我是一名学生的家长，在这学菀里，对老师说几句心里话，有不对的地方请谅解。作为家长都期望遇到好的老师，但是有的老师确实令人失望，比如有的老师是这样的(请不好对号入座，我只是谈的个别，只是期望不是一些)：

一：是老师和家长沟通的少。

教育好孩子，很大一部分应得力于家长的大力支持，家庭和学校之间互通十分重要。请有的老师就应不定期做一些家访，或老师通知家长在一个双休日把家长集中在一齐交流一下及时把孩子在学校的一些状况反映给家长，让家长清楚孩子在学校的表现，做到家校互通。

二：是老师对学生缺乏热情和耐心。

大家都在提倡“三心”(爱心、耐心和职责心)，此刻教师只有基本工资，没有其它的补助，有的老师是生活的压迫暗地里还搞点家教一下课后就走人了，已经没有以前的耐心了，还有个性是对差生错的作业缺乏耐心的指导，认真的讲解和和颜悦色。

三：是作业布置不够科学，批改不够及时。

家庭作业是为了更好的巩固当天所学的知识，如果一味的让学生去机械的写字和记忆，这样学生既不愿意做，也达不到作业的目的。这样往往会造成个别学生厌倦写作业，长期以往就会不完成作业。因此请老师布置作业应有必须的趣味性，让学生觉得写作业是一件搞笑的事。作业不在多，在精，有的学习作业做到晚上12点，你想孩子正是青少年长身体的时候，没有充足的睡眠第二天哪有精神学习呢?那晚上学习又有什么好处呢?学习重要的课上40分钟，只要老师讲到为学习学明白就行了。

四：是有的老师业务水平较低。

个性是我市的教师，透过关联有的根本不是科班出身，无论在理论学习上，还是在实际操作中，各方面的经验都十分欠缺。但是有的就根本不学，连最基本的普通话都不会讲，更不好说用普通话上课了，学也有的是在麻将桌上学习了……(描写景色的句子)

记得8岁那年，开学的第一天。爸爸把我送到学校的门口，回过头，爸爸已经挥手向我告别了。来到这个陌生的地方，就像在黑暗中永远找不到光明一样。是我的第一个老师“钟老师”在班门口那迎接新同学。钟老师向我提问了名字并把我送到教室。

开学的第四天，我已经大概的熟悉了同学们的面孔了。上课时老师让我们认识了一些些陌生的汉字，并把拼音标注了上去。应对着这一些陌生的面孔，脑袋就是开不了花。可是老师却总能用神奇的魔法让这些汉字排成一排，读出拼音，让我们念着汉字的歌谣。

随着知识的增长，我就成了六年级的大哥哥了，在此刻的“林老师”下朗诵着一篇篇课文。在老师每一天花费着一分一秒来给我们讲作文的同时，我也渐渐的感受到了写作文的快乐。由此，我也爱上了作文，在老师的精心教导下，作文中流露出了我的情感。让平淡无味的作文变得充满了生机。

在这六年里，老师，是您教会了我们做人的道理。为我们开启智慧的门窗。“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖。”您的哺育之恩，将永远铭刻在我们的心上。

在你眼中这不过是芝麻大小的事情罢啦。却给我们心灵沉重的一击。

你的不信任，让我们的自尊推入了崩溃的边缘。这个晚上，我们无心考试，更多的是无可奈何和伤心。虽然我们表面很坚强，但我们内心却在流泪。我们越是伪装心就越痛。下课铃响了，考试结束了，我含泪冲出了教室，来到了久违的草坪上。大声喊出自己的苦衷，我想问问夜空，难道差生就没有自尊心吗?任凭东南西北风，吹打着我的脸庞，用眼泪向星星倾诉。希望星星能把差生的独白寄托给老师。请老师尊重差生。

老师，你是否知道你伤害了我们，的自尊。失去了自尊的差生就一无所有了。这一点自尊就是差生最回的财富。

From a first grade to now, I most respected teacher is teaching us Chinese teacher David, David teacher long is very beautiful, she is a tall, thin, curved eyebrows under have a pair of intense big eyes, her smile will show two sweet dimples, appear very cordial. She is not only lively and interesting in class, but also strict in our study. I like her very much.

Teacher Davids lectures are lively and interesting, and each class is immersed in a happy atmosphere.
