John is the most diligent student in our class. He is one of my friends. As a matter of fact, he gets along with his classmates. 近期，雾霾天气频频发生，越来越严重，也引起了全国人民的注意和关照。中国不少地方把雾霾作为灾害性天气预报。

雾霾是怎样形成的呢?请听我慢慢道来。它是由pm2.5尘粒、烟粒、盐粒等均匀地浮在空中从而形成霾。不过，雾和霾还有本质上的区别。起雾时空气潮湿，出现霾时空气干燥，并且对人体有害无益，长期吸入会导致死亡。

雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?汽车尾气，工业生产排放废气，和鞭炮等都是雾霾的主要来由。少开一次车，少放一次鞭炮。让我们中国人不要再忽视环保。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶,并且适量补充维生素d。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。
