我一听，就一直盼望时间过得快点，早点解决掉“战利品”。终于，我听见妈妈发话了：“小馋虫，吃吧!”我一手把一块狼吞虎咽地吃着，嘴里还不住口地说：“真好吃。”但是妈妈说一次只能吃三块。听了妈妈的话，我无精打采地回到了房间。可是，肚子里的馋虫却连续不断地说“抗议”。

突然，我脑子里冒出一个坏念头：去偷吃牛肉干。好不容易等到了晚上，爸爸妈妈一进卧室，我的“地下工作”就开始实行了。

说实话，进客厅的确风险很大，因为得经过爸爸妈妈的卧室。但是，我一想不能让“馋虫”同胞们饿着肚子，就又鼓起勇气。

我偷偷地瞥了眼卧室中的父母，蹑手蹑脚地走出房门，便慢慢地在地板上一起一俯的往前爬。在经过爸爸妈妈房间时，我小心翼翼地往前爬，生怕被看书的爸爸妈妈发现。

“呼”终于到了，我长舒了一口气。我熟练地打开包装带，以迅雷不及耳的速度拿到了牛肉干。这时的馋虫仿佛在跟牛肉干打招呼。

我装起牛肉干，迅速的回到了卧室。这时，妈妈又发话了：“周舟，快关灯睡觉。”

我关了灯，把牛肉干放到被窝，享受了起来。这时的馋虫已大声呼喊：主人万岁!主人万岁!

I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

经过两个月多的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，即使是之前从来没有接触过的，同时也对外贸业务这一行有了更深的认识，也有了浓厚的兴趣，越来越有干劲了。这一周仍然做些琐碎的事，发发邮件，通过电话跟客户沟通的事情。偶尔也出去跟经理见见生意面谈的场面。 但经理试着让我对客户介绍我们公司的一些产品。

I met a girl called Sue on the Intemet.We are of the same age.And we talked

happily with each other. So we decided to write to each other daily, of course

to each other.We also try to write in English. She once lived in the United

It was the eighth day of our summer holiday.I felt good.I felt I am free.My

parents went to camping.So I live alone but I dont feel lonely.I stayed at home

客厅比较干净，不用费太大力气就被我搞的一干二净。可“阵地二”厨房可就没那么好打扫咯!虽然平时妈妈总是擦，但毕竟厨房是烧菜的地方，油特别大，闻一闻还有一种臭臭的油腻味!这可怎么擦呀?“算了!”我一下狠心，一手拿抹布，一手捏住鼻子，用力擦擦擦。当擦到电磁炉后的瓷砖时，我用尽“三十六计”，可上面厚厚的油污却顽固不化，没有一点凋落的的意思。我又加大力气擦，功夫不伏有心人，油污终于有些掉落的痕迹。我又往布上多挤了点儿洁瓷净，也顾不上捂鼻子了，用尽吃奶的力气，“哎呦哎呦”地擦。世上无难事，只要肯登攀“，终于，那一大块顽垢一点一点地离开了我的视线，慢慢被我解决了!我好有成就感呀!

再看看爸爸妈妈，他们一个拖地，扫地，一个收拾屋子。原来不整洁的房间焕然一新，一尘不染!生活在这样的家里，感觉可舒适了!

家庭大扫除，让我既拥有了整洁的生活环境，又锻炼了身体，真是一举两得呀!
