The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

XX年，学校紧紧围绕“以人为本，民主治校，追求卓越，和谐发展”的办学思想，我们努力打造“责任、细节、高效”的治校风气。综合实力有了大的提升，社会声望日隆，社会各界评价日高，事业蒸蒸日上，呈现出一派绿意盎然景象。XX年，在全市学苗都在急剧萎缩的大气候下，我校七年新生招生180余人，这些新鲜的面孔给学校注入了新的活力。他们就是我们二中的希望，就是我们二中的未来。

在过去的一年，我们对部分楼内办公室进行调整、改造，最大限度地发挥其使用效率。①我们改造水房，方便了师生的工作和生活用水。②开放使用了东侧门并扩建了门卫，方便了学校的管理。③维修、改造了厕所，使我校第一次在冬天里水管子没被冻住。④重新扩建了小会议室及两个档案室，保证了会议使用及档案资料的安全。⑤设立了专门的音乐教室，在方便了音乐教学的同时，又不影响其他学科的教学。⑥设立了家长接待室，方便了老师特别是班主任与家长的沟通。⑦设立了教工水房，同时为广大教师解决了午餐问题，让老师喝上了健康的饮用水，吃上了方便快捷的午餐，从而解决了老师的后顾之忧。⑧对全校的库房进行了清查、归类，设立了专门的体育库，方便了体育教学；对教导干事室、速印室、体育组及其它办公室进行调整提高其使用效能。

我们又全面加强校园环境文化建设。①在教学楼主体外墙上打出了我校的校风：责任 细节 高效；教风：德高 艺精 善教；学风：自强 勤勉 乐学 的镏金大字，用来激励全校师生。②校园南侧设立12个宣传橱窗，及时宣传我校的教育教学动态。③个性化班级、标准化教研组创设以及利用走廊墙壁小黑板等全方位打造校园立体文化。④在二楼半设立的大屏幕，已经成为我校一道靓丽的风景。那是二中师生每天必看的一个风景。那风景可以催人奋进，启人心扉。二中师生为什么这么快乐阳光？借用朱熹诗句：“半亩方塘一鉴开，天光云影共徘徊。问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来。”可以说这个大屏幕对我们老师的心情心态的调整起到很好作用。这些举措有效地彰显了校园文化内涵，营造了良好的育人氛围。

二、锦绣画卷上有浓郁炽热的红色。

1.优化育人环境，感染学生行为。

丰富多彩的校园文化活动，提升了学校的育人功能。学校方方面面秩序井然，气象更新。纪律卫生、校园环境及文明礼貌程度都有了很大程度的提高。德育处开展了一系列的学生喜闻乐见的爱国主义、集体主义教育活动。如：新生军训、队列广播操比赛、演讲比赛、讲故事比赛等。特别是今年6月3日的我校首届“人人诵经典，书香满校园”诗文朗诵会，更是把我校文化育人活动推向了高潮。

2.教师活动更是异彩纷呈。新年联欢会，乒乓球比赛，诗文朗诵会以及跳绳踼毽活动，已经溶入了老师的生活之中，成为老师生活中的重要组成部分。学校工会组织的春秋两季的教工排球赛，更是如火如荼。尤其值得一提的是，在今年全市教育系统组织的排球比赛中，我校女排团结一致奋勇拼搏，取得了全市第三名的骄人战绩。所有这些活动的开展既愉悦了师生的心情，锻炼了身体，又和谐了团体氛围，融洽了同事关系。老师们都认识到健康的体魄对一个人学习工作的重要性，健康是最大财富。一年来，大家心情舒畅，其乐融融。文明、健康、积极、豁达的工作和生活方式正在形成。我们还把同事关系是否和谐作为评选先进教研组和备课组的一票否决项目之一。

一场场热火朝天的活动让学校红红火火，将教育教学推向深入，将“规范化管理、精细化操作”的理念落在实处。全体师生在活动中体会到和谐，品尝到乐趣，享受到幸福，不仅提升了全校师生的自身素养，而且有力地推进了学校各项事业和谐健康发展。

三、锦绣画卷上有硕果累累的金色。

我们建立了《xx市第二中学集体备课制度》等14项教学管理制度。进一步理顺了教学管理体制，大胆地实施了教研组办公的教研方式。督导专家制度、双周一次的教学例会制度、每学期一次的教学研讨会制度，使我校的教学鲜活起来。教学质量是学校的生命线，本年度两次召开的教学研讨会，以确立我校各学科教学模式为抓手，紧紧围绕如何有效提高课堂教学质量进行讨论，集思广益，总结出10个行之有效的教学方法，并且运用到了实践中去。着力抓好月考、期中、期末考试，通过试卷分析、教学反思等多种途径搞活教学形式，建立健全激励机制，调动全校教师争优创优意识。教学公开课活动更是丰富多彩、花样翻新，教学成绩稳步提高。中考成绩就是明证，XX年中考，我校成绩不仅在溪湖区独占鳌头，更值得一提的是我们在完成指标的基础上，付佳玉同学进入全市前五名的行列，这是我校建校史上的最好成绩。也在二中校史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。

学生的自治组织——校学生会的组建，进一步完善了学校的组织机构。校园广播站的开通等一系列校园文化活动的开展，极大地锻炼了学生的能力提高了学生的素质，拓宽了学生的眼界。仅去年一年，我校学生在国家、省、市各级各类竞赛中获奖的就有200余人次。

四、锦绣画卷上还留有憧憬遐想的空白。

当然新年到了有许多情人都选择在这时候结婚,因为新的一年中有个好兆头嘛,这不,这几天我可算是大饱口福了,你看这边这个职员说请我们去去轻纺城大酒店去喝喜酒,那边又有一个经理请我们去咸亨去吃饭,我的肚子可是消受不了啊!

但是随着新年的来临,期末考试的脚步也越来越近了,所以我也得抓紧时间复习了,争取在期末时,考出一个压倒性的成绩,这样的话,我寒假里妈妈他们都会给我买东西,如果得了个全优生那就不用说了,妈妈他们要大摆庆功宴了!

当然还不只有这些,有许多人都趁这大好日子开业大吉,为了沾一点新年的福气嘛,这也会给大地增添一点喜气,使这个新年过得有声有色,大家和和睦睦得过新年!

New Years Day is one of important days for many people in the world during the year. Most people spend the New Years Day in hotels. January 1st is considered as the New Years Day. Most companies, shops, school, and government offices are closed during that time. People prepare for New Years Day from late December. First, people spend a few days to clean their houses completely. Some families then put up some new painting from November to be sent in January. The New Years meal is also prepared from the end of December. During the New Years Day, people usually do not cook and relax at home. On New Years Eve, it is common to have a bag dinner with family members or friends at home or in hotels and hear bells which informs us of the coming New Year. On New Years Day, people greet each other. Some people wear new coats and visit temples to pray for happiness and health through out the New Year. Children are busy with getting the gifts from their parents and relatives.

今天是2016年1月1日，也就是元旦。在这新年的第一天，妈妈说我已经长大一岁了，我应该更懂事一点，于是为我安排了一些任务要我完成，拿了100元钱给我，说今天由我安排采购，爸爸妈妈全程作陪，所以我早早地就起床了，准备去超市。

听说刚开了一家新超市，我和爹妈也去凑凑热闹，看看元旦是否有优惠的东西。到了超市，好象人不是很多，不知道是我们太早去还是新开张的原因。我首先了解了东西的摆放位置，以便等一会好采购，突然爸爸一边指着一边说：“看，在摄像。”我顺着爸爸指着的方向看过去，果然是有人在摄像，等我仔细一看才发现是龙岗电视台的记者在采访，觉得很新奇，以前我只能看新闻时才见过的主持人在这遇上了，那个记者看上去比在电视上看到的瘦多了，我们看见记者采访了好几个人，妈妈赶紧避开镜头，说怕被采访时紧张，而爸爸总在镜头下走来走去，也许被拍摄到了。这时我把早准备好的相机拿出来，也给记者们拍一张，可是我技术有限，拍得太小。等到我们买单时，摄像机刚好对着我们，我想今天我也上了一回电视哦!

今天我很开心，既遇到了以前没有遇见过的事，又买到了我喜欢吃的东西。
