Summer can be very hot in southern xx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim.

In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. While we were there, it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students,the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

No sooner had the summer vacation begun than I returned to my native town.

the longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the school year for me. i cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my vacation should be a phase (时期、阶段) of harvest. the events in my plan should give me a sense of infinite potential.

Korea is a country that famous for its beach, culture, even their products. Luckily, I had a chance to go to Korea last year.

When I got Korea, it was night. We went our hotel. To our surprise, the hotel was so beautiful and nice, the room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was also delicious.

The most famous palace in Korea Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is spectacular and it is too big that we spend 5 hours finishing visiting this place.
