1.认真审题。审题包括要点、格式、词数以及此篇文章要传递给读者什么样的信息，告诫读者什么(即写作目的)。

2.确定文体和时态。确定文体后，根据不同文体的特点和要求进行组织材料；同时确定出该篇文章的总时态与时态的变化。

3.写完要点，但不随意发挥。

4.先草稿，后抄写。

I am fortunate to have good parents so it is easy for me to identify the qualities that makethem good. These qualities are unconditional love, trust, and respect for me and my brothersand sisters.

All mothers and fathers love their children. They nurture them and keep them from harm. Butnot all love is unconditional. Some parents would not love their children if they married someoneof a different religion or from a different ethnic group. Air pollution is one of the major problems of the modern world. A great deal of energy is needed to run the factories of modern industrial nations.

Automobile， trains， planes and busses need energy， too. Nearly all of this energy is produced by burning fuels. The burning produces wastes， some of which remain in the air， causing air pollution.
