今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

语言，是信息传递的一种重要方式。

学英语，那是因为它是世界上使用范围最广的语言，就连你现在使用的计算机系统都是用英语编写的呢。

面对如此重要的英语，却出现了这样一种状况：当你想用英语表达一个浅显的观点时，有人会说：“别秀你那蹩脚的英语了。”其中不乏一些优生。难道是真是我说的不好吗?肯定不是。“中式英语”讲给中国人听，他们是听得懂的，同样也会说，只是不想说而已。我虽对此提过建议，不过收效甚微，还是那副老样子。

外研版英语教材的后记中写道：“希望同学们在英语学习中大胆开口说——课上说、课下说;要尽量主动使用英语来表达意思和做事情”可见，教材编写者就有这样的初衷，但认真做到的或是支持的人很少。

语言总归是要用的，把知识局限于教材和作业上，就能真正学好英语吗?

就连母语都有可能出现“提笔忘字”，何况外语呢?

今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

My grandma came to visit us today

Today, my grandma came to visit us, because she missed me so much. She

brought us a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit as usual.My grandma lives in a

small villiage, she likes the life in the county and refuses to move to the

city,so we live separately. She plant many vegetables and fruits, and She bring

the fresh to us now and then. Indeed, it tastes very different from the

market’s. I like the food she brings so much and I am so grateful to her.

首先我先把扫把、拖把等“装备”装备好便开始大扫除。我先用扫把将房间(除桌子下以外)打扫了一遍，不扫不知道一扫吓一跳我扫出来的灰尘差不多已经有一座小山那么高了!这还是没有将最脏最乱的桌子下扫完呢。真是悔恨平时啊，可地还是要扫的，况且爸爸还要检查呢。我只得又费了九牛二虎之力将我的书桌托出去，将书桌底下扫干净。地是扫好了，可是地上有许多灰尘异径形成斑痕了，怎么扫也扫不干净的，我又拿拖把拖地。累死了，我一屁股坐在床上，想休息一下，可想想还有好多地方没有拖呢，如果爸爸检查，我肯定不及格，一想到这个，我立刻蹦起来赶紧拖完。终于，苦尽甘来，爸爸看到了我整理的房间，大大的表扬了我。

这次体验让我更深切的感受到了爸爸妈妈的辛苦，可是我平时却还和他们顶嘴，一有不高兴的事就在家里跟他们大喊大叫，真是身在福中不知福。

I have a lovely family and my families live a happy life. My mother is a farmer.She is fat,but she is beautiful.She has big eyes,a small nose and a small mouth.She is very kind and clever, so she has many friends and she is welcome among my neighbours. 一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有即欧小学也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。因为我是日语专业所以分配到了初一二班。还给我们分了办公桌。

上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢！这样更真实也更容易接近。今天不是正式上课今天是开学第一天。明天开始正式上课，今天就是先熟悉一下学校环境和老师和同学。然后去了，初中办公室，我们都一起聊了聊。有两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。就这样今天就回家，准备明天上战场。

Teachers Day comes on September 10th every year. On the day we usually give our teachers cards to show our thanks. I thank them for helping me when I am in trouble, and I thank them for teaching me how to be a real man.

Of course they are very friendly to everyone. They always get on very well with their students. They are not only our teachers but also our friends. They love us very much and we love them,too.

Today I was at home lonely, due to my husband need to work overtime and no time to accompany me. I am a couch potato and crazy about the USA soap opera whose name is broken sisters. This series is very funny, so I will watch them as long as I am available. I really want to make some relaxation by listening to songs and watching funny series / movies. I guess I over use my eyes in the company, due to frequent overtime at the normal working days. My neck and my eyes feel terrible. I feel uneasy that I always dream a lot when I was asleep. The next morning when I woke up, oh, my god, I do not feel like doing anything at all, just feel headache. I hated to dream a lot in the sleeping time.

Sometimes I feel ashamed for my poor oral English. So many girls in our department can speak fluent English and absolutely do not have difficulty in communicating with foreign guys. I envy of them and I just too lazy to make some useful effort for spoken English. All the mangers in our company are proficiency in written and spoken English and all of them are from HK. Maybe I should learn something from them.

I need to work 5 days per week, after two days rest. Every time when I back to office on Monday, just feel verysleepy. Somehow I have the same feeling every Monday. I just call it black Monday. Because I have to back to normal and resume to work. I have not written something in English to record my daily life for couple of weeks. I think I need to make it up once I am available. No matter how busy I am, my strong interested in learning English will never stop. I think I‘d better go to bed early tonight, in order to avoid laziness for work tomorrow.

Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

the old way of doing things has been challenging. Before, people like to write

letters to say hi to others or send letters to give people information, while

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

a lot of time. Does the way of writing letters will be kicked out and disappear?

Well, on my opinion, though people like to use the new technology, letter still

Saturday, my grandma made dumplings, one of the dumplings like obedient

I went to the Peoples Park with my family today. We had picnic in the park.

Early in the morning, we met at the school gate and went there together.

We were very glad to see the crops and vegetables growing so well. At noon, we

had a picnic happily.

After the picnic, we enjoyed ourselves in the sunshine. We listened to

music, dancing and singing. Some were talking happily and even two of our

classmates played chess. How time flies! It was time for us to leave though we

didnt want to. It was really an unforgettable visit for us.
