第一，注意日记的格式：一般是左上角写当天的日期，右上角写当天的天气情况(cloudy/clear/windy/rainy/fine/snowy…)。日期通常采用两种写法：一种是按“月、日、年”顺序；另一种是按“日、月、年”的顺序。注意要在年份之前有一个逗号，而且月份通常可用缩写词（如：Jan.,Feb.,Mar.等）。如果需要写星期，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。如：Monday,May15th,2008或May15th,2008,Monday

第三，日记一般按事情发生的先后顺序记述，所以常需借助一些表示先后顺序的词语，如atfirst,then,lateron,afterwards,finally,atlast等。一定要注意句与句、段与段之间的连接和过渡，适当使用一些过渡词语使其连接紧凑、过渡自然。

第四，确立日记的中心要点，尽量突出主题，可以通过对某个细节、某个侧面的描写来突出主题，千万不要写成一个流水帐。

Today, I still went to my mother’s office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. Mom said today is Christmas Eve, no homework, great! I went out to dinner

with my parents and saw that the Catholic church was very crowded. Mom and dad

asked me what gift I want, I said no, Santa Claus will give me a gift, I as long

as a safe and happy family together.

After dinner we went home and the family started decorating the Christmas

tree and made a Santa out of silly putty. This Christmas Eve had a good

time!

The typhoonHaitang is coming. It comes with the heavily wind and rains. This is my first time to see the wind so strong. I got sleeplessness on Sunday night. The windows were making noises by the great wind. Even I could hear the voice of the iron sheet down on the street. We could not go out while the typhoon coming. A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

Now many students of Grade 9 are under too much pressure. They always feel too tired to listen to the teachers carefully in class.

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as
