经很透了，可是这次军训又刷新了我对它的认识。八月的天依旧很热，稍微跑跑跳跳便会汗流浃背，可是教官总是要求我们继续训练，他甚至不允许我们擦汗。大滴大滴的汗珠从头顶顺着发丝滑下，有的慢慢渗入了眼睛，眼睛只能一眨一眨地望向前方，有的淌过了脖子，在颈前汇成一大片“河流”浸透衣衫，我的手总是情不自禁地想抬起来擦汗，可我又在心中不断地告诫自己，为什么别人能做到的事你不能，坚持住，不要动。终于理智克制住了冲动，我没有去擦拭豆大般的汗珠，军训教会了我一种新的坚持!

在进行了长时间军训后休息20分钟，喝上一口水，坐在马扎上，在我看来简直就是一种幸福与享受，甚至是一种奢侈。军训让我更加坚信，付出总是艰辛的，军训如此，学习亦如此，但付出后的收获一定是让人幸福的。

经历了短暂军训后的我，不会去参加一场真正的战斗。但军训带给我的决心、信心、恒心，一定会帮助我在与学习中的困难进行较量时取得胜利。

今天是军训第二天，本来不是很想去学校的，但是又没有什么理由可以请假，所以我还是早早地就起床了。这两天一直在下雨，我心里还想着：雨啊，你再下得大一点吧，这样我就不用军训了。可是即使我的内心有多想下雨，但是快军训了，雨又停了，这让我无可奈何。

每次集合，我们都要站好几十分钟，要不就是总教官说了很多话，要不然就是回顾今天学了什么，总之，每次集合我的腰都很酸，这可能是因为我没有这么久地站过，而且站不好还要被教官罚的，所以我们只能乖乖地站好，只有教官没有看到时才偷懒一下。

今天教官教给了我们一些军事化动作，例如整理着装，停止间转法，齐步走等，我们学习得都很认真，但是过程中还是出现了一些失误：我们走得不是很齐，有些人同手同脚，有些人步子迈得太大，有些人步子迈得太小……尽管我们也受到了批评，但我觉得教官人还是很好的，他会让我们自己练习，自己找出不足。当我们做得好了，他会让我们休息，让我们多喝水，这也是我很喜欢教官的原因之一。

军训第二天还是会很累，所以我一躺在床上就入睡了。

一天又过去了，通过今天的训练。我不禁百感交集。军训就像一瓶调味料，给我们不同的感受。

军训是酸的。“教官，我的脚好酸啊!”这句话是在出操中最常见的。我们全身上下都感觉一阵阵酸酸的痛。你说，军训不是酸的吗?

军训是辣的。我们今天已在热辣辣的太阳下晒一整天啦!这般暴晒，我们的皮就像吃了一大堆辣椒，辣得皮开肉绽似的。

军训是苦的。这更不用多说啦!谁说军训不苦!我们来军训，就是来训练吃苦耐劳的。再晒也好，再累也好，再痛也好。我们也要坚持下去，现在吃点苦算什么，只要有信念，总会熬过这几天的!

今天，我准备了两张纸巾，两颗绿豆，一个杯子，准备泡绿豆了。首先，我先让妈妈帮我在杯子下面用针钻一个小小的洞，好让水分均匀;然后，把一张纸巾打湿，放在杯子的底部。再把两颗绿豆放在上面;最后，把另一张纸巾打湿，轻轻的放在上面，像给绿豆盖被子一样。

“绿绿”被我种好了，我左看右看，上看下看，看不出有什么变化。闻起来也一点味道也没有，我轻轻地把“被子”拿开，碰了它一下。为什么还是硬硬的?我给它盖好了被子，坐在旁边看了一下。去问了妈妈，妈妈说：“才几分钟而已，怎么可能长大呢?又不是神豆!”我有一点小失落了!

过了几天后，我回到家，兴奋地冲进房间，看我可爱的小“绿绿”。

一颗“绿绿”已经探出头来，只不过还有另外一颗“绿绿”像害羞的小姑娘似的，迟迟不肯探出头来。我闻了闻“绿绿”们，有一股豆香飘到我的鼻子里。看看那个发脱了皮的豆豆，像不想被困住一样，不过终于逃了出来，变成了白色的豆豆!今天还是没发芽，明天应该会发芽了吧!

又过了几天。

绿绿已经发芽了哦，我开心地跳了起来。它那粗壮有力的茎，上面还有一些细小的毛呢!我闻了闻它们，我的天呀!臭死了!绿绿明天会怎样呢?

我最期待的那一天终于到了，绿绿的茎已经有七厘米了，茎白白的，上面的毛还是那么多，在许许多多的毛上面还有一个小豆子，像绿豆一样，只不过是白色的。上面有两片叶子，叶子像燕子的尾巴一样，可爱极了!突然，一阵微风吹来，绿芽们随风舞动，像一个个舞蹈家一样。

我们的“绿绿”种的非常成功，瞧，它们还在跳舞呢!

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

said that lets held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

good time. But while I was singing, the light suddenly turned on. Oh, my God. My

father went back to his room went on writing.

My mother turned on the TV and said to me “Dear, do your homework!” I felt

very frustrated. I sat at the desk and thought I hated light. I hoped there

would be a blackout the ne_t day. I thought I would enjoy myself more and more.

I went into a dream.

一次有趣的购物

Yesterday was Jacks shopping day. He went shopping with his mother.

They went to the Happy Shop . They bought some pieces of candy. They are 4

yuan. They bought a roll of toilet paper. They bought a carton of ice cream at

Mr. Chens Store .They bought a bottle of shampoo and a pair of socks at Uncle

Eddys Store . They went to the Big Blue Department Store. They bought a toy

car. Its 105 yuan.

They were very happy.

Saturday， my grandma made dumplings， one of the dumplings like obedient

little ducks swimming in the bowl。 My in the mind have a little not to eat them。

But the smell of fragrance and let me greedy slobber， I eat up tit-bit。 But I

eat dumplings， the heart have a kind of feeling can not tell.

星期六我奶奶家包饺子了，一个个的饺子像听话的小鸭子在碗里游来游去。我心里有点不忍心吃他们了。但是那扑鼻而来的香味又让我馋得流口水，我就大口大口地吃了起来。但是我吃完饺子，心里有一种说不出来的感觉。

“嘀——嘀嘀——”刺耳的铃声在耳畔回响，叫我们非起床不可。想到自己已是一名小军人，我便一下子从美梦中醒来，起床，穿衣，洗漱，整理内务……军训的生活再一次紧张有序的开始了。经过这两天多的训练，我们的身姿变得挺拔了，声音变得洪亮了，做事儿也变得更有序了……我突然意识到，这样的军训其实挺有意义的。

军训的生活是苦的，但一想到那些辛苦而摸摸无闻的农民伯伯，我们这点苦又算得了什么呢?只要我们表现得好，还能多休息，多做游戏，两个排一起快乐的拉歌在苦中作乐，耐人寻味。

我从没想过在这样的活动中请假，因为这些活动让我懂得不少。原本我们家早已打算在这几天去西藏玩，但爸妈宁可浪费两张几千块钱的机票也支持我来参加军训。我也认为在军训中学到的知识、学会的能力、悟出的道理远比两张机票更值钱!

军训的日子值得回味，也回味无穷，在此我也想向解放军叔叔们道一声：“您们辛苦了!

My aunt went to Nanning to see me yesterday. I was very happy. She arrived

on friday niht. On Saturday, we went to the zoo, which has many interesting

things. There are lovely delphis, sealions, special birds, acrobatic show, and

so on. However, the most excited thing is the Roller Coaster, which is the thing

that I dream to play but dont dear. Having hesitated for a long time, I decided

to play once. In fact,I wasnt too afraid to play it. When we went out the zoo,

it was already six oclock. It was our dinner time. After dinner,I had to go

back to school. Its a wonderful day!

Since I was at school, I have heard a lot about college. A boy near my

house is in college now, every time I meet him, I will ask him how he feels

about campus life, he smiles and tells me many funny things.The ideal college

has been built in my mind. There is beautiful trees and flours, boys and girls

talk and walk happily, they share things together, students and teachers discuss

course. In the lake, some students talk to foreigners, what an enjoyable

situation. In order to go to my ideal college, I must work hard.

I used to hate others to laugh at me, because I thought they were looking

down upon me. My friends said that I was too serious and couldn’t be made fun

of. When I go out with friends, they always smile loudly and I just sit quietly

in the corner. I want to change this situation, I don’t want to be a outsider, I

want to be part of the group. So I watch many comic movies and start to play

jokes with my friends. I become more active now, when my friends play jokes on

me, I will laugh happily and play jokes on them. I take the easy mood and become

part of the group.

今天是军训的第一天，也是我们第一次站军姿。一说到站军姿，我便感到畏惧，想到站军姿时那般难受。我再也不想站了，可是军训还没有结束，站军姿也的确不是件容易的事。我知道，我逃避不了，我也不能逃避，我只有经历了，才有收获。

于是，我毅然决然地选择了站军姿，忍着身体的疼痛，顶着炎炎的烈日，我相信我自己，我可以的。我能站完这十几二十几分钟的军姿，我不能倒下。我知道，我的每一份坚持都会让我感到自豪。

当我们经过一番训练后，回到教室，向操场远远望去。我真不敢想象，这么热的天。我们还能坚持在外训练。要是在家里，我可从来没受过这样的苦。更重要的是，我还能坚持。我顿时觉得军训使我们渐渐成长了。

不经一番彻骨寒。我哪得梅花扑鼻香。我相信，进过一周严格的军训后，我们一定会大有收获的。
