诚信对于我们每个人来说都是非常重要的。诚信是人与人交往中必须的品质；诚信是人们在社会中的通行证；诚信是古老的道德范畴，是每个人都应该拥有的优秀品质。在选自《诗经?邶风》的《静女》中最能体现出来。这篇诗歌主要描写的是一个男孩接受了一个女孩子的邀请，男孩早早的就来到了约会地点，等了很久都不见女孩身影，怕自己记错时间失信与她，又怕女孩不守承诺，其实女孩早就来了，只是一直在观察他。可见，重承诺，讲诚信，不管是男孩还是女孩，无论爱情还是理想，一旦目标确定，就要坚持到底。无论何时何地，都不可以主观武断，意气用事。冥冥之中，总会有一双双眼睛看着我们，总会有一种力量在召唤我们，激励我们，这个力量就是诚信，这个力量就是信任。

人生的道路上不可能一帆风顺，不可能时时处处事事顺心如意，总会有坎坷，困难挫折，不幸。就像《柏舟》中写到的是君子怀才不遇，受小人欺辱的内心痛苦和妻子被丈夫遗弃而不甘屈服的忧愤。我们不怕解决不了困难，只怕困难既将来的时候就退缩。每个人都会遇到大大小小的困难险阻，我们要用自己的方式和方法去一一解决它。你看那些伟人，哪个不是克服重重困难才取得今天的成就。当然也不是说，要成为伟人一定是经历过困难的人，能用办法去避开一些不必要的困难，留下更多的力气去对抗前方更大的困难。其实每个人都能做到的，需要面对困难时，坚持不懈，持之以恒，我们就能战胜它。

我最喜欢选自《诗经?秦风》的《蒹葭》。一个热恋者对意中人的迫切追求和可望而不可即的惆怅，失望的心情。这也说明一生的奋斗的悲壮，人生都是如此，追求不到固然烦恼，而以为追求到手注定无聊。在不断追求的过程中，我们会觉得生命是如此充实绽放，生活是如此美好高尚。

《诗经》是中华传统文化，我们作为中华儿女要继承和发扬我中华民族文化的精髓。在努力实现民族复兴的今天，这必然会成为广大学生朋友的历史责任与使命。

Improve our environment

Good environment can make people feel happy. To improve the environment means to qualify our life . What should we do to improve our environment ?

We should plant more trees . And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields . Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into a dustbin . Don’t spit in public places . Don’t draw on public walls . It’s our duty to keep our earth clean and tidy .

《名人传》是由法国作家罗曼·罗兰写的。书中写了三个世界上赫赫有名的人物。第一个是德国作曲家：贝多芬;另一个是意大利的天才雕刻家：米开朗基罗;最后一个是俄罗斯名作家：托尔斯泰。

这本书中，最令我感动的就是贝多芬，贝多芬是个音乐天才，他的天分很早就被父亲发现了，可是，他的父亲并不是一个称职的好父亲，他的父亲天天让贝多芬练琴，完全不顾及他的感受，有时还把贝多芬和一把小提琴关在一个屋子里，这一关是一整天，用暴力逼他练琴，贝多芬的童年十分悲哀。

贝多芬的母亲早年去世，父亲是个挥霍的酒鬼，这些，在贝多芬的心里，划上了一道深深地伤。但是，贝多芬由于天分和勤奋，很快成名，但是，不幸的事情发生了，贝多芬的耳朵聋了，这对于一个音乐家而言是一个莫大的打击。

但是，贝多芬通过自己的努力，还是成功了。

人生道路上，有许多的不测，贝多芬就能够打败他，贝多芬用自己的努力战胜了困难，我们也一定可以!

这本《名人传》教会了我许多道理，他教会了我贝多芬的坚强，教会了我米开朗琪罗的正面面对困难，教会了我托尔斯泰的诚实和不屈的精神。

《名人传》这本书里的人，都是我们的榜样!我们要学习他们的所有精神!

The food in Shanghai disagree me. I think the food in Beijing is the most

delicious. Seafood in Beijing is very fresh. Prawns in restaurant are all alive.

And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap

that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you

are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too

thin, I want to be a litter fatter. So I must eat more.

食物在上海不赞同我。我觉得食物在北京是最美味的。海鲜在北京是很新鲜。大虾在餐厅都活着。而且有很多的食物，你不能看到其他城市推广。你吃海鲜在北京是很便宜的。你付出的更少的钱，更多的愉快你。也许我的胃就是生病。我吃什么食物，我还是薄。而我太瘦了，我想成为一个垃圾箱腰包。所以我必须多吃。

It was sunny and warm day. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. We joined them to climb the mountain as soon as we got there. We felt tired but we kept climbing. It took us about an hour to get to the top of the mountain. The wind was so cool and the scenry was very beautiful. We had a picnic and then we walked down from the mountain. We were very happy that day. In the evening, I surfed the internet and then read an interesting book. I really had a meaningful and happy day.

My mother was my first teacher. All the memories of my childhood are in one way or another connected with mother. I can still remember clearly the days when she told me stories, played games with me and taught me simple maths.

Mother has some good qualities. As a primary school teacher, she is kind to all her students. And she love her work.I have seen her working at her desk late at night when I wake up many times. She is a responsible teacher. As her daughter I also learn a lot from her. She is indeed a good mother.

I love my mother. And I want to be a person like my mother.

Now I’m studying in Hunan First Normal College, which is Chairman Mao’s former school. I major in English, because I find it so fun and interesting. College life is much different from high school life. In college, we should acquire knowledge as well as improve our integrated abilities. I enjoy these classes very much. Except English, we have many other subjects to learn. Life seems so busy here but it’s so fruitful for me.

After class, I usually go to the English Corner. There I can practice my oral English by talking with foreigners or chatting with my schoolmates. Now, I’m able to communicate with foreigners well. Sometimes I also take part in some social activities. For instance, last weekend I attended an interesting play. As it was my first performance, I felt a little nervous at the beginning. But when I appeared on the stage, I made every audience laugh happily. I was so proud of myself at that moment, because this was my first achievement.

Step 9,2011 Sunday Today my classmates and I went to the Old The nursing home on foot at 3 oclock in the afternoon. As soon as we got there, we began to clean the rooms and wash clothes for the old people. Some of us talked with them. After that we gave them some performances. The old people enjoyed themselves very much. We stayed there for two hours. At about 5 oclock we walked home. I felt very happy (for what I had done) although I was tired. I think everyone should look after and respect old people.
