从来到的第一天，我们就开始训练了，我们练习了三种姿势，包括站姿、蹲姿和坐姿。练习站姿时要昂首挺胸，双脚要站成“小八字”;练习蹲姿时，应该在我们平时蹲下的基础上，让右腿膝盖接近地面，但不碰到地面，手要扶着膝盖;练习坐姿时，要盘腿坐，抬头挺胸，双手扶膝。教官也很关心我们的身体，毕竟我们是第一次参加军训，他不会让我们太累。他看见我们站累了，就让我们蹲一会儿，就可以练习一下坐姿了。这样既不会让我们非常的累，又可以让我们练习。

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such

as the scientist, the policeman and so on. It is good for the children to own

the big dream, so that they will study hard and fight for their future. But the

军训，军训，顾名思义就是军事化的训练，严格、整齐、统一的标准。今天是军训的第一天，最先开始必然是站军姿，站军姿中的规矩十分多，要收腹、挺胸、手呈半拳状、双脚呈60度分开，身体稍微向前倾。这个过程最为艰辛痛苦。

按着流程训练了没多久，天公不作美，稀稀拉拉地下起了连绵的细雨。慢慢地，雨越下越大。教官们组织着去楼里避雨，休息了足足一个小时之后雨终于停了，我们又开始了艰苦的训练。十点左右开始了训练成果的表演，我们排获得了表扬，自己的努力得到了肯定，大家的训练更加热情。

下午练习了齐步走正步走之后接着学习了军体拳，刚开始练大家都还很不熟悉，但随着我们的努力，一定会有所进步。

在与自己意志的较量中，我们结束了今天的军训，虽然大家感觉都很累，但是大家知道了什么是坚强，什么是军人铁的纪律，期待着明天我们排会有更好的表现。
