7：00准时起床，穿衣、整理床铺4分钟，换鞋1分钟，梳头1分钟，刷牙3分钟，洗脸1分钟。这样算来，“打扫”自己共计10分钟。即使一开始不能按时完成，但只要每天有进步就很好啦。

然后，吃早餐，限时10分钟。

接下来，就要读英语(单数天)，读语文(双数天)。限时30分钟。

最后，就是做作业，每天早上做3个小时。

中午下午的时间自由支配，但我建议可以多看些课外书。

如果你真的不敢尝试滑雪，可以乘坐那里的世界第一滑道，滑道全长2680米，落差570米，弯道数48个，平均坡度10度。乘滑车由山顶沿滑道而下，全程滑行5—10分钟，其感受与滑雪既相似又不同，那种自然、兴奋、忘我的感觉从坐上滑车那刻起就已经油然而生了。

在哈尔滨赏雪玩雪外，千万别忘了那里的冰灯，晶莹剔透，五光十色，犹如童话世界。哈尔滨冰雪节一般在每年的一月初举行，届时冰灯、冰雕、雪雕齐登场，不愧为冰雪的世界!

交通：在哈尔滨城市中心区域游玩，出租20元左右可以满足基本需要。起步费8元。从哈尔滨出发有多次火车和客车可以去雪乡和亚布力，很方便。

美食：餐厅集中在中央大街和开发区黄河路。推荐中央大街的华梅西餐厅(俄罗斯西餐)和RUSSIA-CAFe(露西亚)，在中央大街快到松花江那段路上。

装备：尽量携带传统机械相机。数码相机的电池在低温状况下会罢工。如果非要使用数码相机，请在不用的时候把它放在衣服里保暖。准备两套电池，一套保持热的。从室外进室内时，用塑料袋将相机套起，以防止骤冷骤热产生的潮气对镜头的损害。
