I want to be ateacher in the future, because I think teacher is a good job.

My teachers arevery good. Some of them are gentle, but some of them are not. But

I think theyall care for students very much. I want to be a good teacher like

them. I thinkI will be strict to my students in the class. But after class, I

to keep ayoung heart to stay with young students. I must work hard for my

我们祖国有悠久的历史，有着许多传统节日，还有一些各具特色的民风民俗。但我最喜欢的传统节日是：春节。除夕过了，春节也就到了，新的一年开始了。

大年三十，我们全家换上新衣，贴上新春联，准备迎接新年的到来。晚上，我们全家吃着饺子，饺子有一层寓意:财源滚滚。因为饺子像一个元宝，在古时候元宝就是钱。守岁一定少不了>,没有>,守岁就没有意思。我们一家坐在沙发上，欢声笑语，看着>，其乐融融。

《诗经》是我国第一部诗歌总集，共收入自西周初期至春秋中叶约五百年间的诗歌三百零五篇（《小雅》中另有六篇“笙诗”，有目无辞，不计在内）。最初称《诗》，被汉代儒者奉为经典，乃称《诗经》，也称《诗三百》。他开创了我国古代诗歌创作的现实主义的优秀传统。《诗经》里的内容，就其原来性质而言，是歌曲的歌词。《墨子·公孟》说：“颂诗三百，弦诗三百，歌诗三百，舞诗三百。”意谓《诗》三百余篇，均可诵咏、用乐器演奏、歌唱、伴舞。《史记·孔子世家》又说：“三百五篇，孔子皆弦歌之，以求合韶、武、雅、颂之音。”这些说法虽或尚可探究，但《诗经》在古代与音乐和舞蹈关系密切，是无疑的。

《诗经》“六义”

《诗经》“六义”指的是 风、雅、颂、赋、比、兴，前三个说的是内容，后三个说的是手法。

《风》、《雅》、《颂》三部分的划分，是依据音乐的不同。

“风”的意义就是声调。它是相对于“王畿”——周王朝直接统治地区——而言的。它是带有地方色彩的音乐古人所谓《秦风》、《魏风》、《郑风》，就如现在我们说陕西调、山西调、河南调。

“雅”是“王畿”之乐，这个地区周人称之为“夏”，“雅”和“夏”古代通用。雅又有“正”的意思，当时把王畿之乐看作是正声——典范的音乐。周代人把正声叫做雅乐，犹如清代人把昆腔叫做雅部，带有一种尊崇的意味。大雅小雅可能是根据年代先后而分的，也可能根据其音乐特点和应用场合区别而分。

“颂”是专门用于宗庙祭祀的音乐。《毛诗序》说：“颂者美盛德之形容，以其成功告于神明者也。”这是颂的含义和用途。王国维说：“颂之声较风、雅为缓。”（《说周颂》）这是其音乐的特点。

“比”，用朱熹的解释，是“以彼物比此物”，也就是比喻之意。《诗经》中用比喻的地方很多，手法也富于变化。如《氓》用桑树从繁茂到凋落的变化来比喻爱情的盛衰；《鹤鸣》用“他山之石，可以攻玉”来比喻治国要用贤人；《硕人》连续用“葇荑”喻美人之手，“凝脂”喻美人之肤，“瓠犀”喻美人之齿，等等，都是《诗经》中用“比”的佳例。

“赋”和“比”都是一切诗歌中最基本的表现手法，而“兴”则是《诗经》乃至中国诗歌中比较独特的手法。“兴”字的本义是“起”。《诗经》中的“兴”，用朱熹的解释，是“先言他物以引起所咏之辞”，也就是借助其他事物为所咏之内容作铺垫。它往往用于一首诗或一章诗的开头。大约最原始的“兴”，只是一种发端，同下文并无意义上的关系，表现出思绪无端地飘移联想。就像秦风的《晨风》，开头“鴥彼晨风，郁彼北林”，与下文“未见君子，忧心钦钦”云云，很难发现彼此间的意义联系。虽然就这实例而言，也有可能是因时代悬隔才不可理解，但这种情况一定是存在的。就是在现代的歌谣中，仍可看到这样的“兴”。

进一步，“兴”又兼有了比喻、象征、烘托等较有实在意义的用法。但正因为“兴”原本是思绪无端地飘移和联想而产生的，所以即使有了比较实在的意义，也不是那么固定僵板，而是虚灵微妙的。如《关雎》开头的“关关雎鸠，在河之洲”，原是诗人借眼前景物以兴起下文“窈窕淑女，君子好逑”的、但关雎和鸣，也可以比喻男女求偶，或男女间的和谐恩爱，只是它的喻意不那么明白确定。又如《桃夭》一诗，开头的“桃之夭夭，灼灼其华”，写出了春天桃花开放时的美丽氛围，可以说是写实之笔，但也可以理解为对新娘美貌的暗喻，又可说这是在烘托结婚时的热烈气氛。由于“兴”是这样一种微妙的、可以自由运用的手法，后代喜欢诗歌的含蓄委婉韵致的诗人，对此也就特别有兴趣，各自逞技弄巧，翻陈出新，不一而足，构成中国古典诗歌的一种特殊味道。

秋冬已过，同样逝去了一切快乐与烦恼的上学期。春节已过，留不下酸甜快乐的寒假。又是一个新学期，开学了……

重新分组

这个学期，更要有新的面貌，老师便让我们换新组，接触新组员。等老师发下名单来，我就焉了：我们组的三位男生都是搞怪大王，女生也有点不尽人意。再看看其他组，都是一样的表情。组长们的眉头都紧锁着，眼神中也都有些失望。看来，大家都有难题喽！希望以后新的组员更会积极向上！

组员风波

一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思

“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！
