大家好!我是一名中共党员，现任浙江省余姚市桐张香垃圾处理场副场长。在08年元月九日看到扬子晚报上的一篇报道：湖北省天门市的“垃圾之争”，城管执法人员打死人的‘命案’，让我的心跌宕起伏、久久难以平静。我经过深思熟虑，认为有必要将自己的看法与见解提供给两会的代表们，并且希望各位代表们能够将垃圾处理问题放在一个较高的层次上进行讨论。

一、消除垃圾污染和危害，是利国利民利全球的大事。

我国是世界上垃圾包袱最重的国家之一，每年城市产生的各类生活垃圾总量达“亿吨之多，且垃圾处理水平很落后，科技含量低。目前处理垃圾的主要方法是把垃圾集中到农村卫生填埋，这相当于把垃圾的危害转嫁给农民，破坏农村环境卫生，严重污染土壤、水体等，.如今农民闹事现象己很普遍。农民过去只知厌恶苍蝇，现在已经开始懂得污染的危害比苍蝇更可怕，若不尽快拿出行之有效的解决方法，将会深深的影响社会和谐、稳定的发展;将会出现更多类似于天门市‘垃圾之争’的事件。

二、“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法是今后垃圾处理的发展方向。

余姚市桐张吞是闻名的‘杨梅’之乡，每年杨梅成熟的时节，也是苍蝇的高峰期，也是我们全体员工无不担心苍蝇毁坏杨梅农民闹事之时。从06年至今，臭气熏天，苍蝇成灾的垃圾场环境彻底的得到了改善，当地农民欣喜地说：“‘科技办法就是多。’当初垃圾场臭气逼人，现今比其它地方还清净，原因是2006年初，我场得知安徽合肥使用“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，就与提供此项技术服务的丹阳市东南卫生化工厂取得联系，采用了他们的“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，很快就出现明显效果。

当年8月9日至10日两天，由余姚市有关领导亲自参加，共组织200余人来到垃圾场参观考察，还特地安排在距垃圾作业区约三四十米处就地用餐，整个就餐过程中没有一人有脏臭不适感，参观结束，所有人员无不称说是一大‘奇迹’。2007年，我们从所有的垃圾箱、中转站从源头就开始使用，结果整个城市几乎已闻不到垃圾臭味，垃圾场也几乎看不见有苍蝇。

★垃圾污染是严重的环保问题，国家创卫应把它列为重点内容。

城市的垃圾箱、中转站、垃圾处理场以及运送垃圾的车辆，每逢夏秋之时，无处不是“臭气熏人、苍蝇成灾”，甚至连奋战在垃圾处理一线的环卫工人的身体也占有臭气。这与光荣评选卫生先进城市应感到是一种羞耻。

实践已经证明：垃圾污染被清除，臭气、苍蝇就自然消失，空气质量也会提高，人民减少生病。估计可以节省的医药费用会是处理垃圾所需费用的千倍万倍。除有可能会影响部分医院的经济效益，其它别的应该是有百利而无一害。

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法不仅可以清除垃圾的臭味和苍蝇，还可以消除有机垃圾的有害物质和气体，还可有效抑制有害致病菌的生长繁殖，彻底除去污染源。同时还节省覆盖粘土达七倍之多，还可使有机垃圾减量30%。值得一提的是：该方法不含任何有毒化学成分，能从根本上消除污染危害。但目前尚未见在全国推广，本人了解有以下原因：

首先厂方考虑到垃圾处理需要低成本，顾及用户的利益，不愿在广告宣传中过多投入增加成本。

其次是发现市场上有不正当竞争现象甚至有类似香精等物制成的除臭品搅乱市场，影响“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的有效推广!

第三、我国爱国卫生运动过去几十年对环卫部门的要求只是消灭苍蝇(包括卫生评比检查)，农民闹事大多数也是因苍蝇而起，所以环卫部门对消除垃圾危害的要求认识还不够深刻，导致对垃圾处理的新技术不敏感。

三、消除垃圾危害迫在眉睫。

全国有数以万计的环卫员工和上千万居住在垃圾场附近的农民，他们的身体健康时刻在遭受垃圾危害的侵袭，现在消除垃圾的危害迫在眉睫。为此，我有如下几点建议：

1.建议相关代表能够关心一下自己本地区的垃圾处理情况，把

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法通报给当地政府的有关部门;

2.建议各级爱国卫生运动委员会把消除垃圾危害的任务列为和

扑灭苍蝇任务同等重要。

3、建议各新闻媒体多报道一些垃圾危害和处理垃圾存在的难题，

对“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的成果进行专访和如实报道。

4.建议大会将此信印发给各位代表参考。

为了社会的稳定与和谐，为了建设有中国特色的社会主义城市，让我们一起共同来解决垃圾问题，让生活变得更加美好!

Recently I found out that some bad things happened in our school.

At ordinary times is very neat and clean campus, has recently become some dirty, some corner or in the corridors, students can be seen the plastic bags used to hold things, eat some fruit peel, cabinet and throw away the packing bag of after loud snacks. 平时十分整洁干净的校园，最近却变的有些脏兮兮的，一些角落里或者是走廊里，都能看到同学们用来装事物的塑料袋，还有一些水果皮、碎纸屑和吃完小零食以后扔掉的包装袋。我们学校是每个班都有一定的卫生打扫的负责区域的，每天每班都会安排学生打扫，这些垃圾肯定都是在同学打扫完卫生之后，又有人丢下的，我觉得这些同学的素质真的很低，都不知道珍惜别人的劳动成果，不知道保护校园的环境。

I believe the school environment protection are important because students need a quiet and pollution-free environment to study. I’m a student of Huayang No. 1 Middle School. In front of our school gate is a street, on both sides of which are many shops and restaurants. 可是正当我走着走着，前面那位年轻人把自己喝的矿泉水瓶子扔在了地下，向我身边走过，我立刻喊他：“大哥哥，你为什么扔瓶子，这是不环保。“保护环境，人人有责，”你没看到这路旁的宣传语吗？你为什么还扔瓶子。”那个年轻人说：“我的事要你管，小屁孩。”我说：“我虽然是小孩，但我很环保不扔东西，你不仅扔东西，还不文明。”这时有几个人围了上来年轻人不好意思地说：“对！我不应该扔东西，谢谢你！小朋友是你教会了我要环保。”说着年轻人走过去捡起那瓶子把瓶子扔到了垃圾桶里，我高兴地笑了，周围的人也投来了赞许的目光。

这时，我脑子里闪过一个念头，要是设立一个环保节该多好啊！

地球是我们的家园，我们应该保护地球。可如今，由于经济利益的吸引，人们不顾一切地开采地球宝贵的资源，违背大自然的规律，破坏生态平衡，我们已经在不断遭受大自然的惩罚了。

前些年，环境越来越差，空中弥漫着工厂的乌烟、汽车的尾气，不断有污水排放到河里，河水又脏又臭，河里的鱼儿都死了……

幸好，人们认识到了自己的错误，开始着手改善环境了，现在的环境相比以前大有改观：以前到处乌烟瘴气，现在空气新鲜甜润；以前小河里难见鱼儿踪迹，现在随时可见活泼可爱的小鱼儿在河里欢快地游来游去；以前树木被人们变成了各种各样的工具，变成了应有尽有的家具，还有大量的树木随着屋顶上冒出的柴烟消失在天空中了，现在人们不再乱砍滥伐，而是大面积植树造林，到处绿树成荫，鸟语花香，这些都是人们重视保护环境的效果啊！

爱护环境，人人有责，以后我也要加入环保的队伍，爱护花草树木，保护环境，让家乡变得更美好！

现在的小区生活使许多人不爱护环境，比如家离垃圾桶不远，而生活垃圾就喜欢往下扔，不愿意拎下来放进垃圾桶里，乱扔垃圾使空气散发出阵阵臭味，还有汽车排出的`尾气又黑又脏，人类吸了容易生病，还有工厂里排放出的工业用水会污染我们的饮用水，人们喝了这水就会生病。。。。。。

我长大要发明一种药水，一滴就可以自动分解我们的生活垃圾，使它不再发臭而是会散发出阵阵香味。二滴放在汽车尾部使汽车排放出来的气一下变成无色无味的空气。三滴可以把工产排放出来的污水变得清澈见底，鱼儿在河里欢快的游来游去。

这些只是我的想象，具体的做法应该首先，在我们的小区周围竖立牌子上面写着“请不要乱扔垃圾，爱护环境”这样会使人们注意，就不会乱扔垃圾。然后在公路的两旁多种一些树木使汽车排出的尾气被树树木吸收，最好要用太阳能汽车又环保又省油。最后，每个工厂要做一个排污吸收管和污水净化池，就会使工产附近的树木生机勃勃，空气清新舒畅。

大家应该从我做起，从身边的小事做起爱护自己可爱的家园。毕竟，我们只有一个地球。

It is said that Chengdu is a city which if you come you cant leave.It has

a long history.there stands Du Fus thatched cottage ,The Temple of Zhugeliang

and some other place of historical interest.They are all so famous that many

foreign tourists like to come here.Chengdu also has a comfortable weather for

people who live in there.Even though in the winter it is still warmer than any

other cities in China.Besides,as Chengdu people are fond of eating,they have

created many delicious food such as hot pan,Three Big guns,and some others.

不一会儿，我就把这本收看了完了。这本书太有意思了，太神奇了。文中的小女孩有一种与生俱有的本领，在怒不可遏时，她的手指就会施出魔法来。她的邻居革利鸽夫妇一家爱好打猎。有一次，当小女孩看到她们又去打野鸭子时，她生气了，她怒不可遏，她的手指又施出魔法了，把革利鸽夫妇一家变成会飞的野鸭子，把野鸭子变成了人。这样，革利鸽夫妇一家就只有到树上搭窝、睡觉，饿了就吃树上的苹果，而野鸭子却占有了他们的家。野鸭子拿着枪要打革利鸽夫妇一家，革利鸽夫妇一家吓坏了，当野鸭子准备开枪时，革利鸽夫妇一家说：“我们以后再也不打猎了。”之后，魔法消失了，革利鸽夫妇一家又变回了人样，从此以后，他们改名叫“爱鸽先生”、“爱鸽夫人”，再也不打猎了。这个故事真是太有趣了，这个魔法太有趣了，它可以让打猎者和被猎者彻底掉了个儿。达尔的奇思妙想让人坊起来真是忍俊不禁。

读了这个故事，我明白了：我们不能伤害动物，相反地，我们要很好地保护好对人类有益的动物，因为动物是人类的朋友。只有这样，我们的地球才会越来越可爱，我们的家园才会越来越美丽，我们才能生活得越来越幸福!

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

wonderful that I cannt help asking myself "Is it real".The answer is pretty

yes.I also learn a lot from the game.

First ,teamwork is very important.You are sure to fail if you play by

yourself.So five members must play together and well orgnized.Second ,you should

have a aim.In order to reach it,you should try your best.

Last,never give up whatever have happened.Even if you get low scores,you

shouldnt give up.If there is a will,there is a way.If there is a will ,there is

also a opportunity.And you can make failure into success.Believe yourself and

believe your team.You are the best one.

“刷刷，刷刷”这是什么声音？从哪里传来的？哦，原来是马路的美容师正在给我们的马路洗澡呢。这位美容师就是环卫工人李奶奶。

李奶奶今年都六十多岁了，高高的，瘦瘦的，好像一阵风就能把她吹倒似的。她一头灰白掺杂在一起的头发，一双老手十分粗糙，脸上布满了皱纹。

一天早晨，我一边吃着包子一边赶着去上学。吃完了包子，我把塑料袋揉成一团，用力朝垃圾桶扔去。哎呀，没投中，扔到外面了。我刚想跑过去捡起来，李奶奶拿着扫把走过来了，她对我说：“小朋友，以后不要乱丢垃圾呀，朝前多走几步哦。”我红着脸，对李奶奶说：“对不起，奶奶，我以后不会这样了。”李奶奶看着我，慈祥地说：“相信你是个好孩子。环境保护要靠大家的，你也乱丢他也乱丢，那我们的生活环境就变成垃圾场了。”说完，李奶奶又挥起她手中的扫把，用力地扫起地来，一下，两下，任凭脸上的汗水滚落，一片落叶也不放过，直到打扫得干干净净，才露出满意的神情。

看着李奶奶布满皱纹的脸，我不由得自惭形秽，我想今后一定做到爱护环境、不乱丢垃圾了。李奶奶说得对，环境保护靠大家，大家一起行动起来，多走一步，把垃圾送到它的家！
