刚放暑假，妈妈就带我到游泳馆学游泳。刚到游泳池，看到深深的水，再想起去年学游泳时被呛到，我心里就害怕。这时张教练走了过来，和蔼地说：“果果，放轻松，跟着我的步骤一定可以学会的。”

就这样，我开始了第一节课。张教练教我学憋气。先张开嘴吸一口气，把头慢慢沉到水里憋住气，等教练数完了数再出水，这样来回练了几次，我就学会了。

学换气时，在岸上模拟我很快就学会了。可是，当真正进泳池游的时候，我一下子就紧张起来。教练在旁边耐心地鼓励我“不要怕，你一定行的”，我紧张的心情得到了舒缓。我深吸一口气，告诉自己一定可以的。经过几天的反复练习，我终于学会了换气。

现在，我可以像鱼儿一样自由自在地游来游去，也懂得了“世上无难事，只怕有心人”的道理。
