曾在看到过这样一幅漫画：第一个人脚下垫着寥寥几本书，他趴在墙壁上什么都看不到；第二个人比他站得高一些，站在书阶上看到墙壁外美丽的景色；但当你继续拖动画面时，你会发现还有第三个人，他的书阶超过了风景，而事实上之前的景色不过是纸板虚假的表面，真正的世界是纸板背后的硝烟弥漫战火纷飞；最后一个人的书阶深入云端，湛蓝的天空洁白的云彩与之前所有的景色形成鲜明对比。整幅图下面配有一段文字：“你看的书籍决定你站的高度，而你站的高度决定你看到的风景”。

没有人知道究竟要多久才能够到达云端的境界，但是天空总在那里，不去追求就永远无法碰触。云端的景色很美，那是经历种种诱惑和磨难后真正的现实，更是一种大彻大悟，是在博览群书后放下欲望和绝望，对生活的真善美再次充满希望。

小时候读名著，人类善恶美丑的辩论描绘令我眼花缭乱。什么是真实什么是虚假，什么是纯洁什么是罪恶，什么是光明什么是黑暗，当时的我一无所知，而真正懂得名著的经典是在遇到了一些人一些事后。那些名著几百年来之所以被世人传诵赞叹，不是因为语言词藻多么华丽，不是因为作者的社会地位多么高，而是因为书的本身蕴含太多哲理和故事。我们可以在现实生活中找到与名著相似之处，他们或幸运或绝望，或善良或丑陋，或宽容或自私，或人前位高权重人后勾心斗角，或平日默默无闻危难时挺身而出。在名著中我读到的不仅是故事，而是不同的人生：好人不一定有好报，坏人也可能逍遥法外；和平只是暂时的假象，战争一触即发；身边看似亲近的人也许会反咬一口，而平时被忽略的人关键时刻正是他伸出援手。名著中有太多和现实相冲突的地方，我不知道究竟哪一边才是真正的世界。

我想，那段时间的烦恼就是阅读带给我的。

我相信，饱览人间沧桑的读者都和我一样。读历史，我们会了解历朝各代都有奸佞小人；读文学，我们会发现古今中外都有冤情错案。世界并不像想象中那样和平美好，任何契机都可能成为一场战争爆发的导火索，我们究竟该相信谁？究竟何去何从？

我开始明白书中残酷背后的真谛，也明白自己是读书不多而想的太多。历史上，有奸诈小人阴谋诡计，就一定有清正廉洁的士人扭转乾坤；文学中，有势利残暴之徒横行作恶，总会有无畏的英雄维护正义。也许结局并不是正义战胜邪恶，并不让读者心满意足，甚至会使读者失望愤慨，但阅读过程就是随着主人公的情感而爱恨纠结，随故事的曲折而内心起伏，这就是从阅读中获得的财富。我们逐渐学会理解，学会懂得，学会适应所有的美好和不好，也学会如何接受这些不尽人意的现实。

阅读需要持之以恒，就像适应社会需要整个人生。无论是充满活力的少年，还是头发花白的老人，任何时候阅读都不会失去价值。读书影响潜在，它会在不知不觉中影响你的思考、逻辑、谈吐、与人共事等各个方面。但是，阅读的目的不在于拿文凭或是发财，而是为了成为有温度懂情趣会思考的人；获取的不是物质，而是精神和文化。一个国家需要有文化的人民，一个民族需要有文明的岁月。消灭一个民族只需瓦解它的文化，人民会忘记自己是谁，会忘记自己的过去，也会忘记前进的方向；而振兴一个民族，无论是发展经济还是发展科技，学习和创造文化都是首要和必要的。民族拥有了文明、人民拥有了文化，经过艰苦的岁月后他们创造的才会是一个不同于书中的世界。

阅读带给我们的是一个新的世界。这个世界需要文化和知识的积累，如果有一天文学故事的发展不再跌宕起伏，民族历史的发展不再曲折反复，那它们就不再值得用时间和历史去阅读。书虽然不能帮我们解决所有问题，但能够给我们一个更好的视角。读书到了最后，是为了让我们更宽容地去理解这个世界有多复杂。
