新年到了，又该到吃团圆饭的时间了，可是餐桌总是那几样菜我都快吃腻了。于是，今天我准备来做一个“小厨师”大显身手一番来做一道2009年的新美食——豆腐圆子。

我先把豆腐，肉末，青菜和肥肉这些材料摆好，拿出蒸板就开始制作起豆腐圆子来。

首先我把豆腐，青菜和少许的肉末剁细，可它们就像一个个调皮的娃娃，像水珠一样滚来滚去。一会儿要去把掉在地上的肉末捡起来一会儿又要去把掉进洗菜池里的青菜捡起来，弄得我手忙脚乱。过了一会，末末剁好了，我就把它们平均分成四份，然后把末末放在手心里，小心翼翼地滚了，起来我滚的速度很快，把刚进来的妈妈吓得目瞪口呆。连我自己也被吓住了。豆腐圆子滚好后，我又把肥肉切成了一小块一小块的。这时我小声地嘀咕着：“肥肉真难切，我的手都快没力气了！”我把肥肉块像天女散花似的撒在装满豆腐圆子的小碗里。然后把它们蒸了起来。

吃晚饭时大家都说我做得好吃。
