"World Environment Day" is to remind people to the attention of the whole world changes the state of the global environment and human activities on the environment, the harm has been caused, the United Nations system and governments around the world every year on this day to carry out a variety of promotional and commemorative activities, in order to emphasize the importance of protecting and improving the human environment and the urgent. The United Nations Environment Programme will also choose a member of the "World Environment Day" celebration in the annual World Environment Day, issued a "state of the environment in the annual report of the year", the theme of world environment day. That day in the "World Environment Day", governments and people all over the world have held various forms of commemoration, publicize the importance of environmental protection. Calls upon all citizens of the earth for the maintenance and improvement of the human environment and make unremitting efforts to.

一、宗旨

为了响应“4·23世界读书日”，推广阅读文化，增进深港两地市民特别是青少年间的阅读文化交流，深圳图书馆、深圳少年儿童图书馆、深圳市教育科学研究院和香港中央图书馆以“阅读看世界”为主题，联合举办2015年度4·23世界读书日创作比赛及深港获奖作品联展活动，鼓励儿童及年青人扩阔阅读领域，透过阅读认识和了解世界，建立多角度思考，让生活更具智慧，开展想像的翅膀，为美好的未来而努力。

请读者填写《参赛信息表》，并将作品电子版发送至邮箱 huodong@szlib.org.cn，《参赛信息表》请在深圳图书馆网站www.szlib.org.cn下载,如不会发送邮件可将《参赛信息表》与作品一并邮寄至：深圳市福中一路2001号深圳图书馆阅读推广部，邮编：518036，信封请注明“2015年4.23创作比赛”，收稿截止日期2015年3月17日。

(注：以电子版形式发送作品的，可直接将作品粘贴在《参赛信息表》文档后面一同发送，邮寄稿件以邮戳为准，逾期稿件恕不受理。)

七、参赛细则

1.参赛者为在深工作或生活的居民，持有有效身份证即可参加。18岁以下公民请登录深圳少年儿童图书馆官方网站WWW.SZCLIB.ORG.CN 查看参赛规则。

2.参赛作品须在参赛表格上注明阅读材料及其出处：

(1) 图书——书名、作者、出版社及出版年份

(2) 报刊——刊名、版面编号及印发日期

(3) 网页——网页名称、网址、浏览日期等

(4) 非印刷资料——出处及出版年份等资讯

3.参赛作品须使用所规定的纸张，并注明字数及页码;须用黑色中性笔或圆珠笔书写在《参赛表格》上(见附件);

4.请勿在作品上写上个人资料，如需提及请使用化名。

5.参赛表格及作品须于2015年3月17日星期二下午17:00之前，发送电子版至邮箱 huodong@szlib.org.cn，或将《参赛信息表》及作品邮寄至：深圳市福中一路2001号图书馆阅读推广部，邮编：518036，信封请注明“2015年4.23创作比赛”，收稿截止日期2015年3月17日。

6.邮寄稿件以邮戳为准，逾期稿件恕不受理。

7.参赛作品必须为原作，抄袭、曾经发表、出版(包括网络发表)或曾经参加其他比赛的作品概不接受。若发现抄袭行为将取消下届参赛资格。

8.参赛作品将不会发还。

9.主办单位享有对获奖作品进行复制、出版和展览的权利。

设优胜奖20名、佳作奖20名(不重复获奖)。另设部分优秀奖，各奖项得奖者均可获奖状。

I have a future world in my heart. Its beautiful and spectacular. Now, let me take you there for a tour.

We set out in the shape of a water drop solar car. The biggest advantage of this kind of car is that it will not pollute the environment. Its shape is also very interesting. The front is a transparent frame made of long wooden boards and some glass pieces, and the back is a patterned tail made of hard stone. Almost everyone can drive this kind of car, because it is very easy to operate, as long as you press the start button, the following is controlled by the language.

In the future, animals in the world can communicate with people. If you feel bored, animals will come to talk with you and play with you. Of course, these animals have to be your own pets. In the zoo, the keepers will also give the animals the food they want, take them to the places they want to go, and play the games they want to play.

Next, we come to the childrens palace, which is a 50 story building. Children have their own cabinets and desks here. You can enjoy learning and playing with your classmates. The most interesting thing is the restaurant here. When you want to eat, you have to do a small performance, even if you read some ancient incantations and dance a strange dance. Today is the National Eyes Caring Day,so I remind everybody to treasure your eys.Now let me introduce something should be remembered to treasure our eyes especially to the stdents.

First of all,its important to keep the standard sitting position while you are reading and studying which means that you cant put your eyes to close to the books or notebooks.Secondly,you should keep on doing eye exercises during the ten-minute break carefully.Thirdly,try to look far into the distance during the break,too.Besides,you should remember that if there is something wrong with your eyes,go to see the doctor in time.I believe that if you do as what I say,you can keep on owning good eyesight.

We all know that reading has a lot of benefits .First of all,from reading some kinds of extra.

readings,we can horizon our outlook,we can know this world in a better way.Secondly,as for a student we can rich in knowledge from reading a large number of books ,such as history,geography,physical books.Thirdly,reading can cultivate the habit of thinking which makes us smarter.Reading has a great many of other advantages of course ,it is wise for us to develop the habit of reading.

Reading is my hobby. While reading, I can get a lot of happiness. When Im free, I often read some famous books. Books are my best friends that always keep me a good company. They often give me powers. Through reading, I can enlarge my eyes as well as widen my heart. Through reading, I become more and more knowledgeable.

读书是我的爱好。读书时，我可以得到很多的快乐。当我有空时，我经常读一些名著。书是我最好的朋友，它们总是好好陪着我。他们给了我力量。通过阅读，我开阔了视野也让我的心变宽了。通过阅读，我变得越来越知识渊博。

My favorite books are Readers and VOA. Readers cover the knowledge of culture, literature, and history, so I can benefit a lot by reading it. VOA can let me know the foreign countries better. Thanks to VOA, my oral English is improving day by day.

Every year after the first world war, the Red Cross of Czechoslovakia has set up a three-day during Easter "Red Cross truce", to carry forward the Red Cross humanitarian thought, at the same time, combined with national Red Cross business aspects such as health, welfare, child welfare propaganda activities. The initiative has been widely response. In 1921, the 10th international conference of the Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland, the resolution to the national Red Cross recommends the practice of the Red Cross organization of the Red Cross truce of Czechoslovakia. Since then, the 11th and 14th, 15th and the 16th international conference of the Red Cross to sure the armistice day of the Red Cross for many times, makes the armistice day become common practice of the Red Cross.

After the second world war, the 19th the council was held in 1946, the international Red Cross in view of the chapter, the common organization the armistice day activities of the Red Cross, but the date of each are not identical, indicating association secretariat study to determine a fixed day for the international Red Cross. In 1948, the international federation of Red Cross executive committee recommendations to the international federation of Red Cross founder Henry dunants birthday on May 8, for the global unification of the Red Cross. That same year, 20 times the international federation of Red Cross council was held in Stockholm, Sweden, approved the proposal. Since then, on May 8, officially became the world Red Cross day.

In 1984, due to the red crescent of Muslim countries, world Red Cross day officially changed its name to "world Red Cross and red crescent day".

一战结束后，捷克斯洛伐克红十字会首倡每年在复活节期间设立为期3天的“红十字休战日”，以弘扬红十字会的人道思想，同时结合红十字会业务开展全国性的卫生、救济、儿童福利等方面的宣传活动。该倡议得到了广泛的响应。1921年，第10届国际红十字大会在瑞士日内瓦召开，决议向各国红十字会推荐捷克斯洛伐克红十字会组织红十字休战日的做法。此后，第11届、第14届、第15届、第16届国际红十字大会多次对红十字休战日进行了肯定，使得红十字休战日成为普遍的做法。

二战结束后，第19次国际红十字会理事会于1946年举行，鉴于各国分会虽然普遍组织红十字休战日活动，但是日期各不相同的情况，指示协会秘书处研究确定一个固定的日子为国际红十字日。1948年，国际红十字会执行委员会建议以国际红十字会创始人亨利·杜南的生日5月8日为全球统一的红十字日。同年，第20次国际红十字会理事会在瑞典斯德哥尔摩举行，批准了这一建议。从此，5月8日正式成为世界红十字日。

1984年，由于不断有穆斯林国家的红新月会加入，世界红十字日正式更名为“世界红十字和红新月日”。

It is generally believed that there is a good supply of fresh water. But to our disappointment, the fact is just the opposite.

As we can see, the world population is growing rapidly day by day. So enough fresh water is needed to feed such a big population. What’s more, with the development of industry, factories and vehicles produce poisonous gases or wastes, which consequently results in the pollution of water. Though fresh, a good amount of it can no longer be used. Only quite limited fresh water resource is available to human beings. So it’s high time for us human beings to take quick action to protect water resource. Stop pollution and save water, otherwise, we cannot survive on the earth.

With fresh water, the world will be prosperous.
