A number of people will exert aprofound influence on children’ character-training, mental growth and future life. Parents, of course, are our first and foremost teachers. On balance, however, the irreplaceable role of teachers should not be ignored.

To my certain knowledge, instructors play an increasingly critical role in children’ academic study and impose a far more significant impact on social development compared with parents. First of all, students need teachers who would teach them logic, mathematics, literature, foreign language etc.. 一、我对班主任助理工作的认识

工作性质：班主任助理，简称班助，隶属于辅导员，在辅导员的直接领导下开展各项工作，既有学生助理的角色，又有班主任的功能。它是一项“助人助己”的事业，在配合学院开展各项工作的同时，既可以帮助新生在短时间内较好的适应大学生活，又可以使班助自身的能力得到锻炼和提升。

工作任务：更好的对新生进行教育和管理，既要让新生迅速熟悉并适应全新的学习生活环境，又要鼓励并指导他们端正学习态度、树立远大目标并付诸行动。另外，还需要采取一系列措施提升整个班级的凝聚力。

二、自我条件介绍

思想上：自觉遵守学院的各项规章制度，已顺利通过第四十五期党课培训，积极向党组织靠拢，还注重科学理论的积累，关注时事，不断提高自己的道德素养和政治素养。

学习上：目标明确，不断进取，各项成绩在班级名列前茅，已通过大学英语四级和普通话水平等测试， “学无止境”，带着颗谦虚务实的心，我依然在这条求知的道路上坚实地迈出一个个脚印，争当一名全面发展的人才。

工作上：有幸通过竞选成为了班级的学习委员。一直把“为同学服务”作为我不变的追求，勤恳踏实，团结同学，努力去营造良好的班风学风，带领我们班取得了一个又一个的骄人成绩。
