一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

今天，我们迎来了高中生涯的第一次军训。我们这趟出门雨可真不小，一个个都被淋成了落汤鸡。经过近一个小时的车程，我们到了军训的地点。

军训只是站站军姿，练练踏步。不过，这也不是件简单轻松的活儿。光是站军姿，里面就大有文章：脚跟并拢，脚尖分开60度，双腿挺直，两臂自然下垂，大拇指贴在食指第二节，中指紧贴裤缝线;头要正，颈要直，口要闭;两眼瞪大，目视前方，重心放在前脚掌上。如果所有动作都做标准，站十分钟军姿，就会汗流浃背了。

正步这一项是最难的、最重要的、也是最累的，脚要踢得很高，刚开始学的时候，教官要我们把脚抬起来，然后站着不许动，要把脚抬高，单只脚又站不稳，一开始总是摇摇晃晃的，后来练多几遍，渐渐适应了，就站稳了。光是练踢脚，就练了一上午，双腿都快要麻了。

通过这次军训才知道自己的体质有多差，幸好，最后我挺过去了。这次军训磨练了我们的意志，加强了同学们之间的合作性，也加固了大家的友谊。

I was only nine years old when I learnt how to use a computer. My mother is

my first teacher. I know how to type, how to copy a file, and how to visit a web

site on the intern.et. One day, mom was not at home.

I turned on the computer and began to learn how to chat on n.et. The first

one I met there was a boy called tom. He greeted me politely. When he knew that

I was only a 9-year-old girl, and almost knew nothing about chatting on n.et, he

started showing me how to use the chatting tools, how to download, and how to

send e-mails. I learnt a lot from him.

Xiaomei and I went out this morning. We went to the city centre. We went

window shopping, and then we had lunch at the restaurant. We didnt buy anything

as we didnt have much money, but we still had a wonderful time.

今天上午我和小梅出去了。我们去了市中心。我们去逛街然后到餐馆吃饭。我们没有没东西，因为我们没有多少钱，可是我们过的很开心。

I like to surf the internet， fix puters， use smart phones and take photoes.

And I found my hobbies were popular with people around me. If my co-workers have

trouble with puter or smart phone， they will ask me to help. When I go out for a

trip， I will take many photoes for others. Today I helped my friends nephew

install QQ messenger on his iphone4 and access to the internet through

Wi-fi.

I like to study， not to play Majiang.

我通过这短几天的练习，我领会到了一名合格的武士和一名优异的武士，要通过严厉的练习。

在合格的优异的武士身上的种不怕苦、不怕累的精力，在武士身上的股联合的力气，这股联合的力气坚固得像钢铁般，可是像咱们现在这样的练习是不会像武士有钢铁般的协和完毕的力气。

我在这几天的练习里，领会到了咱们的联合的力气是很弱小的，这股联合的力气是很微乎其微的，这对我闪来说是不行的。尽管咱们做不到优异的武士，但最起码要做到一名合格的武士，要有不怕苦、不怕累的精力，还要有联合的精力。

在这几天里，咱们的练习都是懒懒散散的，像这样的练习是连一名合格的武士都做不到，我期望在后来几天里不再像曾经那样懒懒散散的要把咱们有团队精力练习出来。

但让我快乐的是通过这几天的练习，咱们不再是曾经的咱们，一盘散沙似的，沁有纪律性，没有联合的精力，曾经咱们是爸爸妈妈的心肝宝贝，不知道什么是苦什么是累，时间短的练习让咱们都成熟了许多。

It was sunny and very hot today。 I got up early and helped my parents cook

breakfast。 Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room。 After a short rest I

did my homework in the morning。 In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest

swimming pool with my friends。 It was really cool to swim in such a hot day。 I

surfed the interNet and read a storybook in the evening。 I really had a busy and

interesting day。

Miss Qin is my favorite teacher. She teaches us Chinese. She is lovely lady

in her thirty-two years old. Her warm smile and black long hair are her symbols.

My classmates like her very much, because she is always kind to us. In my view,

she is a wise teacher. She tells us many stories to us. It seems she knows

everything. Besides, she writes good articles. She tells us if we want to write

good articles, we should read books as much as we can. She always cares much

about us. I think this is important for a good teacher.

我的一天

I got up early this morning. I cleaned my room. I opened the window and

aired the room. I picked up the paper and swept the floor. Then I made the

bed.

我今天很早起床。打扫了房间。我开窗通了风。我捡了地上的纸，扫了地。然后我整理了床铺。

I played computer games. We had lunch at 12:00. We had fish for lunch.

After lunch we went to the park. In the evening I did my homework. We had

delicious food for supper.

When September comes, it means the new semester begins. Many freshmen come to the campus and the first thing they do is to get the military training. Some people question about the military, they think it is unnecessary because students don’t have to be the soldiers. While in my opinion, military training is in need.

当九月到来的时候，意味着新学期的开始。很多新生来到校园，他们要做的第一件事就是军训。一些人对军训感到疑惑，他们认为军训是不必要的，因为学生不是要成为军人。然而在我看来，军训是需要的。

Military training can cultivate students with strong will. Most students live with their parents before they come to school and with the parents’ protection, they don’t have much life experience. Military training is hard and during the training, students can stand the hard time, so they can get used to the life coming to them.

军训能够培养学生们坚强的意志。大部分学生在来到学校前都是和父母住在一起，受到父母的保护，他们没有太多的生活经验。军训是苦的，在这期间，学生能够忍受艰难的时光，因此他们能适应即将到来的校园生活。

The military training can teach the students to obey the rules. It is known to all that soldiers’ duty is to obey the order, so students will have the sense of obeying the rules. When they come to study, they know what they should do and what they should refuse.

军训能教会学生遵守规则。众所周知，军人的任务就是服从命令，因此学生就会有服从规则的意识。当他们在学习的时候，就会知道什么该做，什么该拒绝。

There is no doubt that military training is very important, though it is hard, it will do good to students.

毫无疑问，军训是很重要的，虽然苦，但是有利于学生。

The Wind And The Sun

风和太阳

One day the wind said to the sun, “Look at that man walking along the road.

I can get his cloak off more quickly than you can.”

有一天风跟太阳说: “看看那个沿着路上走的人.我可以比你快让他把披风脱下来.

“We will see about that,” said the sun. “I will let you try first.”

“我们等着看吧,”太阳说, “我让你先试.

So the wind tried to make the man take off his cloak. He blew and blew, but

the man only pulled his cloak more closely around himself.

Today is my nine-year-old birthday. I am very happy, because my father buys

a big cake for me and my sister just comes to Guangzhou.

After dinner, my family celebrate my birthday. I make a wish and blow out

the candles.

harder, then get the NO.1 in our class.

Then I cut the cake and my family share the cake with me. How nice

today!

今天已 经是军训的第五天，天气变好了，但是地上还有些积水。想一想后天的汇演，我心中很是兴奋，地上的积水弄湿了我的鞋我也没在意。

因为马上就要汇演了，教官加强了训练的强度。常因为一个动作不整齐而让我们做很多遍。我们做的最多的是“停止间转法”。这个项目就是由两个向右转，两个向左转和两个向后转组成的。本来是很简单的，但教官让我们全班六十多人做齐，就有点难度了。因我们在做完一个转体动作时要靠一下脚，这一下靠脚要求齐而响，我们班这一下脚总是靠不齐，疏疏拉拉的，听起来很不齐。教官见了，便让我们在转体时喊“1、2”。喊“1”时转身，喊“2”时靠脚。这样一来，喊声只要齐了，靠脚自然也就齐了。我们如此练习了很多次，终于把这个“拦路虎”攻克了。

练了“停止间转法”，教官教我们做“俯卧撑”，这个主要是练习我们腹部肌肉的。教官先让我们趴在操场上，用手支撑身体，必须把这个动作做到最好，做出的“俯卧撑”才会标准。

我坚持撑了一会儿，感到腹部肌肉有些酸痛，我在那一刻非常想打一个“报告教官”，让自己歇上一会儿。但我忍住了，因为刘校长说过“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹?”现在也一样，不做好前期准备工作，怎能做出最好的俯卧撑?想到这些，我又撑好了。

终于，我们开始做俯卧撑了。因为我们做好了充分的前期准备，所以我们做俯卧撑做的是又好又齐。

通过今天的训练，我明白了：最美艳的花朵，往往不是长在温室之中，而是开在风雨当中的。

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful

beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and

we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many

trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang

and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I

hope I can go to summer camp again next year.

我去夏令营度假。第一天，我们去了美丽的海滩。这是一个阳光和炎热的一天，所以我们去游泳。水是温暖的，我们有很大的乐趣。然后第二天，我们去了山区。有许多树木，我非常喜欢他们。在最后一天，我们有一个伟大的党。我们高兴地载歌载舞。我们不想离开(离开)的朋友和老师。我希望我可以去夏令营明年再次。

I went to Beijing Zoo on Saturday morning. 星期六早上我去了北京动物园。

I went there with my teachers by bus. It took us half an hour to get there.

There were many kinds of animals. First, we went to see pandas. They were my

favorite animals. How lovely they were! Then we watched the elephant show. The

elephants were so clever that they were able to answer some math questions. At

last, I took some photos of them. I had a great time. I stayed in Beijing Zoo

for 2 hours.

今天我们要去黄埔军校进行年级组织的军训活动。

早上8时许，我们有一点小紧张一点小兴奋，我心里也七上八下的，不知道在军校会发生什么事呢?

在车上，大家精神百倍，都等待卓下车那一刻。

当刚下车时，大家像刚出笼的小鸟一样，精力十足，当教官说“排队”，大家一齐大声回答：“一二”，教官顿时表扬了我们。

我们先学习了立正，向右、向左、后转，稍息……等当军人的基本动作。然后我们还完了一个游戏，叫萝卜拍。

我最喜欢萝卜拍这个游戏，规则是：先把不同的组分成不同的萝卜，然后选一个大萝卜，大萝卜指哪个萝卜，大家就说：___拍___拍完___拍。我们(三班)是“黑萝卜”，他们经常无视我们(生气生气)!

最后我们和严厉的教官合了个影就结束了这次有意义的活动。

今天我知道了当军人不容易。还有，在集体活动中大家要有团队合作精神，才能取得最后的胜利。

“团结就是力量!团结就是力量!这力量……”在那不到三天的军训旅途中，每天早上，都会从儿童军校中传出我们洪亮的军歌声。不知不觉中，短暂而又辛劳的军训生活已经结束，回顾其中的点点滴滴，让我感到精彩而充实。

从10月26日下午到10月28日中午，我们都在接受严格的军训。虽然，艰苦的军训生活已经结束，但它却给予我，教会我了很多。

的确，军训是很辛苦。每天，我们都得站在强烈的阳光下训练。常常站军姿，站得腰酸背痛;练踏步和起步走，练得脚跟痛……不过，在这样严格的军训中，我们的自理能力变得越来越强，体质变得越来越好。

军训让我们接受了一次意志的沐浴，精神的洗礼，让我们真正的体会到了苦和累。但我们不能抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦与劳累。军训是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不饶的意志。

军训，即可以磨练我们的意志，吃苦耐劳的精神，培养了我们的团队意识，又改善了我们的精神面貌，提高了我们的综合素质。

回想丰富多彩的军训生活，我的感受就应了那句俗语：不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。

我的周末

I have planned a happy weekend.Saturday morning, I must go to see me

aunt.In the afternoon, I must go to the shopping center to go shopping.Evening,

烈日下，我们无数遍的稍息、立正，再稍息、再立正。原以为不过是简单的重复，十遍、二十遍……才悟出任何人的任何一点小纰漏、小瑕疵都将让众人的努力功亏一篑。“不积跬步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江海”。团结协作，步调一致，在大家的努力下，愈发耀眼!阴霾中，我们无数遍的蹲下、起立，再蹲下、再起立。汗水一滴一滴，浸湿了衣衫。在被汗水描绘的图画中，我读懂了人生不会一帆风顺，蹲下是为起立积聚能量!

绵绵细雨时，我们无数遍向左转、向右转，再向左转、再向右转。汗水和着雨水模糊了我的视线，但我小心翼翼提醒自己：人生总要面临选择，千万不要错了方向!时光如电，军训结束了。感谢它带给我的收获——“千锤万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风“!

Some people say， “Money is more important than time。” Some say， “We can buy

everything with money。” For some people， money is everything。 They think they

can buy everything they want， including time。 Do you think so? No。 I don’t think

so。 Because when money is spent， we can get it back。 However， when time has

gone， it will never return。 Nevertheless many of us always waste time and put

off today’s work till tomorrow。

In fact， time is more important than money and time never stops for anyone

or anything。 For everyone， time is so limited that if we waste our precious

time， we won’t get it back。 Therefore， we should save every second we own and

make full use of our time to study hard。 The harder we work now， the more we

will get in future!
