1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

I’m a middle school student. I love English, but it’s hard for me. Now I have a good plan to learn English。

I have a pronunciation problem. I can’t pronounce so well. So I plan to listen to the tape and read after it. I can’t read English passages quickly and can’t write a passage clearly. Now I plan to read more and practice writing often. As for listening, sometimes I can’t understand what others are saying. So I plan to improve myself by listening to the radio and TV. “五一”黄金周期间，我和爸爸妈妈一起去仙居的神仙居游玩，投入大自然的怀抱去领略大自然的美景。

车开到神仙居大门，大家就下车走路了。在书本里，我早就听说过神仙居风景区是国家AAAA保护风景区，那里的一山一水、一崖一洞、一石一峰都能自成一格，有不类他山，异乎寻常，出人意料，匪夷所思的景观形态，故名思意就是仙人居住的地方。一路上，我就想马上见到它的真面目，心里非常激动，觉得浑身有使不完的劲。

下山时大家还看到了天池飞瀑，那飞瀑真如李白所写的“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天。”的感觉，由于天热，瀑布的水飘到身上，那感觉好爽啊，据说飞天瀑落差有100米，大风吹起瀑布随风左右摆动，最大的副度达20米，望过去就像仙女身上迎风飘舞的青纱带。听说这个瀑布还有一大特点，就是当水量比较小，风也不大的时候，如果大家站在底下对着瀑布大声喊，瀑布受大家声波的影响时急时缓，宛如被惊吓的小姑娘。在瀑布下，大家几个小伙伴，嘻戏，玩耍，照相留念，玩得不亦乐乎。
