跑步比赛开始了，我想绕操场一圈400米，这一局我一定赢，我就像离弦的箭一样，飞快地跑，劲头十足，那架势好像非要拼个第一不可，跑着跑着，我感觉腿上好像绑了两个铅球似的沉重极了，但是我咬紧牙关，努力向终点冲去。耶!我胜利了!

最后一项俯卧撑，这可是老爸的强项，即便是这样，我依然对自己充满信心为自己鼓劲，我趴在地上，两手扶地，一起一伏地做着，不一会儿我便满头大汗，全身无力，可是一看爸爸，他动作娴熟、轻盈，丝毫不感觉累，现在，我不得不对老爸佩服得五体投地。

1.日记是用来叙述一天生活中发生的重要事情，特别是那些具有教育意义或值得今后回忆、查阅或参考的事情的一种应用文体。日记的素材应是最有趣或最有感受的一些事情。体裁通常是记叙文或简单的议论文。

2.英语日记的格式：一般是在正文左上角写明当天的日期(年、月、日)，星期几; 右上角写上当天的天气情况。下面一行可以写上日记小标题，也可以不写标题。

3. 英语日记的时态：写日记的时间，通常是在当天的下午或晚上，特殊情况下也可以是第二天补记，因此，所用时态多为过去时。但也应灵活掌握，如在说明天气、描写景色、议论某事、对话引语等情况下，也可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。

4. 英语日记的类型: 日记可分为记事、议论、描述及抒情等类型。记事 型日记，就是用英语记述当天自己生活、学习中发生的事情。议论型日记，就是对生活中的某一事情或情况、现象谈自己的看法，发表议论。描写型、抒情型，则是对某人物、事物的特征做细致的描述，或针对某事物抒发自己的感情。

5. 其他：日记多是记录自己经历过的事情, 故多用第一人称。日记一般按事情发生的先后顺序记述，所以有时需要借助一些表示先后顺序的词语，如：at first, afterwards, then, later on, soon, finally, at last等，以便使文章连接紧凑，过渡自然。

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the 1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

C)只有年、月：September 2004或the September of 2004(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first.

2、星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

Saturday，October 22nd，2004;October 22nd，2004 Saturday

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy 等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

Saturday，March 4，2004，Windy;1st January，2004，Fine

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

浪费时间？这个，取决于你怎么定义它

我们最常做的一件事：在电脑上看着电影同时吃着零食并且玩着手机，美名曰，效率。

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

I went down and shouted, "Ive passed it!" Its gone! Its gone! " I now know that what I know in my mind is not as much as I think! I know everything there, and I dont have a lot of it! I want to continue to learn more knowledge and enrich my brain!

Next week I would like to go to Kaifeng and parents. Kaifeng has many great snacks， such as steamed buns， sesame seed Gaul. Kaifeng also on the famous Qingming River Park， I think it has to be very beautiful. My parents will be opened to see my uncle and live in his house one night.

星期六晚上，我吃完晚饭闲着没事干，就在家里东逛逛，西瞧瞧。忽然，只听见“啪”的一声，吓我一大跳，我往脚底下一看，呀!地面怎么那么脏啊。我心里一愣，就想到三八妇女节老师布置的作业“为妈妈做一件事”。我眼珠子咕噜一转，就想到了帮妈妈扫地。于是，我先跑到门外拿了一个畚箕和一把扫帚，准备开始扫地。我从最前面开始扫，扫呀扫，我发现我已经满头大汗了。可是只扫了5排，哎，垃圾真是太多了。我又想了想，今天是三八妇女节，还是坚持坚持把地扫完吧。妈妈见我成了这副模具，连忙抢下我手中的畚箕和抛帚，还说“好了，好了，就这一点我来扫吧。” 虽然这次我没有扫完所有的地，但我总帮妈妈减少了家务活的累。

经过两个月多的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，即使是之前从来没有接触过的，同时也对外贸业务这一行有了更深的认识，也有了浓厚的兴趣，越来越有干劲了。这一周仍然做些琐碎的事，发发邮件，通过电话跟客户沟通的事情。偶尔也出去跟经理见见生意面谈的场面。 但经理试着让我对客户介绍我们公司的一些产品。

由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次与客户面谈显得比较紧张，也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上经理的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在陌生的场合怯场。今天下来，面对经验比我丰富的阅历比我深的多的多的客户，也能够通过简练清晰的表达让对方熟悉我们的产品，让他们对我们的产品产生更浓厚的兴趣。
