During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable." 军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是到了第二天、第三天、第四天，问题来了。有的同学开始发牢骚，抱怨声便连声四起，一些同学向教官提出意见、有的甚至想逃避训练。这些都体现了我们平时的生活太顺畅，几乎是衣来伸手，饭来张口，缺少了那份同龄人应有的能力。这正是我们必须提高的自身素质。而我们的教官却因为我们自由散漫的各种坏习惯，经常受到惩罚。24日这天教官因为我们，被罚连续五次正面卧倒在水泥地上，整条手臂都肿了，还流血了;……那一刻，几乎所有的同学都哭了。但是哭又什么用??我们总是在教官受罚之后跟他说对不起，为什么不一开始就做好自己呢?

你是那么一丝不苟。抱着在军训中混的我，今天，才认识到严谨的时间意识和坚忍不拔的意志。哪怕是一个最简单的动作，在训练场上，我们无数次地重复着，用自己的心去真真切切的体会军人的英伟。军姿的纹丝不动，跨步的整齐有力，使我们真正体会到军人的一丝不苟。

军训快要结束，看着晒黑的脖子、脸和手臂，就能记起烈日下的汗水。但是汗水不能淹没我所有的记忆，因为有更多的东西充实着我。记得军训刚开始的时候，似乎是那样的无声无息，它没流下太多的时间让我做好心理准备去应付它。就这样的几天里，一点一滴的收获渐渐地烙在我的记忆深处。

军训的内容或许是单调的。每天都做着一样的动作，心中抱怨着自己的汗水白流了好几尺。在教官的标准指导下，慢慢地发现自己和同学平时的习惯如此的便扭。纠正错误永远是困难的，炙热的太阳似乎为了惩罚我们这群有坏习惯的孩子，燃烧了自己每一寸的肌肤。不过努力的力量是巨大的，错误也不会永恒不灭。虽然离教官还有差距，但进步欣喜地摆在了每个人的眼前。

军训也不总是枯燥的，每天的拉歌都是单调的军训中的调节剂。在拉歌中听到的除了“原始的吼声”，那就是欢笑声。每一丝的欢笑声都能将要崩溃的身体唤醒。我们抱着娱乐第一的心态，度过最轻松的十几分钟。

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

a good time.

My sister is a good student,and she likes play the piano with me.At

In my family, there are only three people, my parents and I. because of my

parents’ work, they could only have one child at that time, so I don’t have any

siblings. I felt so lonely when my parents went out for their work. Now the

government changed their policy, people can have the second child. But some

people refuse because they think they can’t afford it. Despite the expense,

there are many advantages to have the second child. For one thing, the only

child can have someone company, so they won’t feel lonely on the process of

growing up. For another thing, two kids will help each other, they can share

things together. Learning to share things is a very important lesson for

children. In Chinese tradition, more kids, more better, but I think two are

perfect for the family.

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in

Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of

factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply

electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the

manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the

electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!

Li Ying is one of my classmates.We share a bedroom with four others,so we

are also roommates.Today is her birthday and it so happened that it is Sunday at

the weekend.We decide to hold a party to celebrate Li Yings birthday in our own

bedroom.Since she is the youngest in our room,we all feel responsible to take

care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

We bought some fruit and candy,nineteen small candles,and a cake.At seven

in the evening,the party began.We lit the candles and sang "A happy birthday to

you" to Li Ying.And then we each gave her a small present.Li Ying looked excited

and happy.She blew out the candles,and we tasted the fruit and candy while

talking about various funny things we experienced in our childhood at home.At

the end of the party we encouraged each other to study even harder and be top

students in our class.

The party was a success,for Li Ying seemed very pleased and looked more

confident of herself.Tomorrow she will be nineteen years of age.

炎热的阳光烤在我身上，犹如身处巨大的烤炉之中，火热的太阳，如同利剑一般刺向我们的眼睛，天气越来越热，汗珠不住的流下，每一滴都仿佛在嘲笑我的软弱。汗水一滴滴的往下流，在脸上留下的痕迹如同行走着的毒蛇一般。

这就是军训。

军训第一天我们就要站军姿，想刚开始想想觉得没多难，但做起来就难了。抬头挺胸，目视前方，脚尖分开60度，这么一听感觉并不难做，可是我们这一做就是半小时，而且站的过程中还不能动。这对于训练有素的军人来说并不算什么，但对于我们来说是一个艰难的挑战。

还记得我们的口号吗？“苦不苦，想想红军两万五，累不累，想想革命老前辈。”每当身体不适，四肢无力，感觉做不下去的时候，心中默念这句话，咬紧牙关，哪怕双腿发麻，汗流进眼睛。

当然，在休闲时刻，当我们坐在荫凉处坐着平日觉得很不舒适的马扎，对于我们而言又是一种享受了。这时觉得军训也没有那么可怕。

但紧接着，一系列新的挑战，体转、武打拳、齐步走，跑操随之而来，毕竟我们之前做得并没有现在这么标准，我们之前的团体也并没有现在这么团结，经过一些列努力，终于在最后的展示上，我们向爸爸妈妈展现了我们的风采。

这不仅仅是一次军训，更是一种磨练意志，增强团结的锻炼。

时光匆匆逝去，四天的军训生活真的就这样从我们身边悄悄溜去。我耳边“立正、稍息”的声音已经停下，只留下了一份份不舍的情怀。如今，我的思绪又随着那份情怀飘向那儿去……

习惯，真的是一种可怕的东西!我习惯了父母的唠叨，习惯了家的关怀，习惯了被每一个人呵护，习惯“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的生活……在这20__年中我习惯了太多太多。当我带着这些习惯，走向开往军训地的汽车时，一次难以忘怀的经历就这样开始了!

在这四天的军训生活中，我们这个刚刚成立不久的新集体，同欢笑，共泪水，共同在风雨之中坚持训练，留下了太多美好的回忆：几天连续艰苦的训练，磨炼了我们的意志，强健了我们的身体。但是又有多少次我想要放弃，甚至还有装病的那种念头在我的大脑里闪过。不过我始终记得三句话：“没有大自然的洗礼，哪会有雨过天晴绽放在开空中的彩虹?”“失败乃是成功之母。”“坚持就是胜利。”这几句短短几句话让我重拾信心，知道了未来更多的坎坷要我们去面对，去征服!

检验我们军训成果的时候到了。军训会演，让我们付出全部的努力，第一次为集体荣誉而战。尽管我们与第一名失之交臂，但在这四天中，我们得到的坚持不懈，勇往直前的品质，将会受益终生。

酸、甜、苦、辣的四味生活，也是人生不可缺少的调味剂，如果没有困苦的衬托，如何才能显得幸福如此珍贵?如何才能让我们意志如此坚定?如何才能让我们知道如何面对未来的人生?我们这几天的军训是远远不足于军人的，但我们却有了坚持不懈的精神这也是军训获得的品质。

让我们带着坚定的信心，不懈的努力来面对今后学习、生活的挑战。我相信，终有一天会扣响成功的大门!

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

sharp and orange mouth.Of course he has a pair of small and blue eyes and a long

tail with bright and black feather all over.

Do you know what it is? Yes,its a bird .His names KaKa. He is sometimes

very friendly and quite but sometimes a little naught.He likes singing when he

feels happy.He can even mimic what we say.

Becase of KaKa ,the whole family is usually full ofmuch more

happiness.KaKa is my favorite animal.

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

were lots of light foggy clouds around us.What。

s more, varieties of birds flying around us were pretty.What a harmony

situation。

At noon,we had lunch in a restaurant. With a happy emotion, we finished our

climbing. Although tired, we still felt happy and relaxed.we hope our country

will become more and more beautiful.

今天是军训的第二天，军训的旅程又开始了。刚到教室又急急忙忙出来整队集合，教官们那洪亮的声音在我们的耳边响起：“把队伍排好!”由于昨天练习一番，今天我们在短短时间内把队伍排的很整齐，我们迈着整齐的步伐向操场走去，站在操场上，我们像一棵棵挺拔的小松树排的整整齐齐。跟据教官的要求，一个个昂首挺胸，两手贴紧裤缝，脚尖分开约60度，目视前方，教官喊道：“向左转、向右转、敬礼等"我们随着教官的指示反复练习每一个动作，一动不动的站在操场上。虽然很累，但是没有一个人动一下。

腿还很痛呢!教官做示范让我们练蹲下的动作：喊“一”的时候右脚向后移动一步，喊“二”时中指沿着裤缝向下滑动，再把手放到膝盖上，我看了看左右两边的同学，每个人都在坚持认真的练习。有时候我也想打退堂鼓，但想想这是锻炼我们的时侯，我坚决不能放弃。

这还不算什么，在这么多练习里，齐步走这项训练看是很简单，要求是最高的：手必须半握拳，先出右手再出左手，目视前方，按照教官的要求我们一次又一次地重复着枯燥的动作，用尽全身力气喊叫，还是不能换来教官满意的笑容。在烈日下，不管流多少汗，在严格的要求下，我们手脚都酸痛了，我们不能停上训练。看到我们整齐的步伐，老师们看了也很开心，与以前我们的散、懒形成鲜明对比。

军训，使我们充实独立，让我们快速成长，像五味瓶，酸，甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。不管我们有多累，我们也要不断坚持，才能做好毎一件事情。

今天一天的训练结束，虽然累但很开心!

Dear Friend,

How have you been recently? I miss you very much. Do you still remember

me?

To be honest, Im honored to make friends with you. I still remember the

days when we were together. As far as I know, you are the kindest person in the

world. Once we were together, you always treated me as if I were your dear

brother, so I was grateful to you in my heart. After you leaving, I always

thought of you. Next time we have a chance to see each other, I will say "thank

you" to you. Thank you for your kindness. Now I have got the meaning of my

life.

Although we are in two different places now, we are still together, because

we are always heart to heart. I believe we can see each other again. Since we

are always close friends as well as dear brothers. Because of you, my life is

always so significant. Wherever I am, I will pray good luck for you.

一次有趣的购物

Yesterday was Jacks shopping day. He went shopping with his mother.

They went to the Happy Shop . They bought some pieces of candy. They are 4

yuan. They bought a roll of toilet paper. They bought a carton of ice cream at

Mr. Chens Store .They bought a bottle of shampoo and a pair of socks at Uncle

Eddys Store . They went to the Big Blue Department Store. They bought a toy

car. Its 105 yuan.

They were very happy.

短暂的五天军训明天就要结束了。仔细想想，在这前三天中我并不只是身体上的疲惫，我从中还懂得了许多、许多。

今天，我们早上5：00就起床了。大家背起自己打的背包，走了5公里。本来腿就有点酸，中途个个都走不动了，还有许多人的背包都散了，只好跑着走。教官说我们像残兵败将，队伍全散了。

吃完早饭，我们开始训练了。刚跑完的我差点站不住了!浑身肌肉酸痛难忍!走半步路都艰辛!而且没有一句使用了夸张的修辞法!疲惫的心拖着疲惫的躯壳。挪进了训练场，像机器人一样听见教官喊什么，便条件反射什么动作

下午，我们举行了军事障碍赛，我们班3男3女参加，我们去观看。最后由于裁判没有及时让孙天朝回头重过桥，让他多走了许多踟。我们班没有取得好成绩，不过，我们尽力了，真的尽力了。不怪任何人，我们还是很棒的。

明天，我们要举行拉歌及会操比赛，我一定会尽力的，拥有最佳的精神，加油!我们班一定会赢的。

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.Firstly, I often walk to school. It can

reduce air pollution. Secondly, I always turn off the lights and fans when

leaving the classroom.

Thirdly, I always make full use of paper and other school things and never

waste water.

I wish more students to join me and make the earth more and more

It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why?

Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we

have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we

can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In

winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to

Tree and Ax

Ilike to tell you a story today ,it is Tree and Ax:A woodman came into a

forest to ask the trees to give him a handle for Ax.It seemed so modest a

request that the principal tree at once agreed to it,and it was settled among

them that the plain,homely Ash should finish what was wanted.No sooner had the

woodman fitted the staff to his purpose,than he began laying about him on all

side.Felling the whole matter too late,whishpered to the Cedar:“the fist

concession has lost all;if we has not a sacrificed our humble neighbor,we might

have yet stood for ages ourselves”The story was a satire on ungrateful

people,and it also shows us that giving alms to the enemy is cruelty to

yourself

今天我要给你讲个故事，就是“树和斧子”：有一个樵夫到森林里，要求树给他一把斧柄，看来他的请求非常谦虚，立刻得到了树的首领的同意。他们决定由平凡而朴素的白杨树来提供所需要的东西。樵夫刚按好斧柄，就开始到处乱砍，森林里最高的树都被砍到了，森林现在察觉大势已去，就小声对杉树说：“第一次的让步已经失去了一切。如果我们不牺牲我们的小小邻居，我们还可以活无数年呢。”这故事讽刺了忘恩负义的人，也告诉我们对敌人的施舍就是对自己的残忍。

今天是军训的第三天，按照常例，第一节课还是站军姿。经过2天训练，我们个个都有军人的样子了，今天的军姿，没有一个人打报告喊累。

今天的主要内容是学擒敌拳。教官们把拳法难的都减掉了，我们学的都是简单的。一共16动，我们只学了8动，分别是：贯耳冲膝、抓腕砸肘、挡臂掏腿、砍肋击胸、缠腕冲拳、上架弹砍、接腿涮摔和横踢鞭打。教官一丝不苟地教我们，先是演示、接着一步步带我们、再讲讲细节。最后让我们自己体会。我们学的也很认真。对于我们怎么也记不住的接腿涮摔，教官则起了个“海底捞月”的名字，方便我们记忆。我们用心体会，一点一点把拳法练熟。

有两个同学接受地慢，于是，教官又细细地教她们，我们就坐在他们后面，多看几遍，记得更牢。这8动虽然简单，我们学得也认真，但是动作不到位，有的甚至做到一半忘了，更有的总记不住老是出错。

第8动横踢鞭打是我们最弱的一式，我们总是不会转方向，不知道做完动作变成“格斗式准备”才算完成。教官喊破了喉咙我们也没记住，无奈地坐在地下，每一式的名称越喊越小，我知道，他对我们十分失望。一个简简单单的动作，我们学了一下午也没对，真是枉费了教官一片苦心哪!不过，只要对自己有信心，不放弃，不就是一个小小的动作吗，我们一定能学好!

晚上回到宿舍后，我迫不及待地打电话给爸爸。爸爸当过兵，擒敌拳16动应该会的，爸爸可以指点我。这样我一定能把擒敌拳打得漂漂亮亮的!只要把名称记住，擒敌拳就会打，它的名称与招式都有关系的。

今晚，我要把擒敌拳练得熟熟的、正确的、到位的，明天让教官省点心。今晚好好练练，明天就能学得更好，我一定可以成功的!我相信自己!

军训即将结束了，当初对军训的厌恶如今只能当做回忆，这十天的训练，让我们这些正处于花季中的大学生们接受了军训的洗礼，在严格的训练中进行着自我的升华。感谢亲爱的大学，让我们有了一次在军训中奏响青春之歌的机会。

今天，是军训的第十天了，似乎我们已经习惯了严格而紧张的训练，不再叫苦叫累，大家都努力的坚持着，虽然经过十天的艰苦训练，有些同学的身体吃不消，病倒了，但是依然与我们在一起，默默地在一旁与我们共同接受军训的洗礼，这对我们是莫大的支持。回想刚开始学习这些科目的时候，好像比高中的数学题还要难，大家仅仅向右看齐都做的参差不齐，但是，现在，我们可以在短时间内就站成一条线，我明白了教官时常和我们说的，欲速则不达，不仅让我们领略了军人的风采，更教会了我们一些道理。

如今，军训已将近尾声，可就在这个时候，我突然发现我喜欢上了这种训练，军训的日子虽然非常苦，但是经历过后我知道了，这样的磨砺使得我的意志一天比一天坚强，那些曾经在我生命中脆弱的东西正逐渐离我远去，我喜欢这样的自己。

军训的日子我是一天天掰着手指头过来的，到现在，才发现我对他的不舍，也许有句话说的很对，只有经历过才会明白，心中洋溢着不舍，相信我们在这个收获的季节，这是一个美丽的插曲，我们将带着这优美的主旋律，踏入精彩的大二人生之旅，寻找一个完美的休止符。
