There are four seasons in a year.They are spring,summer,autumn and

winter.Every season has three months and each month has about thirty days.

The first season is spring.In spring time we have warm weather and sunny

days.There are many beautiful flowers in the gardens and in the fields.The birds

begin to sing their songs.Everything comes to life again.

The second season we call summer.In summer the weather is very hot and it

rains a lot.All trees are beautiful with their green leaves.The sky is very

clear and blue,and the sunshine is much stronger than that in other seasons,so

many people go to the seaside or the mountains to avoid the heat.

Autumn is the third season of the year.In autumn the weather becomes cooler

day by day.It is the best season we have.So many people like it very

much,especially the farmers.They are very busy with their harvest.

The last season is winter.It comes with frost and snow.The weather grows

colder and colder,and much snow falls.But winter is not very long with us,for

spring comes again soon.

Everybody has his own ideal, my ideal is to be a qualified peoples teacher.

My birtiday is on 24th May. I always have both happy and sad feelings on my birthday. Why I am happy? I have group of friends that come over to celebrate with me. 说到端午节，我们不禁想到屈原，这个节日就是因为他而得来的：此说最早出自南朝梁代吴均的《续其谐记》和南朝宗懔《荆楚岁时记》。据说，屈原投汨罗江后，当地百姓闻讯马上划船捞救，一直行至洞庭湖，始终不见屈原的尸体。那时，恰逢雨天，湖面上的小舟一起汇集在岸边的亭子旁。当人们得知是为了打捞贤臣屈大夫时，再次冒雨出动，争相划进茫茫的洞庭湖。为了寄托哀思，人们荡舟江河之上，此后才逐渐发展成为龙舟竞赛。百姓们又怕江河里的鱼吃掉他的身体，就纷纷回家拿来米团投入江中，以免鱼虾糟蹋屈原的尸体，后来就成了吃粽子的习俗。看来，端午节吃粽子、赛龙舟与纪念屈原相关。

对了，刚刚说完了悬艾草菖蒲，还没说挂香囊呢!戴香包颇有讲究。老年人为了防病健身，一般喜欢戴梅花、菊花、桃子、苹果、荷花、娃娃骑鱼、娃娃抱公鸡、双莲并蒂等形状的，象征着鸟语花香，万事如意，夫妻恩爱，家庭和睦。小孩喜欢的是飞禽走兽类的，如虎、豹子;猴子上竿、斗鸡赶兔等。青年人戴香包最讲究，如果是热恋中的情人，那多情的姑娘很早就要精心制作一二枚别致的香包，赶在节前送给自己的情郎。小伙子戴着心上人送给的香包，自然要引起周围男女的评论，直夸小伙的对象心灵手巧。而且挂香囊对身体也有好处哦!香包内装的香料通常是用苞白术、白芷等植物的根茎碾碎混合均匀制成的。以往由于医药不发达，这些有有杀菌作用的香包被带在孩子们的身上，起到避邪正气、防治蚊虫和不祥之物骚扰的作用。现代的香包中填充用的香药成分有所突破：薰衣草、马鞭草、迷迭香、干花都可以用来做香包。

我的母亲很平凡但很伟大，她和爸爸支撑着这个普通而幸福的家庭。
