小学英语教师读书笔记(一)

俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。

一、导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

The Statue of Liberty stands on an island of the New York City harbor. It

is the tallest building ever built. When people get there, they will see a woman

holding a torch of fire. In her feet, people can see the chains that are broken,

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

我爱读书，每天中午和晚上，我都会抱着课外书坐在凳子上聚精会神地看。我非常爱画画，空闲的时候就会抱着画夹在上面画一些山水树木和动物，不过画得也不是太好看。每一个人都有优点和缺点，我当然也不例外。每次打扫卫生，我都会干得热火朝天，不像有的同学扫一扫就不想扫了，觉得太累了，干不动。有一次学校组织大扫除，我拿上水桶、抹布、洗衣粉、刷子和手套。我在水桶里盛上水，放上洗衣粉，把抹布和刷子泡入水中，等浸湿了，才拿出来刷墙。当大扫除结束时，我已经腰酸背痛了，但是看着自己刷干净的墙壁，心里面却特高兴

我的缺点就是贪玩和馋嘴。先说贪玩吧，有一次我下楼去玩，妈妈让我七点回来，可是我觉得时间还早，于是继续在下面玩。那时候我还戴着手表呢！当我看表时，吓了一大跳：“啊！已经八点了。”我急忙回家，等到了家一看，爸爸已经下班回来了，他和妈妈已经吃过饭了，正在等我回来呢。再说馋嘴吧，有一年我过生日的时候，妈妈给我买了个生日蛋糕，因为大人们还没回来，我做小辈的也不敢吃，于是我便问奶奶想不想吃蛋糕，奶奶说：“想！”我用手抠了一块奶油给奶奶吃，可奶奶只吃了一丁点儿，剩下的就全给了我，这正是我所想的。
