Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because life depends on exercise. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts and lungs . In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.

还有一次，刚学英语月考时，我只得了81分，全班倒数几名。面对这样的分数，我做好了挨训的准备，回到家妈妈知道后，不但没有训我，反而安慰我，不要灰心，现在英语这门课刚开始，只要你从现在开始多听，多读，多写，多练习。成绩会提高很快。妈妈还说。这段时间是我忽略了你的英语学习，以后我陪你一块学。这情景真比骂我，打我还令我难受。从那以后，妈妈不管多忙，总是为我“补充营养”，功夫不负有心人，期中考试时，我取得了95分的好成绩。

一个陌生而又温柔的声音从耳边响起，我抬头望望，一个身高几米的漂亮阿姨站在我的面前，我被眼前的巨人所吓的坐在了地上，但又因为阿姨看起来是那么美丽善良、慈祥、我站了起来，打量着这位漂亮阿姨；“莫非这就是传说中的大地神吗？”

“你想的妹错，小妹妹，不要害怕，我是来帮助你的。我是来拯救你们人类和大地的。”

“真的吗，你真的可以帮助我妈？真的可以拯救活小狗吗？”

“对不起，这个我不能帮到你，“漂亮的阿姨抱歉的说。”切，那你还说帮我，这点小事都帮不上，“我很不满地说。

”小妹妹，你别生气，你要知道人死不能复生，但我可以拯救你和你们人类啊！“大地神说道。

连只小狗都救不活，还说什么救人类，反正我是不相信，“我说”相信我，我是大地神，我可以拯救你们的。“看着大地神自信满满的样子，我一脸凝问；”那你怎么拯救我，拯救我什么？“

”小妹妹，回想你们人类平日的习惯吧；浪费、污染、猎物捕杀——如果人类的行为再不揭止，最终有一天你们人类包括人整个世界终有一天会像这只小狗一样的死去死去——大地神有些愤怒的说着。

“节约，爱护环境，这些道理我当然懂。但是在这个世界上地球这么大，我一个人节约又有什么用？其他人也一样会破坏还不是于是无补，”我低着头说当我望起头说，善良漂亮的阿姨一下子变得凶了起来说；“

这个世界上没有救世主，人类的命运掌握在自己手中，一个人环保，节约，在这个世界上就会少一份危害，少一份死亡的机率，否则，人类最终会成为杀死人类的凶手。我绝不允许你们人类这样做！！！话音刚落，大地神突然消失了——

待我转过身，正准备回家时，突然发现，天空已变得阴暗起来，天阳早也躲在云中不肯出来，鸟儿也不知道飞到哪儿去了，大树只剩下没有绿色的枝干了——我大声的呼唤着大地神快出来，我知道我是错了，可她却好像重末出现过一样——

现在的大地呈现出一幅幅”枯藤老树昏鸭，小桥流水人家，古道西风瘦马。夕阳西下，断肠人在天涯的画面，突然间似乎感觉到了脸在发烫——
