In my childhood, summer holidays left a deep impression on me. They brought me many happy memories now.

Everyday we got up early then. Though there was not much modern entertainment, we could still be content with climbing trees, swimming in the small river, catching butterflies , bees and or something. Anyway, we could give a full play to our imagination and intelligence to enjoy ourselves.

The most enjoyable time in a day was night. All people would go out to be cool. They talked with each other freely and happily. Sometimes we would gather around an old grandfather and listen to an old story, which would always attract a lot of children. Our grief and joy all came from story. Sometimes we would carry out a small stool, made it as a horse, and then we would ride on it in a circle. We acted as knights. The front part of the stool was moved up and down to knock at the earth and sent out the sound of “du du…”. It was often followed with our folk songs. But parents could not accept this game because it was too noisy, and they couldn’t bear it. We were always forced to dismiss. But soon we could find a new program.

About the midnight, people would go back to sleep one after another. Under the pressure of parents, we had to go home, too. But as soon as we got to bed, the plan of entertainment next day appeared in mind. Then we could sleep with a smile.

I study in XX middle school. My school is very big and beautiful.

I often get up atX.00 a.m. Ten minute later I have my breakfast. Our classes begin at X.00 a.m. we have eight lessons every day. I often have Chinese,English and Maths lessons in the morning. I go home for lunch at about X.00 p.m. From X.XX to X.XX p.m, we have other lessons like Geography, History, Biology, Political and PE.

I don’t like play basketball,football and pingpang. But I like run.

I very like English and Computer lessons. English is very important. It is very hard to learn. Computer lesson is very interesting.

My school life is very colorful.

“哈哈，旱鸭子，连游泳都不会。”每当别人说起“游泳”这两个字，我就会脸红，因为我是好多同学里唯一不会游泳的。所以今年暑假，我鼓起勇气，让妈妈给我报了游泳班。

一到游泳班，我一下子愣了，原来我是里面最高的，天啊!最矮的竟然只到我腰的位置!最高的，就意味着我应该起到带头作用，第一个学会!压力真大啊!

第一天，教练教我们基本功。每个学员趴在塑料躺椅上，双脚腾空听着口哨声反复练脚的动作，没一会儿就觉得浑身酸痛，我以为游泳直接下水就行了，可教练说这个是最重要的，只有动作准确规范，才能学得快，游得好。接下来，还是没下水，趴在池边练怎么在水里呼吸，一呼一吸，一不小心鼻子就进水了，呛得眼泪直流，有一个学员还流鼻血了呢。只上了一节课我就有放弃的念头了。

第二天、第三天都是练脚、练呼吸。偶尔教练让我们腰上绑浮板，手里再拿块浮板在水里自己结合学过的动作自由发挥，可是任凭我用尽力气，还是游不快。但我还是开心的，至少我不怕水了，借助浮板可以在水里漂了。

第四天的时候，居然有人学会了!我非常惊讶，难道她比我聪明?问了才知道，原来她去年已经学过了，于是我便请教，她也认真地告诉我一些游泳技巧以及正确的换气，真是受益匪浅。

第五天，教练让我把两块浮板都扔掉，不借助外力自己慢慢游，一开始真的很害怕，因为脚踩不到池底，生怕淹死。但教练一直在耳边教导，让我放开思想包袱，手、脚、换气动作要一致。在老师的鼓励下，没过多久，确实会游了，只不过速度还很慢。

接下来的几天，就一直练速度。不过已经能在水里穿梭自如了，真是太开心了。

最后，一轮课下来学会了四个，当然我是其中这人。我觉得，学会一样本领是多么辛苦而又是多少快乐的一件事啊!

On the way to the classroom, beautiful scenery went in my sight. Both sides of the road stood plenty of trees, green and tall. When raising my head, I got a view of many lovely birds flying freely in the blue sky. Then I was lost in thought.

How much I wished I were a bird, which could go wherever it wanted and do whatever it liked. Impossible as it was, I still felt very happy, for I was a man who had the ability to imagine and enjoyed the happiness it brought!

My holiday was good.I stayed at home for sometime.I went to Tianyi Square and bought same games.But one day,my monther,my younger brother and I went to Tianyi digital square to buy games.And I bought a new uniform in the evening.Id like to have a glass of apple juice my monther bought it for me.I says," Thanks a lot." I bought some shoes.I want a pair of sports shoes.In the shop,the wonderful song added tour pleasure.I see the black shoes.my monther says," There are beautiful !"

I was happy that day,because I went to Tianyi Square and had a lot of fum.

My Family

My family includes three people and a pet. These three people are my father, my mother , and I. I also have a cat named cookie.

My father is hardworking and playful. He rus a small business at home. He is very busy, but he always s firnds the time to cook dinner and help me with homework. Although he is strict at times, he can also be playful and funny.

My mother is caring and hardworking, too. She’s a chemist and often works very late. Nevertheless, she is always there to take care of me. Though her expectations for me are very high. I know she only wants what’s best for me.

My cat, cookie, is a member of my family, too. She is a cute black and white cat. At times I find her eager to play. But usually she’s sleeping on the sofa. I never know what surprises she’ll bring next.

I consider myself very lucky to come from such a loving family. A family like mine should never be taken for granted. I love my family.

i will go to school few days later. i’m afraid that i can’t get used to the school life because i true very hate school. i don’t think there has a good school in my home. we have zero english teachers from usa and we have zero good computer ..may be many students can’t agree with me. but they will agree if they can see a really good school. do you agree with me.

⒈Today, I saw a roadside beggar. He is a middle-aged man, only two arms, and no legs. His arms come the hard ground prowling, also holding the hand of a begging bowl. Really pathetic, I can not help giving him 10 yuan. If we sacrificed our love, the world will be brighter.

在一个冷风嗖嗖、寂静无声的早晨，一个拎着大包的小学生正在爷爷的护卫下向海中游泳馆进军。不错，这正是我，带着几丝忐忑，准备去唤醒泳池中三年前的记忆。

一进海中体艺馆大门，就见花花绿绿一大群人，大人、小孩挤在一起，吵闹声、尖叫声响成一片。我正迷惑着，眼尖的爷爷发现了我的好朋友刘诗雨的爸爸。我急忙跑过去，原来在这边点名!

现在闷水进入了第二阶段，抱膝闷水30秒。我把头闷入水中抱住小腿，10秒、20秒、30秒!我如释重负一般准备站起来，一片水花袭来，我一下子失去了平衡，向前一翻。又一阵水浪袭来，我顺势站直了身体，深深地吸一口气，自由呼吸的感觉真妙!

老师又教了一招蹬腿起动的动作。我潜入水中，使劲一蹬池壁，“哗”的一声，我滑出去一米多!我想继续前进，但任我怎么扑腾都无济于事。我不得不站起来，看到别人游得那么远，我心里那个急呀!第二次开始了，我听了老师的指点，伸直手臂和腿，果然，我也游出去老远!嘿，感觉可真棒!

我们还在水中快快活活地扑腾时，老师却无情地吹起了代表放学的口哨。我们一起涌出水池，欢腾的水珠随我们舞蹈，雪白的水花为我们歌唱，她们异口同声：朋友们，明天还要来哟!

这天，爸爸说：“你今天，要和刘淋渲一起学-- --游泳！”我一听害怕极了说：“游泳课不是我的强项！”可是，爸爸说，游泳可是一门技能，我只好硬着头皮被爸爸拉进了游泳池，只见刘淋渲也来了，过了一会儿一位男老师走了进来，原来他就是我们的游泳老师—张老师。

他先给我们测了焖水，刘淋渲一头闷了下去，过了一会儿他就上来了，一脸得意洋洋，老师又向我转过脸来，说：“如果你不下去闷水的话，我就得把你按下去了。”我一听就把头载了进去，睁大眼睛，直瞪瞪的看着水底，过了一会儿，我快憋不住了，我就像小鱼一样吐起泡泡来，扑，扑，扑……泡泡吐完了，我起来只听老师说;“你达标了。”我还没反应过来，老师就拿来两套装备。

老师给我们说，这个扁平扁平的叫浮板，而这个好多层的，叫做背坨坨。我听完背坨坨这个名字我笑了起来，我们背上背坨坨老师让我们游蛙泳，我和刘淋渲游啊游终于游完了，老师说下课。我默默地想：下节课会教什么呢？是仰泳；自由泳；蝶泳，还是什么，我好期待啊，因为，我不怕水啦！

Working for my parents

July 5th, 2010

Today,I still went to my mothers office.My mother was very busy as well as my father.They always live in Beijing.They must get up early.Because they will manage the factory.So I know they are very laborious.I should save my money.Although I cant do something useful,but I think I should share the work with them.I am one of my family member.In the future,I will take a job and work.Its time for me to begin to learn how to work.

My holiday life will be busy but interesting.I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books.I am going to play sports such as playing basketball,table tennis,swimming and so on .Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo.I am sure I am going to have an interesting and happy summer vacation.

暑假的一天，爸爸带我到文体中心的游泳池学游泳。

到游泳池，就已经上课了。我赶紧给爸爸说了声再见，就换上了游泳衣，进了游泳池。老师先教我们蹬蛙泳腿。第一个动作是收，把腿往里收，两个膝盖要有一拳的距离。第二个动作是翻，把小腿往外翻。.第三个动作是蹬夹，把腿往外蹬，然后夹在一起，脚尖绷直。我们在岸上练了好长时间才下水。

我刚下水，就喝了一口水。老师先让我们闷气，他说：“闷气的时候先吸一口气，然后把头闷进水里，在水里吐气。这样你们就可以闷的时间长。”我们照着老师的方法去做，果然，我们都闷了很长时间。

老师叫我们在水里蹬蛙泳腿。我每次蹬蛙泳腿，老师都要给我指出许多缺点。慢慢的，慢慢的，我蹬蛙泳腿越来越好了，老师给我指出的缺点我都会了。现在，我都可以一口气游五十米了。

我喜欢游泳，因为它可以让我锻炼身体，又能让我增长知识，还给我带来许多乐趣。

It was the first day of our summer holiday.All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have two months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god! We have been very tired after hard studying.In summer holidays,I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least,I will have a good rest.

每年暑假看见别人在游泳馆里游泳，我也好想学游泳啊！终于在今年7月份，我正式成为了笔架山中学游泳馆初级班的一名学员。

从更衣室里出来，我换上了泳裤，戴好泳镜，万事俱备，只差下水。我走到泳池边，阔大的游泳池像一块巨大的翡翠，里面游泳的人不计其数；回头看看岸上，人山人海，熙熙攘攘。我兴奋了一会儿，便来了个鱼跃跳水，冲进了游泳池。

我要学的是蛙泳，教练教了我们一些基本的动作后，便要我们自由练习。练习腿部动作时我还绰绰有余，练习手部动作也还过得去，但换气式蛙泳就太难了，我面露难色，但看到教练严厉的目光，我只得继续练习。有一次，我累得筋疲力尽，还是游不好，就变得不耐烦了，胡乱扯下泳镜，随手扔进了水里，那一瞬间，我倒过来一想：哎，不对啊，我来这儿是干什么的？游泳的呗！别人游得好，我也能游好！

于是我一头扎进水中，捞出泳镜，重新戴上。恢复自信的我坚持不懈的经过五天的训练，我学会了换气式蛙泳，很快，我就尝到了甜头，我可以一口气游一个来回了。

虽然我可以游一个来回了，可教练仍摇头，严肃地说：“一个来回算什么？你今天必须给我游10个来回！”我惊得差点儿晕了过去，嘴巴张得大大的，弄得下巴差点儿胶臼。我看见岸上的人说说笑笑，仿佛是在嘲笑我，以怒气为动力的我开户了无敌模式，两手像船桨，双腿像螺旋桨，在水中行如陆地，不一会儿，十个来回游完了。

吃着妈妈奖励给我的热狗，我悟出了一个道理——世上无难事，只怕有心人。

在暑假里，哥哥带我去滨江游泳馆游泳。

到了游泳馆，我和哥哥换好游泳裤。一进里面就看到那里人山人海。我先来到了浅水区，玩了一会儿，觉得这里的水太浅了，又到了1.2深的深水区，可是那里又深了一点。觉得有点怕，我就坐在椅子一边看着哥哥游泳，一边在悠闲地吃起零食。过了一会儿，哥哥叫我带上游泳圈和他一起游泳。哥哥把我推到中间，感觉自己像小鱼一样在水中游来游去。当我看到游泳池里自由遨游的人羡慕极了，我和哥哥接近游了3个小时，觉得有点累，就上了岸回家了。

During the summer vacations, I went to learn how to swim. When I went to theSwimmingpool, I saw many children swimming happily. The teacher taught me how to hold my breath. I was frightened at first, but gradually, I could stay in water for a long time. After some days, the teacher taught me leg- movements, hand- movements and so on. After ten days of training, I learned how to swim at last. Now I can swim freely in water. How happy I am!

Today, I returned to the maternal family. The road is very far, my twohours only then. The grandmother warmly comes out greets me, I is veryhappy. In maternal family courtyard flower very many, has the rose,the peony, the orchid and so on, is very attractive. I have enteredthe room, sits watches the television on the soft sofa, chats with thegrandmother. The grandmother some has been old, on the corner of theeye reveals several wrinkles. But in my heart the grandmother is mostbeautiful. Evening, I went to sleep. I dreamed of the grandmother into beckon to me, I rested sweetly...... I love me the grandmother!

今天，我回外婆家了。路很远，我两个小时才到。外婆热情地出来迎接我，我很开心。外婆家院子里的花很多，有玫瑰、牡丹、兰花等，很漂亮。我进了屋，坐在软软的沙发上看电视，和外婆聊天。外婆有些老了，眼角上露出几条皱纹。但是在我心里外婆是最美丽的。晚上，我入睡了。我梦见了外婆在向我招手，我睡得甜甜的......

为了让我身体强壮起来,妈妈爸爸决定让我暑假的时候去学游泳.我问爸爸妈妈：“学游泳难不难？”爸爸说：“一点也不难，不过你要加油哦！”

学游泳的第一天,在妈妈的百般鼓励下,我兴致勃勃的来到游泳池，只见比一个篮球场还大的游泳池展现在眼前, 泳池里人头攒动，人们穿着五颜六色的泳衣，在水中翻腾嬉戏，处处水花四溅，看得我眼花缭乱。

第一天先要熟悉水性，老师叫我们把手放在池壁，肩要到水中，然后围着池边走动。走进池内，顿时一股凉冰冰的使我不由自主的打了个冷颤。过了一会，同学们都累得筋疲力尽了，可狠心的老师仍然叫我们反复练习，我心里想：我努力一定要学会游泳，让别人羡慕一下。

此后的几天里，老师又先后教了我们蹬脚、憋气、划手。

蹬脚要先把脚收起来，然后翻脚，最后再蹬出去，迅速的夹在一起。随着老师的口号：收翻蹬夹，同学们拿着浮板跟着做了起来，通过反复的练习，蹬脚我才用了一天的时间就学会了，原来学游泳真的很好玩。

学会了蹬脚，又要学憋气了，第一次蹬脚憋气，我就喝了一大口水，难受的喘不过气来，眼睛也冰酸酸的，真难受！开始，从一边游到另一边我多少也要喝几口水，后来，我掌握了方法，很快就学会了憋气。

又要学划手了，在地面上学划手，我很快就学会了，但由于紧张的原因，一到水中，我就乱了套，活像一个螃蟹在水中张牙舞抓，但是我多练多模仿，很快就不紧张了。

这个暑假，我学会了许多游泳本领，真开心！
